I just viewed the video on using dataProvider with the weather api. It set a mbox parameter and then based off that mbox parameter, we tell the activity to qualify a particular offer. What I'm trying to do is use dataProvider to grab HTML from a 3rd party and then use that HTML as my offer on a page. Can this be done? It looked more like it just set parameters for an activity qualifier. Example: I have HTML banners for all different screen sizes elsewhere. Based on a users screen size parameter, they qualify for an offer and I want to grab the HTML from my 3rd party host and place it on my page. All help is appreciated! Thanks

Can we have  i18n in the conf folder in the cloud? If not how to have i18n in the cloud . because there is a concept of mutable and immutable objects.

I'm in the process of updating some of the email copy and was working on an email template updating some formatting and text in the editor as that is rather easier and it has all been saved. Seemed fine.However, when I went into the html editor I was confused as the copy was the old text?Are they not meant to be in sync?Is it just me or is adobe campaign one of the worst buggy products ever?

Hi All, Need suggestion or solution for below issue:- I have recently upgraded Aem from 6.3 to 6.5 and also applied the patch 6.5.5. Upgraded was successful as per the logs and I really do not see any issue; however, after this upgrade we are seeing these major issues:- 1. dam assets not showing any properties. I can see folders there is no details apart from folder tree.2. Pages are not loading properly. Steps to fix the issue:-1. we have seen few indexing errors and exceptions which I have fixed after running re-indexing.2. I have also tried to fix the assets by running workflow for individual content. but still issue is same any suggestion or solution would be appreciable, I have also logged ticket with adobe didn't get much help as of now.

I am trying to access exportToAAM activitiy data inside a javascript block, but I am unable to do so. All,  I have thousands of records in a 'Pending' state (they will eventually fail) due to a bad image path. I've since corrected the issue so new submissions should process.  What I need to know, for the records that are 'Pending' - how can I get them to send through the new template? Is there a workflow or SOAPUI work-around where I can gather all the records, along with their CTX, and send them through?  Please advise. 

Hello Team,Let me try to explain our problem, We have a large number of pages (around 200+ pages) and these are all structured pages with some data points. We have an end-user landing page, this page has a couple of filters to filter the results.As of now we're processing all pages data on an ajax call and returning the data to the browser on page loading.With this approach, the page is getting timeout errors/slow rendering sometimes.We've decided to implement the memory cache on publishing nodes and return the cache to the end-user page.So, What's the best way to flush the cache ? or any better thoughts on this approach.? 

Hi Guys, Getting error "Required image not found, trying to load from archive...  unsupported os linux" when tried setting up Dispatcher locally. I have given some permissions on page using actool as shown below because I don't want user to have "Move,delete,replicate,ACL" permisssions:- path: /content/wknd/en/home/men  permission: allow  actions: modify,create  privileges: jcr:lockManagement,jcr:versionManagement But when I create version of this page and if in future I want to revert back to old version of that page, then while clicking on "Revert to this Version" throws error "ERROR: failed to revert version". Please let me know what other permissions are required to use the versioning functionality properly?

Interested to hear from anyone who has set up and is using the Netsize / Link Mobility SMS connector with Adobe Campaign Classic v7.We have some test credentials and have set up the External Account as instructed, but running a delivery we get: MTA-#ID# Error in delivery part #ID#: No call method is defined in the external account 'Link Mobility SMS Test Account' {id=#ID#) We're almost certain that there's something missing from the "Connector" configuration ("Activation Mode" etc), as we don't have anything that we can specify for "Access URL" or "JavaScript". We haven't been given any config to apply here, and there's nothing obvious that we've tried that works.I'd love to hear from anyone who's successfully set this up and is using it.Thanks!

I've been using AEM to make XFs to export to Target. The more variations and complex things get, I've made several folder paths and some variations share names, but in different folders. Example: I have folders for production, staging, and qa. Under each folder, I have copies of XFs for my devs to work with. When I export an XF to Target, I'd like to export the file structure to Target. Is there a way for this to happen? For instance I export "xf_1" under the QA folder, in Target I want to go into 'Offers > QA > xf_1" to get to it. I'm trying to save time from having to make new folders in Target and move the offers when I've already done so in AEM. Also when I bring the XFs over to Target, I can only view them in the 'default workspace'. I have a prod and qa workspace, but I don't know how to make them appear in those spaces. Any assistance with how to make that work would be greatly apprecaited. THANKS!

Hello Team,We have a requirement to restrict modifications to the Delivery Approval Flags within the Delivery Properties -> Approvals tab.Scenario: We will be creating a delivery template with few of the Approval Flags (let's say content and Target) checked by default. When a user (assume an analyst with lesser privileges) tries to create a delivery from this template, he still have rights to uncheck these approvals while configuring, which we want to restrict them from doing so. I understand we need to handle at form - container level. But wanted to check how effectively it can be done and implications of doing this. Any ideas or suggestions?Regards,Sri Bhargav

Hello Everyone,I am a newbie in using Launch. I have used Google Tag Manager in the past and I am very familiar with the basics. However, I am attempting to implement our Google analytics tags through Launch (we have a need to have both analytics) and so far my experience has not been successful. Very little if any documentation is available and so far my use of that extension is not working. It's failing to capture any data and I don't really know where to turn. Can someone please point me in the right direction? or has anyone had any success with it and can provide some guidance?Thank YouJB

I am using AEM 6.5 , and I need to set permissions for different user groups to only access certain folders in DAM depending upon some rules. I have been trying to find the right example where this has been implemented but was not able to find it. Can you please point me in the right direction. I want to get user groups and and users in Java through JCR and their permissions and add/remove permissions through Java only.

How can I add an enumeration to the existing state field in the Delivery table. In a similar way how can I change the length of an existing field in the recipient(profile) table.  E.G. change length of first name from 30 to 50 characters? 

Hi, I am using AEM 6.5. I have to migrate large volume of data from sharepoint to AEM server with metadata. I researched about the sharepoint connector to transfer data to AEM. It is only supported in AEM version 6.4. I want to know if any other solution exists to solve my requirement or any way I can configure sharepoint connector in AEM 6.5. Please guide. Thanks

Hey community,I am trying to use the Media analytics SDK of Android and making some calls and the flow goes like this trackSessionStarted() -> trackPlay() -> trackComplete() -> trackSessionEnd() with 30 seconds of delay between all the calls. I was able to see all the requests being sent successfully in the logs. But no metric apart from Media Starts and Ad Starts were populated on the report as shown in the image attached below. I am looking for the other metrics like Media Time Spent, Content starts, Content Time Spent to be populated. Not sure why there are not shown up on the report. Can anyone please help me with it !I saw that those missing metrics are automatically set by SDK and sent with Media close here.But not sure why those metrics are not shown on the report in case of me  

I am working to make a "Friendly URL" to a Program level Project Brief. I'm building the URL with a calculated field on the Project Brief custom form in the first place, that way I can get the URL to appear on the report when there IS a a Project Brief, and not appear when there isn't. The problem is that my snippet below is showing plain Project Brief text when there isn't a Project Brief custom form. How can I create a report that compares visits for every Sunday (only Sunday) for the past 6 months?

Hi, I would like to create rule based trait if Android version greater than or equal to 8. The below doesn't seem to be working. Do we need to manually create if value contains Android 8.0, Android 9.0, Android 10.0 etc.  

We have a use case where we have duplicate leads with the same email address that represent different accounts, so we can send emails that are unique for each account to these leads.   For example,  the email rep@account.com has three separate lead records for Account A, Account B, and Account C and receives three separate emails with a linked form for each account. I'm using a token on the form to populate the lead's account name so they know which account each form is for. The issue I'm having is the token always populates the account from the lead record associated with the cookie stored on the user's browser, regardless of which account-specific email they clicked on for the form. The link to the form's landing page is being tracked and includes the mkt_tok parameter, so shouldn't the token populate the account that's specific to that mkt_tok?   Is there a way to override the cookie so that the token on the form only populates the account data specific to the email t
