Hello,Our customer wants to see a preview of the PDFs that are in the AEM Assets, do we have a plugin or a configuration to get this? By default, when you click in the PDF file, there is not a preview to see the pages of the document, only the image created (rendition) of the first page of the PDF.  Thanks.

I have been writing slingservlets to do backend functions, and testing with postman.However, sometimes I need to create a test HTML page, e.g. with a form to upload a file.In aem its easy to create pages, but you can only add text/images, you cant edit the HTML.Looking in the project, I cant see an obvious way to create a HTML page.  Any suggestions where to look?There are a lot of tutorials on creating pages from templates, but these dont seem to include editing HTML.  Presumably I need to write some code to create a new template with my HTML, then create a page to use that template.  I cant see how to create a template where I can defined the HTML the template uses?   Or do I instead have to create a new component with a simple HTML form in it, then drop that into an existing page template?  

All, I am very keen to make use of the execute campaign flow step.  However, I want to apply it to some existing campaigns.   Is there a way to make those existing campaigns 'executable' as per campaign creation?   Also, it isn't 100% clear from the Marketo Documentation... does an executed campaign return to the calling campaign after it has finished to allow the calling campaign to complete e.g., if I have campaigns * CampaignA with steps 1, 2, 3 (execute Campaign B), 4  * Campaign B with steps 1, 2, 3 will step 4 of campaignA get executed after B has been completed?   Cheers Jo

Hi,  I have got the requirement to set maximum timeout in my ajax call. 10Mbps = 1mB/s upload ... 1GB file = 14min upload * 2 = 28 min 10Mbps = 1mB/s upload ... 500MB file = 7min upload * 2 = 14 min 10Mbps = 1mB/s upload ... 5MB file = 4 sec upload * 2 = 8 sec  How can I get the timeout using the network speed and the file size? Thank you

I've uploaded a file under People > Customer Attributes, which maps customer ID to a variable (called restrictedItemsCatalogId) containing a numeric value. I am trying to use this inside of recommendation criteria in order to filter out items from being shown to a given customer. How I'm envisioning this working is: If restrictedItemsCatalogId on the product does not match restrictedItemsCatalogId on the user profile, include this item in the recommendation. When I do a Target trace I can see the restrictedItemsCatalogId and value in the user profile data, however, when I try to include this variable (as it's shown in the trace) in inclusion rules inside the recommendation criteria it does not let me save the criteria. I am attempting to do this with Profile Attribute Matching. So this question has two parts:Is this something Customer Attributes can be used for?If so, how can I access this data inside of the recommendation criteria?I've looked through all the doc

I may be overlooking something, but we have a portfolio where the "set priority" button in the optimizer is greyed out for the portfolio manager. Other users have the same button enabled.

How can I access XF properties from a component inside XF. "currentPage" returns main page. Page > XF Component > XF > Custom Component

I am creating a nurture campaign that will start with a specific list  that I uploaded, but I will be adding people to my list as the campaign goes and will want them to start with the first email. I read that I would need a “trigger” so that newly added contacts would start receiving the emails. Would I add the trigger “added to List” like I did below, or should I add the trigger in a separate Smart Campaign?   Also, when I add new contacts, can I just update/import the new people into the existing list? 

I'm looking to set up an abandoned cart email using Marketo. We're using a few tools on our site.    Acoustic Digital Analytics(Formerly IBM Digital Analytics, Formerly Coremetrics) Acoustic Experience Analytics (Formerly Tealeaf) Google Analytics Google Tag Manager   Ideally, we would want a futureproof solution. That is probably going to involve focusing on Google Ananlytics and Google Tag Manager but I am open to solutions for the other platforms as well.

When trying to install the ACC Client 'setup-client-7.0.8981' I accidentally selected French. Now, even when I quit and restart the installer, it only shows french. How do I change this? I love the french, but I can't read much of it. Thanks for the help!

Hi community, I've created an enumeration type for a Content Fragment I made with the multiple option set to true. Team, I have extended recipient schema and added couple Boolean fields and text fields. In webpage i am able to map that fields. Preload acivity is able to load the Text fields from Recipient however for Boolean fields, preload acivity is not working. Now value for Boolen fields could be problem as i see i gave true and false. That i dont know and might be changing to 1 or 0 might solve the problem. Hi, We have configured the string delimiter as double quote in the Data loading activity.However, we found that the content of a column contains the double quote which crashes the data import and that row till be skipped.How should we handle this case so that the row of data can still be imported?Thanks.

In our project we planned to implement AEM Community feature with Mongo Storage Resource Provider (MSRP), we had purchased Mongo Db license for this. While configuring we came to know that Apache Solr is mandatory for this and it requires for indexing the UGC content, as Apache Solr is an open source product do we need to purchase license for this separately or is there a way to implement this MSRP without Apache Solr server, advice on this is required to proceed, Thanks.

Hi, I have some lengthy external links in my website, which are very tough to identify which page it takes. Hence, I have added "name" attribute to all the link tags (<a>). But I am still seeing that the link URLs are getting fetched through launch, but not names. What might be the issue over here?Thanks in advance.

Typical clicks-to-visit ratio for my JAPAC media campaigns are at least 50%. However I have a campaign that has only 148 visits out of 1103 clicks (13% visit rate). Is there a way to find out why the page visit numbers are so low?

Hello, I'm looking to create an experience targeting activity within Adobe Target that shows multiple different audiences of visitors personalised webpage experiences. As part of this I want to hold out a control population that I can measure the personalisation against. In the A/B testing activity it is easy to hold a control, but in experience targeting not so much. Can anyone please explain how to best do this in this particular circumstance?  Thanks!

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to easily identify leads who have not been sent an email since specific fields have had a data value change (via form submission). For example, leads who have provided us with their First Name. We don't want to trigger an email on the back of this data value change, but want to ensure this change is acknowledged in the next email we send. I had been hoping we could identify these people in a smart list but not sure what combination of filters could achieve this? At the moment, the best way I can think to achieve this is to have a triggered smart campaign using the data value change to add them to a list, use this to identify them for the next send, then once they have received an email have another removing them from the list. Is there a way to achieve this without using multiple trigger campaigns? Thanks!
