Hello. I'm testing sending SMS from our instance of Adobe Campaign Classic and was wondering if there's any recommendation when it comes to using multiple waves? We use this for most of our email sends to manage our deliverability and throttle larger volumes over the day(s) but unsure as to whether this would also be applicable for SMS? Thanks. Luke

Hello, Looking to find out if it's possible to create a segment to filter by VISITORS who spent $XX amount on a specific PRODUCT, not necessarily all in the same hit or visit. Right now I have a segment that gets me VISITORS who spent $XX amount, but I can't seem to get it to filtered to having spent that specific amount on a specific product across the date range for a visitor. I tried to build something clever with calculated metrics, but I believe that would only evaluate correctly if I had Visitor ID as the row. This isn't an option in my case. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I would like to customize the email template for workflow event notification to include the payload title. Is title exposed in some way to use in workflow emails? From the documentation I can see that the options available are ${payload.data}, ${payload.type}, ${payload.path} -- where can I pull back payload title?

when i am starting my servlet, it is not working and in my friends aem instance it is working. When i checked in components in web console, it is in "satisfied" state. Will this affect the working of servlet. What can I do to make the servlet to work?Thanks in advance!!

Unfortunately the description of the Reporting REST API is not clear. Hi, I am currently trying to figure out Marketo -Zoom integration and referred https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207267346-Setting-Up-Zoom-for-Marketo for the information but what is missing in this document is the data flow diagram. From the document, I understand that Webhooks pass on the registration information from Marketo to Zoom, and the attendee information is passed from Zoom to Marketo in JSON format through Marketo's REST API.  Can someone please elaborate more on this, which will help me understand more about it? Also what type of lead information is passed to Zoom (Like the first name, last name, and email address only or more), and for how long does Zoom store the information?

Are there any circumstances where Adobe Analytics will attach a query string to a URL? I am investigating a situation where we are using SharePoint to create an Intranet site. The user is creating pages and sometimes editing them. When we look at the results in Adobe Analytics we are seeing the URLs with parameters. I have attached a screen shot. 

We are trying to figure out the best way to match Adobe data with our own, and I found this article that looks like a promising solution. Here’s the use case we have in mind: We currently have a third-party integration that allows us to see firmographic information for our site visitors, including the name of the company they work for. We want to use the company name to match to another dataset, which would allow us to define the potential and current value of a company. We’ve broken companies into different segments (enterprise, mid market, retail) based on how valuable the accounts might be. Are there any more resources available on how to implement lookup data? Does anyone have experience implementing something like this?

HI, Need help.......!!!!We are using render service which converts the xdp form to Interactive PDF Form. This PDF form we display in HTML page along with Submit and close button. (Note: The buttons like submit and close are not in PDF, its outside the PDF). When Submit is click a subprocess of workflow is invoked with xfa data. Rightnow, the HTML page along with PDF is working properly in IE but not in other browsers.  We have created a custom profile and loading the letter as HTML preview and in that HTML page we kept the button like Submit and close. on the Submit button the sub process invoking is not happening.  Can you please help me how to proceed further.  Thanks in Advance

The added field for our GDPR/Europe compliance has stopped showing up on web pages. (ex: web page  vs. Marketo landing page).   Our developer insists that something changed on the Marketo form. I suspect there's something missing on the web page code since the form appears fine on the Marketo landing page.   I don't know enough about coding to properly troubleshoot, so I'm reaching out to the community. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!    For checking both versions of the privacy field, you can use Austria (GDPR) and Hong Kong (APAC). I think there is added styling underneath the form that may just be missing the field type (it's a Checkboxes field).

Hi there, I have two questions about the Fallout table 😞  1. I used exactly the same segment into two fallout visualization.when i used another segment, such as Mobile_device(hit), it showed same visits and visitor number, but this segment doesn't show same number.  Is there any reason?     Used "Hit" Container for "Brochure" segment and condition is 'page name contains ----'  As you can see, it shows 29 visits when I put a segment in the segment option but shows 137 visits when I put brochure segment in touchpoint.  Does two fallout represent different views? 😞  2.  Invalid Container within segment I used "hit" container for all segments, brochure and complete, but when I put 'complete' segment, it shows the error message, even though it showed data ok with putting only brochure segment.  Is there any reason?   Would be sooo happy if you answer any of these question
