Hi,I am seeking help on the following scenarios related to connecting AEM (running on 6.5.22 Service Pack) to an AWS S3 bucket. All scenarios are based on activities performed in AEM Author.Case 1: Without Binaryless Replicationa) What happens in the S3 bucket when we upload a new image for the first time in AEM Author?b) If we update the image in AEM Author (e.g., updating its title), what happens in the S3 bucket? If the image is published after the update, what changes will happen in the S3 bucket and in AEM Publisher?c) If we delete the image (assuming it has already been published), what happens in the S3 bucket and the AEM Publisher?Case 2: With Binaryless=true Replication What will happen for the above questions?Additionally, I would appreciate documentation links where I can find answers to these questions.

I am testing out the interactive webinars with Adobe connect integration. I am using my own email accounts to test but after successfully registering with the email address once, I receive the "Registration Error" status for any consecutive registrations under the same email address. The status reason is 'Error registering with webinar provider. exception='Failed to get the data from connect'.  When trying new email addresses the registration works correctly. Is this an issue with duplicates being created in Adobe Connect or is it a connection issue between Marketo Engage and Adobe Connect? 

What exactly does Last Update mean? Does it mean an actual change to an item or is it just the last person to click within the item. I havent been able to find a solid definition anywhere.

Hi TeamCurrently we are Migrating the Our Adaptive forms which used foundational components.In Text Box Foundation component "display pattern" type drop downloaded with predefined patterns Ex: ZIP Code, Phone number, Social Security Number etc.But Same option we are not able to get in Core components (Text Input), please help how to load these options in core component also to apply the pattern-based type.  

Hi, I am trying to analyze the impact of different marketing channels / campaigns. I've noticed that a lot of our orders are coming from Direct & Session refresh, making it difficult to determine the drivers of these orders. I had the idea of using a Flow visualization for orders (purchase event) by marketing channels, so I could see which channel users are first learning about us, and then where they end up falling into eventually. The problem: when I see the orders # at the last stage of the flow, it shows 5475 orders. However, if I look at a freeform table, and breakdown marketing channel by orders, I see a total of 7,760 orders. What is the reason for this discrepancy? Is this data at least directionally valuable? FYI I am looking at the same date range. Thank you!

When we provide the data layer to mobile developers, they integrate it into their code and release it on the go-live date. Is it possible to abort or control any tracking tags (like trackAction or trackState) in Adobe Launch when they are triggered by specific user actions? Or is it solely in the control of the mobile developers to manage or abort tracking events once they implement the SDK?

I am trying to understand how we can use the connections we build in Workfront planning in our reports. Most of our reports are task reports that track the deployment task of all projects. Since we are not able to connect tasks in Workfront planning, I wonder what is the best way to show connected metadata from planning into those task reports.

Hello, has anyone developed a custom validation extension for the new CF editor? I don't want to create a custom field, just add validation to an OOTB field. I checked the docs but I don't see any API for validation available: https://developer.adobe.com/uix/docs/services/aem-cf-editor/api/ I have the following use-case: two multifields, if one contains X items, then the other one needs to contain X items or the validation should fail and show an error to the editor.   Thanks, Daniel

Hey there! I've got a lengthy project by month with many parent/child tasks.  I'd like to close the parent task (which generally is the month) so then all the child tasks are hidden.  However, when I do that, it stays open for someone else or it just is open when I go back to it.  Is there a way to keep a parent task arrow with all the child tasks closed for myself and everyone?  For example, when the month of March is completed, I want to "close" March so all the child tasks are hidden and you just see " > March ". Thank you!

We have a request queue that has been decommissioned and I have updated the sharing on the project to view only. However, the issues within the project maintain the shared access levels that were given when it was current. Is there a way for me to bulk update all of the issues to view only for any user it was shared with?

Hi, I’ve created two streaming audiences: one using the Default Merge Policy and another with a custom Merge Policy we recently created.I need a journey that listens for new entries into the audience associated with the custom Merge Policy (not the Default MP). To achieve this, I created a journey that starts with an Audience Qualification trigger using the audience linked to the new Merge Policy. However, AJO isn’t detecting any new entries for this audience.As a test, I replicated the same journey but used an Audience Qualification trigger with the Default Merge Policy audience instead. This version works as expected and listens for new entries without issue.Is there a known limitation or blocker related to using custom Merge Policies with Audience Qualification in AJO?

Hi All, I'd like to run a Fusion scenario when either or both of these 2 events occur on an Issue:A) Status changes to "Booked" while a user is already assigned.B) A user gets assigned (as Primary assignee) while the status is "Booked".("Booked" is a custom status coded as BOC.) Since the Fusion UI doesn't allow me to create a webhook with multiple subscriptions (so as to achieve the "OR" operator), I used the subscription API to create the 2 subsciptions:A) (new state) assignedToID EXISTS AND status CHANGES AND status = BOC B) (new state) assignedToID EXISTS AND assignedToID CHANGES AND status = BOCThis works most of the time, except the situation when the 2 changes happen at the same time, i.e. both assignedToID CHANGES and status CHANGES to BOC in the same update. In this situation the webhook gets 2 notifications with a few nanoseconds difference and my scenario runs twice. (The second run fails because it attempts the operations that the first run completed parallel.)&nb

Hi all, I'm trying to set up a Target test to be analysed in Adobe Analytics.  When I start an Analytics for Target panel in Analytics, my Activity shows up fine under "Target Activity" but for some reason the "Control Experience" dropdown is empty ("No items found"), so I can't proceed. Presumably my Reporting Settings in Target are setup correctly otherwise the Activity wouldn't be showing up under "Target Activity", and I've checked that the Control activity is correctly set (as far as I'm aware) in Target, so I don't what else to check for...   Can someone point me to towards what I might need to look into to get Target and Analytics to talk to each other?   Thanks in advance,   Achilles

One of our teams wants to use dynamic boards, which will always be connected to project tasks. If using boards, a team member can easily change the board task planned completion date, which could affect the project timeline as a whole. We were told that best practice to change project task timelines is to increase the task duration to match the new planned completion date, while keeping the original task planned completion start date, rather than changing the task planned completion date. Is there any way to add the task planned duration to the card to keep this best practice? I don’t see a way to add that field. How are other people handling moving task planned completion in boards?Also, this team also wants to work in two week sprints, but not use iterations and stories, since they can’t pull in stories dynamically to that team area. They will want to frequently move the task planned completion dates to the next two week sprint. This will affect new and in progress tasks. The team us

We currently have multiple event forwarding properties - however, when we tried to enable additional event forwarding properties against our datastream we found that it simply overwrote the previous property. Is it possible to have multiple event forwarding properties enabled for 1 datastream - if so how? and if not, how are individuals dealing with large event forwarding configurations and still abiding by the 50m/s limit on the event forwarding property? Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks,Ty

I'm working on creating a report to identify and understand how long issues are in the "New" status & "In Progress" status. Ideally, it would be a journal entry report that gave me either date that status began and the date ended OR would give me the duration that status was active.  Any help would be appreciated!

I can get to the new email editor from my design studio and I've created a template quite easily. I can also access it from the emails option in design studio. When I go from a programme in Marketing Activities to create a new local asset and I choose email (New Email Designer) I get a 400 error. I've checked in my sandbox environment which has no custom templates (just the marketo standard ones), and it's doing exactly the same.
