I am trying to create a token that generates values based off a field called Preferred Location. What is wrong here?  

Hi everyone,  Our client's website has been updated and relaunched several months ago. However, the reporting dashboard still showing URLs from the old website. Can someone provide some guidance on the steps we need to take to update the reporting dashboard? Should we update the reporting suites? Or, should we update the rules? Or, both? Should we start over and create new reporting suites, rules, variables? What is the best practice and how to go about it?  Your feedback is greatly appreciated.  Thank you! Sophie

I have two different segments which are bifurcated on the basis of the URL of pages. But I know visitors are landing on my one segment are also landing on other segment section also. But in Venn why I am not seeing any overlap. Is there is a specification for the segments to pull in Venn? Any suggestions?

I have created a segment with only entry page conditions and none of these entry pages are linked to any paid search campaigns, but when pulling up a report on Last touch channel it shows new numbers under Paid search for this hit level segment.Hit level segment: Entry page is x, Entry page is yLast touch channel                 VisitPAID SEARCH                       100-Breakdown by Entry pagePage x                                     50Page y                                      50

Hi.  I can't provide snapshots due to sensitive information, but can someone explain to me why my segmentation (which is used for a dynamic email) has a smaller number of people than the smart list? I actually created the smart list first. I then realized that segmentation was better for the type of email I am creating. So, I used the same criteria that is on my smart list to build the segmentation. So, why aren't the numbers the same?   Thanks!

What is the difference between using and not using a container?Please refer to the example below: 1) When using a container:(Including Visits that include Hits) 2) When NOT using a container:(Including Hits only) I've blocked out the data for security issues, however all the conditions are pretty much the same except the usage of a container. As the results show, TSpV differs a little bit but the rest are the same.Why does using a container makes difference in TSpV but not the others? Thanks in advance.

My project managers are currently clicking into each of their projects and checking the Updates tab for comments left by their working team. Does WF provide a way to see all updates for all projects in one view or one feed, so they don't have to click from project to project? We are on Workfront Classic but moving to the NWE soon if that matters in any way.

Hi All,We are accessing a SOAP service to display the xml response using AEM component. Our service is working fine and we are getting response in our Local AEM instance (AEM 6.5).But, when we are deploying same packages and bundles in our DEV environment (AEM 6.5) we are getting error while adding component itself. We created a rendition profile with different rendition dimensions. When we apply that profile to an asset, the generated rendition dimensions are not matching with what we configured in rendition profile.For example when we gave 285 X 100 in rendition profile, it created rendition of dimension 133 X 100Note: we are using OOTB rendition profiles only, no customization is this behavior expected. IS AEM automatically adjusting the dimensions closest to what we provided?If that is the case, will these dimensions be different for different resolution image?Please help! Thanks! 

Hello AEM community, I'm trying to extract old text content from old versions of pages for legal reasons. For a few pages I can find all of the text content for the different versions in infinity.json but for most I cannot find the text content for a given version unless under the Timeline I click Revert to this Version. After clicking it, only text content from that version shows up. I'm looking at around 1000 pages with 6-10 versions per page so manually clicking is not an option. How can I get text content from all versions of a page? Is there a programmatic way to do this? Maybe programmaticaly Revert to a version and pull text content from infinity.json?

However I'm not able to edit template as there's no layout container. Edit:I creted a new page in we-retail website, which uses page-content template:  But it's still not editable. We are using one Launch property for multiple domains. They are websites for people affiliated with our company. The sites are all created via a master template so they have the same structure but customized for each affiliate and they each have their own domain. There are hundreds of these templated sites. Each click within the site (navigating around different pages within the site) fires an exit link. So there are two links for every page view within the site - the PV hit and an exit link hit. We need to remove the exit link hit; page views within the site should only send the PV hit. Exit links need to be tracked as we have CTAs we need to track. Hello Community - We are using static template in our project and we would like to load the clientlibs on need basis. i.e. In one page, I need to use 5 clientlibs and other page I will use only 1 clientlib. I wanted to configure the clientlib in the page properties so that it can easily configurable for individual pages created using the template. Not sure if someone has already done this approach and also need a suggestions on loading all the clientlibs available in the page properties to configure.

Hi there!We have been working on enabling the adobe analytics - ACC connector and it is working fine. However i've come across a challenge that I simply can not figure out how to solve (if it is even possible)  The web analytics connector enriches all links with cid, bid and rid. BUT it is very important for us to also have the link label in the link so that we know from what section of the email the link was clicked. I.e: We want a link that looks like the following: https://xxx.dk?cid=xxx&bid=xyz&rid=abc:hero It is the last part with the :hero that I can not see how I can append to every link dynamically based on the html label that is computed on the link. Any help very much appreciated! 

Hi, We are building out a campaign.  The plan is to create the campaign in a global centre of excellence folder, and then be able to clone the campaign for different regions in there areas.  I'm having issues cloning assets between workspaces.  If I build something in admin design studio, I can then only clone to admin in marketing activities.   Is it not possible to share assets such as landing pages, forms etc across the campaigns?

Hey everyone!  Just reaching out with a tracking logs question.  I am wanting to target profiles who have opened at least 2 deliveries during their lifetime in ACS. I can easily segment out profiles who have at least one existing tracking log with the type set to Open, but how do I query those who have 2 open actions?  I understand that each profile has a running record of engagements and any documentation that can help me navigate these waters is much appreciated.  Best,  -Chris

Hi Team, I have created a component named teaser extending teaser from core component, however, I have added one extra node as logo which is image. I want to add two images in the teaser, one is logo and one is teaser background. However, When I drop the image asset only logo image is setting and , image under option image also set to same as logo image. Could you please help. How I can achieve this. And How I can set the value of Image using Dialog box in HTL code. Thanks
