I have a Billing Record report that I want to sort by project total billed amount (highest to lowest). There may be more than one billing record per project. I have the report grouped by Project Reference number and showing a sum of the amounts. The report is currently sorting in descending order on the Billing Record amount. The attached screenshot shows the group sums but it's not in descending order. Is there a way to sort by the group sum? 

Hey! I'm building out a Campaign to run on my Web Channel, but can't set it to run on a specific URL, so it's going to run on every single page on the site. Alternatively I could create a Channel specific to the page I want it to run on, but that would mean a new channel for every page on my site, so we're going to end up with thousands of channels. Per 1:35 in [this video]  in the documentation, I can set the URL, however that interface does not show for me. How do I set it to run on a specific URL? HI All,Recently there was a use case in which we need to update a Number based on a contextual attribute in email designer of AJO.Let say there are 4 attributes in my schema each has a boolean value in it.ATTR1, ATTR2, ATTR3, ATTR4                                     True/ FalseA journey - Unitary Event Based trigger using the above schema -> email ( 2 nodes )Basically in my email, based on the values of the contextual attributes I need to output 4 statements each related to a attribute.Sample Example- 1ATTR1 - True , ATTR2 - True , ATTR3 - True ,ATTR4 - True Since all are true I need to output the below texts in the editor along with numbers at front1. We have 3 types of license listed here for AJO [https://business.adobe.com/products/journey-optimizer/pricing.html]  In none of these AEP is specified, does this mean that AEP is not in picture. If so how would the unified profile concept work for the same and how would the data storage and profile stitching work.   Your inputs on the above is appreciated.      

In this journey, we have 3 separate email deployments. The data seems to be different data between the Action Overview module and Sending Statistics in the report.  The Action Overview shows 6,131,215 node enters. However, the sending statistics only shows 5,894,609 targeted. Is there a reason why there would be note enters by email addresses not targeted?  Thank you. 

Hi Team, I want to create an event for my AEM as Cloud Service Publish instance(Asset share common) where I want to track If anyone click on search button on my AEM as Cloud Service Publish instance(Asset share common) to search asset with name or any other metadata fields, Then one event got created and send the search data to custom IO Events Journals and then read that data in Author to store queue in AEM under some path.Please help me on doing this, I am not able to proceed with the requirement. Thanks

We are trying to make our web metrics more accurate in CJA by creating a filter that excludes our organization's VPN IP ranges. However, I just heard from our IT team today and they said our VPN has 100+ ranges and would be almost impossible to filter from metrics.  Has anyone successfully filtered out a VPN like this from their web metrics?

Our website is being rewritten using React.  This gives us a chance to follow best practices with our Adobe Analytics (currently) manually done implementation.  What setup is a best practice for Adobe Analytics (we're not ready to go to Web SDK yet)?  We are looking at Data Collection and adding ACDL.  (There doesn't seem to be a definitive version of "best practice" specified.  I understand that things change quickly, so no one wants to be pinned down.  But there must be something close to standard right now. Are there any pitfalls that React can introduce?

Hi, I am currently using the "Site Pages: Landing page URL" + "Visitor Profile: Not first page of session" to target an audience of users who started on a specific page during their session. I would like to change this from landing page to the user having visited at any point in the session - how would I achieve this? I suspect this would require a profile script but am not well-versed in how to write those. Thanks in advance

We are trying to capture some simple campaign parameters in the query string, but it is coming in as "Unspecified".  Whenever I try to add an email link to a topic in the Guides Web Editor, I get a "FAILED TO SAVE FILE" error. Below is my code. This code comes straight from the Guides Web Editor Toolbar "Insert email link" button. I've check the docs also and the code appears to be correct. We use a proof approval report to show users proofs which need their approval.I realized that if proof has been archived, it no longer shows on the report - even though the proof is still "awaiting decision." I'd like to create a report to show proofs that are archived, but are awaiting decision. Or, maybe even Archived but project is Current? I would use this to unarchive proofs, so the user remains aware of the need to approve.The only place I've seen a designation of 'archived' is in Proofing, Views, "Archived proofs."Does anyone know if it's possible to filter for archived proofs in a proof approval report (or other type, if necessary), or even to include a column that has a designation of archived?

Hi,I recently have noted (mainly after Feb 19 2025) in AJO that if we create a AJO email journey and publish it then another campaign also gets created (like a email campaign with same email HTML) which is not visible in campaign browse list in the UI we have to check the contact history using the profile ID in the journey and campaign datasets.The email gets sent out only single time from the journey. Has anyone also faced similar issue.Is it a feature that Adobe has enabled.How do I stop it from happening. Any help would be appreciated as it skews the reporting based on the profiles.

Hello All, There is scenario, where library has been build without selecting 'Environment' and in that library added only one data element and just 'save' rules without any changes. That Library is been submitted to approved state and form there it is been rejected and came back to dev environment and from dev, it is been deleted.   Is it possible that because of the above scenario Adobe Rules will not fire for any of the page load and clicks calls? P.s. this is Direct calls rules build.  

Hello! I'm using the Report Builder extension in Excel for Adobe Analytics. I was able to create a data block with default and custom metrics and I'm also able refresh the data. Once I tried scheduling the report as a pdf or xlsx, I'm facing Error: 8000 right after the automatic refresh starts (see screenshot below). I've tried several times with different queries and it's still the same error message. I'm hearing that this procedure works fine on Windows devices. Where can I find the reference for error messages and why am I experiencing the error? I'm using Excel Version 16.95 on Mac OS Sequoia. Any guidance is appreciated!  

In order to optimize the use of our evars and props, we use pipe-delimiters to string together values and then use the Classification Rule Builder to parse them out into classifications for reporting.  For example, eVar99 might be mapped to 'abc123||1|consent|trigger||||||'. The classification rules below would break those out into our classifications that are named like '(v99c) Mobile Client Type', etc.   In most cases, we just parse out the value that is mapped and that's all we need to do. However, in this case, on rule 3, we want to say "if positions 3 = 1 then (v99c) Mobile Client Type = 'Native'. Otherwise it equals 'Not Native', while leaving the remaining rules in place. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance. 

Hi community! I am trying to create a dashboard in Adobe Analytics that distinguishes unique visitors between prospects and clients. I have already created the segments for prospects and clients, but I am encountering the problem that some prospects are actually clients because they later enter our private area and log in. The problem I have is that the value is being counted both in "Clients" and "Prospects" because first they are "Prospects" and then "Clients" with the same sessionID. I am trying to create a segment where "Prospects" only include those who are "Prospects" but I can't manage to do it. Could you help me? Thank you very much.

Hi Team, Can you please let me know how to find out the exact details of these profiles (profile id) of the profile who went to end after a condition box rather than proceeding ahead to an action. As this end box doesn't have any action id or step id, I am even unable to query out these profiles.

Does the field parentTransitionName updates only after a condition step or after every step like Email & End ?What will be the parentTransitionName of a profile which goes through the below sample journey ?

Hi Team, Consider a scenario where I have a journey with audience qualification and it's a batch audience which evaluates at 7PM IST daily. Now if profile XYZ has entered the journey at 8 PM IST and exited at 9 PM, will it re-enter the journey before the next batch segment evaluation or after it ?
