Hello!  I am developing an email that will send using a specific data schema, but I do not have that schema in my sandbox.  I am wondering if the correct flow for this would be to start a workflow -> call the data schema in question -> populate the variables - but how would I populate the data schema with the data I need for the send?  Also, is there a way to do this as a proof or individual send? Or do I have to run a workflow in order to call the schema in question?  Thank you. -Bob 

Hi Team,      We have got Shared Audience and A4T provisions Enabled  from Adobe Client Care.And I am able to see the Segments (that I have created in AAM ) under Target Audience Library.Now I would like to list only specific segments from AAM to be shown under AT Audience Library.1). Hi all,    Is there any way to get an expiry token that is greater than one hour? In order to get an access_token, we need a client_id and client_secret. On authentication, we can allow users to input these and store the resulting access_token. Is there a way we can refresh the access_token without needing to store the user’s Marketo client_id and client_secret?

Hi, I have a nurturing campaign that targets Contacts with open Opportunities. Since these people can have multiple open Opportunities with different stages, products, and close dates, I'm trying to use velocity script to display the correct Opportunity. I've managed to write the script so that it displays the correct Product and Stage - but I can't figure out how to write the Closed Date "in future" 6 months. Does anyone have a sample I can look at? Hi All, Is there any possibility to do direct connection to Marketo Database as I can see most of the companies are doing that. So, is there any way we can directly query and fetch the data from Marketo Database instead of the using API's to retrieve the Data (like for Eg: if Marketo uses Sql Server then Accessing Marketo SQL by IP Address and Credentials to retrieve Data which is store in Marketo). My use-case is to export complete data from Marketo and store it in local Database. If there are different plans for that then we're fine with that too. Can anyone suggest..

Has anyone experienced issues in changing/updating user's name's? We have a user who's account was originally created with their formal legal name, which they don't go by. For their own To make it easier for other users to find him I have tried updating it to his preferred name three times now, but it always reverts. I've been able to nail down when exactly it reverts, but without fail every time I come across his profile it's switched back. If anyone else has had this issue before, how were you able to fix it?

Hello, This is possibly a very trivial request but I wasn't able to capture the right data. I need to track when someone clicks on a hyperlink on page A that leads to another page B (within the same website). I need to see the usage of this particular link so not people who were on A and arrived on B via other routes. Tested a built:(Include Visit)Page Name = Athen within 1 Page NamePage Name = B It narrows the pool but doesn't give accurate numbers. The hyperlink was implemented today and there is traffic from previous days (which it shouldn't).Would anyone be able to recommend a solution?There is no Activity Map Link implemented, or no eVar available at this point. Maybe some exclusion..? Thank you!

Dear all,  I am working on the last touch channel using both the freeform table and attribution panel in the workspace. I wonder why specific data is different.  1. Freeform table :Dimension- Last touch channel,Metric- order// Result: natural search - 12,378  2. Attribution panel:Success Metric- order,Channel: Marketing channel,Included models-last touch,Lookback window: visitor // Result: natural search - 11,800 Is it because the attribution panel has its own logic in it? or is it because of the lookback window?  As far as I know, the attribution model is pre-applied on the last touch channel dimension.So, I thought two data as I explained above has to be same.  Could anyone share the idea?  Best regards,   

Applying tracking code to any button that invokes the browser print dialogue generates the adobe event after a user clicks the (Print or Cancel) button within the dialogue window.  Is there anyway to capture clicks on the button before the dialogue opens (beforePrint) as we want to gauge intent at the actual point of interaction on the button?  Perhaps changing the order in some way so the click is tracked then the browser print function is launched rather then when the user interacts with the dialogue box. Hi Team, I have created language navigation component extending aem core components, in order to achieve the region change functionality. For that I am trying to add my language navigation component in header component which is also calling Navigation.  But, I am not able to call.1. please suggest which code I need to add the header.html to call this component.2. Also, I need to call only English of all the regions which will be home page for all countries (NOTE: right now selected depth is 2). Hi Team, The approval mail i get is getting redirected to our development url and not on the current environment url.Sometime the approval redirection is not asking for Yes/No radio buttons also.How can I change it and where can i find it?Could someone please help me out in this? Thanks,Greeshma

Is there a way to individualize a person's email frequency preferences? I am setting up an email preference center and trying to figure out how to set up an email campaign to include (or exclude) all of the subscribers that fit (or don't fit) the timing preference.The selections I would like to implement are: "Snooze" for 30 days, 1 email per week, 1 email every 2 weeks, 1 email per month Thank you!

My team is trying to have different drop down options on a form depending on whether or not an optional field was filled out on the same form. The idea is if, the person filled out a field then they get more options from the drop down. I am running into some issues with this as a conditional field value does not work here. Also, I am not sure I can use dynamic content here since I do not know where to add a tokenized button to track users. I am using Marketo landing pages and forms.

situation:When viewing the page in author/publisher (view-as published), the browser cookies are available in my filterWhen viewing the page via the dispatcher, the browser cookies are NOT available in my filter.filter class is located in com.myhost.core.filters.myfiltersI've added logging in my class so I know if the cookie is getting read or not. It's definitely not getting read when I view the page via the dispatcher.questions:Perhaps there's an Apache config I need to set before this can happen? For some reason, it is not working. The issue is with rendering and not with the taglib. Can someone tell me what could be the issue.

I have 2 custom fonts (Sailec and Recoleta) that I want to use in my Marketo emails. I have already uploaded the .woff2 and .woff files into a font folder in Design Studio. What are my next steps to start using these fonts in my emails? I would like Sailec and Recoleta to be my main fonts in that order but have Arial, and Georgia fonts as fall backs.
