HI, Need help.......!!!!We are using render service which converts the xdp form to Interactive PDF Form. This PDF form we display in HTML page along with Submit and close button. (Note: The buttons like submit and close are not in PDF, its outside the PDF). When Submit is click a subprocess of workflow is invoked with xfa data. Rightnow, the HTML page along with PDF is working properly in IE but not in other browsers.  We have created a custom profile and loading the letter as HTML preview and in that HTML page we kept the button like Submit and close. on the Submit button the sub process invoking is not happening.  Can you please help me how to proceed further.  Thanks in Advance

The added field for our GDPR/Europe compliance has stopped showing up on web pages. (ex: web page  vs. Marketo landing page).   Our developer insists that something changed on the Marketo form. I suspect there's something missing on the web page code since the form appears fine on the Marketo landing page.   I don't know enough about coding to properly troubleshoot, so I'm reaching out to the community. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!    For checking both versions of the privacy field, you can use Austria (GDPR) and Hong Kong (APAC). I think there is added styling underneath the form that may just be missing the field type (it's a Checkboxes field).

Hi there, I have two questions about the Fallout table 😞  1. I used exactly the same segment into two fallout visualization.when i used another segment, such as Mobile_device(hit), it showed same visits and visitor number, but this segment doesn't show same number.  Is there any reason?     Used "Hit" Container for "Brochure" segment and condition is 'page name contains ----'  As you can see, it shows 29 visits when I put a segment in the segment option but shows 137 visits when I put brochure segment in touchpoint.  Does two fallout represent different views? 😞  2.  Invalid Container within segment I used "hit" container for all segments, brochure and complete, but when I put 'complete' segment, it shows the error message, even though it showed data ok with putting only brochure segment.  Is there any reason?   Would be sooo happy if you answer any of these question

Hello - I have a requirement where an application wants to store user profile data for an authenticated application. I am analyzing how compliant we are to store this info.  Volume of Data Users - 50,000User Type - Health care professional. User Data - May contain information such as HCP Medical number, medical license number etc. which might be available to public some where but should not be available from our systems. Fields per user - 20Possible JCR queries to retrieve data while user accessing application: 5 - 20  When we proposed external database to store this user profile information considering few issues with JCR such as below, I was challenged "why not JCR" when AEM has the capability to store information. 1. Data security. How secure the data in AEM as compared to an external database. 2. Number of queries might slow down the system.3. Scalability of AEM is costly if application needs system infrastructure to be upgrade

I created a landing page under Laravel and placed a Marketo form there. There is also a follow-up page named "completed.php" under Laravel. Is there anything Marketo can do to prevent direct access to this follow-up page? I tried to run the redirect process on the Laravel side, but the transition from the Marketo form is considered direct access and is redirected. From a Project List > View dropdown, there used to be a "..." that would reveal Share, Delete, etc options on mouseover. It seems to have disappeared leaving me guessing as to how to share or delete a view. Hope I'm missing something obvious. Didn't the "..." previously appear to the left of the Pencil? I'm certain I'm signed in as myself (Admin). Thank you!

Hello After building a data health audit I'm working on setting up operational campaigns to fix some of the issues had found. So far I got the following strategies checklist in mind: Unsubscribes management. Email invalids and empty email management. Leads marketability management. Program to manage block-listed leads. Program to manage marketing suspended leads. Program to report and process duplicates. Data normalization strategies (city, state, country, and other string fields). In your experience what would be other general operational campaigns or strategies to include in the checklist to handle global data management that could apply to all clients and instances?

I had someone ask me whether it is possible to customize Marketo's UI to the company's own colour codes to make new users feel more "at home" in the platform. I know some customizations can be done with plugins, but has anyone ever tried e.g. changing the colour of the menu bar in a scalable manner? We're talking about the new UI. Dear Community Members,I want to replace the existing multifield(/libs/granite/ui/components/foundation/form/multifield) with the newer one(/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield). The existing multifield is storing content in object format:I want to convert this existing multi-field JSON data to nodes data.
