Hi All, I have recently upgraded my AEM 6.4 to 6.5 using in-place method. I also did not received any error while installation. However, i am not able to login into package manager, crxde and even explorer. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thanks,Anshul 

I am trying to see if there is a way to 1. Change all existing emails to come from me instead of our current representative and 2. Make all email communication come from me in the future.    We'd like to find a bulk method to change all existing emails to come from me - so we want to change the "from name", "from address", and "reply to address" fields without having to manually update each email one-by-one, preferably using tokens (see below). I came across this article, but can't seem to find much help on this other than that: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Knowledgebase/Changing-from-Address-on-Multiple-Email-Assets-at-Once/ta-p/299316    We also want all future emails to come from me and have a way to tokenize this, so that if we have a new rep in the future taking over email communication, we can just change it in one place.    Any help on this is greatly appreciated. 

How can I Implement a secondary dynamic backup server for an AEM Author ? During disaster recovery times, I can switch the secondary author server to the primary author in such instance.  Any suggestions, would be much appreciated.TIA.

Hello Community - We have two production domains and the same content is served for both the domains. In this case, I need to apply the context-aware configuration clientIds for the domains. is there any mechanism to specify two different clientIds to support both the domains. I tried by making changes to config.publish folder but it is picking for only one domain not for two domains at the same time. is there a way to handle this usecase?

With EPiServer CMS cloud (aka DXP) , you get Azure Application Insights (now called Azure monitor) out of the box. This allows you to query things like how long requests took, which generated errors, how long dependencies took (e.g. api calls made by the server to other systems) etc. You can also include and cross reference with the load on your managed infrastructure (CPY/Memory/DB response times etc). These can be queried dynamically by drag/drop, and you can pick things like 95th percentile, average, min/max response times etc.  You can even add your own custom events, dashboards, alerts etc.What is the equivalent AEM cloud? The Adobe sales team promised NewRelic, then withdrew this after the contract was signed.  What is the alternative solution they provide?  how does everyone do this currently?  We could FTP the logs for each day, but this stone age.  We could also do client side logging to something like NewRelic, but this only gives half the pictur

We're seeing some issue in our current AEM 6.5.5 authoring instances where page changes are not showing on up on the page after closing a component until the page is refreshed in the Touch UI edit view. What we're wondering is if the issues we're seeing is because we're editing a legacy page in Touch UI which contains legacy components that were built for Classic UI and that when the Classic UI component is close/saved it isn't triggering the display update/redrawing of the page in the Touch UI editor to show those changes. Is there any type of configuration setting that should be checked/changed for these changes to properly show when editing the page in Touch UI vs Classic UI?

Hi, I'm using / ACS AEM Commons / Reports / Page Report and when I export the report, I am getting question marks instead of the Asian characters.  I have tried the 1. Open blank excel2. data > from text/csv 3. set File Origin to UTF-8 4. Click load Any help would be great!

Hi, looking for some much-needed help 🙂  I'm working for a web development company trying to implement Adobe Analytics for a mental health therapy website using dynamic tag management (DTM).  I hosted the javascript libraries on FTP, and installed the header code at the start of the <head> tag, and footer code at the start of the <body> tag. I enabled Identity service as well. I then installed the Analytics tool. Now, when the site is loaded, if a user is from India he/she is taken to /in page ,and if a user is from Canada he/she is taken to /ca page from the backend. But after implementing, no data is being fetched i.e. the visits/hits are not being counted by the suite. are redirects causing this issue? Am I implementing the code right? 

Is there any example or reference url to recommend categories instead of products. what all steps required to implement this.

We have a list contains over 3000 page ID, there is no certain prefix or suffix can be used for using RegExp.So, is there a way we can quick create segment: PageID contains any of them? I remember that I read similar topic some time ago, try to find the topic but failed.Seems in that topic, there is a way that we can send the list to admin and ask admin's help to do a classification?Please help to clarify. Will much appreciate if you can tell if there is any problem that if I use the segment API include over 3000 page ID as "OR" criteria in "Page ID" dimension?Will the segment still work?  Thank you.

If you find a component using querybuilder, it gives you a ValueMap of the properties. The components in question already have a full model defined. Is there any way to get the model back, instead of the value map?  Hand writing method to copy each field into the value map would be onerous and fail as soon as the components model changed.

As aem forums always deletes my post for no reason, Ill try putting the question into the response part. Please read the below reply for the question.The problem is I cant find a way to combine two value maps. doing .putAll() fails (not supported), and so does constructing a new one.

I am trying to accept the email as text input field and once i accept that need to verify if record exists in recipient. if exists , then get id and preload the webapp with that id. if email does not exisits then give url without id.  So i created MEmail as variable in page text inlut activity, and accepting the email. Now in next activity i defined Script and in code i am calling that variable <condition expr="@email=ctx.vars.@MEmail"/> , but its not executing. I've deleted all the rest table but only keeping the required one.I see in workspace, only max 400 rows can be shown, but can time and again manually download to max 50K rows.But is it possible to schedule the table with 50K rows at CSV format? It was available in Adhoc.Or is there an easy way to convert to Data Warehouse request? Many segments have been applied.... Thanks. 

Hi all, I just realised an email created by a person with higher level of org unit hierarchy can not be edited by person who has lower level even if the access authorization was updated to lower level. Whenever this email is edited e.g.  test send, an error saying you dont have the write access to this delivery will appear. Is there any workaround ?

Hi All,We are working on trying to simplify how we reduce the effect of recipients forwarding emails with preloaded webApp links.The basic "click here if you are not johnsmith@smith.com" message.Currently we use 2 identical webapps....one with a link as below, that then links to another identical webApp that is not preloaded.If you are not <%= ctx.vars.recipient.@email %> <a href="http://m.communications.waters.com/webApp/APP1924"> click here </A>Ideally, we would like one webApp, and have a container with visibility set by whether or not the email was already preloaded.We tried by setting visibility by @email is not empty, which almost works....but as soon as you fill in the email field and move to the next, the container shows.So, there must be a way to set the visibility only if the form was preloaded.You can see the problem at this link....type anything into the email field then move to another field...you will see the 'If you are not...." container show.http://m.

Hi all, hope I'm posting this in the right place. Apologies if not.   I have a quick questions around using a random sample in a flow step with a smart list triggered filter of "added to SFDC campaign." The goal: how can I just say, every other person added to a SFDC campaign (happening by a sales person), do x flow step (while still allowing the smart campaign to target everyone for the other steps, like change program status).   I’m not sure how Marketo would look at 50% of one one lead (if the trigger is on-ramping one person at a time, as they're being added to the SFDC campaign). Would the default Marketo action be consistent, and then vary it? Or is it varied with each person coming into the flow?   Can't seem to find the default action in the Marketo product docs. Thanks for any help!   __________   UPDATE: We've solved for this.
