We've set up SMS messaging through Twilio. We'd like to update records in Marketo if they've opted out of our SMS messages.   Trying to do this through Zapier. If an SMS message to our Twilio number matches "STOP," then update the Marketo record of the "from" mobile number as unsubscribed from SMS (custom field).   Unfortunately, it looks like Zapier needs an email address to update a Marketo record or to add the record to a list. We likely won't have email addresses for these records.   Any workarounds to this? Or another way to push SMS opt outs from Twilio into Marketo?   I understand we can get a programmer to develop a solution for us but wanted to exhaust this avenue first. The volume of opt-outs won't be that great.   Thanks.

I am looking to run a filter that pulls any project that's name contains the word IVA. The problem is there are words with the letters iva within them. Is there a way to dictate that I only want the ones where IVA are their own word? I tried typing a space before and after but that didn't work.

Hi, There is a scenario where we want to control the number of communications sent for a campaign and also for a channel. Lets say maximum 5K communication for a campaign or 20K communication for SMS channel. And it needs to be implemented for Transaction Messaging(Real-Time) communication. I tried to create a capacity typology rule. Added it to the Transactional Message Typology and assigned Transactional message typology to the delivery template, but it did not control the number of communications sent out for that delivery template. For testing purpose i kept the max count to '2' only. Thanks!!Vikash

Hello! I am looking into developing a landing page for capturing email adresses for use in lead activities in ACC. The site will be accessed from external pages so it can potentially be known as well as unknown visitors. I am struggling a bit with how to best go about this and how to get started with this task. So far I've looked at JSSP as an option as well as simply looking at the site builder. But I am a bit in doubt when it comes to identifying knwon/unknown users and best way of subscribing them to the relevant permission. Any help very much appreciated!

Hi Team,We need your suggestions on possible scenario which leads to below situation. Issue : We are traying to access scene7 image using scene7 image URL. On AEM, image properties having asset name different then scene7File or scene7Name and because of that while accessing the scene7 image , we are getting unable to find image error. If we try to access image using scene7 url with assetname , we are able to access it, so ideally assetname and scene7 props should be same and that's not happening for some asset. It will be helpful if you suggest how to debug or reproduce the issue. Hi All, I am trying to create the first react component in my local and did the set up as per the weekend tutorial available.When first time I run the app, all the changes were coming fine on the aem as well as react app (localhost:4502 and localhost:3000). When i created the new component in react and mapped it to newly created component in ui apps, and deployed the same in my local, I can see the component in react app but same component is not coming up in aem. I have created aem component in ui apps with basic dialog fields.I have created the sling model and exported the same using Jackson exporterI have created the react component and mapped the same to aem component.I have added the component mapping in import-components.jsI have deployed the code in my local instance As soon as deployment is completed, I am able to see new component in the side rail. but when I am dragging and dropping the component on page, I am not seeing the component in aem page. If

I have a listener for a component on a page . When i try to edit the component  <cq:listeners jcr:primaryType="cq:EditListenersConfig" beforeedit="function() {console.log('Test')" afteredit="REFRESH_PAGE"/>The after edit  works fine and it refreshes the page after edit , but the before edit isnt working as expected . I have multiple components on the page and the new component should read a value from previous created component on the page .. I am trying to pick a value from last created component and use it in the newly created component. Am i missing something which is causing the beforeedit to fail , or is there any other way to achieve this?

Hi,How do I set a condition in Adobe Target where I can show an experience only once to a user.Example - We show a pop up message on Page A to the user in a selected audience, user navigated to other pages, arrives back on Page A, pop up should not be shown (reverts to default experience). I read this is somewhat be possible with Goal settings. Hi,We are working on a survey email for which I have to assign unique links to each unique email address. I have around 60,000 unique links to be assigned to a similar number of audience from a larger list. Do I have to download the entire list in excel, add each unique list to each email and then upload it, and then assign tokens? It seems to be a very time consuming exercise; is there any other way how I can assign unique links to unique emails. I have also gone through a few support links but these dont answer my full concern. Hey All,We have many scenarios where it makes sense to use URL Parameters and Referrer Parameters to fill hidden fields, but we are not using the Cookie Values option for anything.What are the standard use-cases and best practices for using Cookie Values to auto-fill Marketo form fields? My company has two custom tokens in Marketo that are used to display our sales owner's calendar link. One token is for leads while the other is for contacts, but they both have the same values depending on the sales owner (formula field in Salesforce so doesn't sync automatically). My Salesforce Admin has said that those fields are allowed to be mapped on the Salesforce end, but in order for my team to use these tokens efficiently, I will have to segment the lists based on leads versus contacts from what I know.Is it possible to map these two tokens together in Marketo so that we only have to send one email instead of segmenting the lists and sending two? There must be a way to do this with dynamic content that I am just not aware of at the moment.

Hello,   I work for a corporate bank and we are using Marketo to communicate with users of our digital banking platform. I'm trying to set-up a campaign that would send an automatic email as soon as a user reaches 90 days without using one of the apps of our platform. However, none of the "Date of Activity" options allows me to do it. I don't want to define a specific date, I want to say "for more than 90 days".   Does anyone had the same problem?
