I have been trying to have someone from Adobe contact me so I can arrange to purchase the software (+4 weeks). No response.  I currently am using Livecycle ES4 but need to upgrade.  Any suggestions on the best contact

  Hi all,   I'm looking for help on reporting for an A/B test. We recently had two emails that had to go out quickly to an audience. The ask was to randomize the email so that 50% of the audience received email A and 50% of the audience received email B. With this in mind, we ran an A/B test at 100% so that the audience would be split.   These emails contained surveys that had slight variations between the two. We want to send a follow up email to those who didn't click or complete the survey. However, we want to ensure that whoever received Email/Survey A gets the follow up with survey A. Same goes for Email/Survey B.   When we try to build a smart campaign to differentiate between the two, it considers it a whole email test so I can't determine who received A vs. B. Is there a way to run a report to determine who received which test?   Thank you.

I'm using SlingSettingsService to get runmides in the sling servlet.  Any idea how to set runmodes in the test file uisng Junit5 so the servlet could read them when you run doGet(req, res) test? Thanks,Eugene 

Hello,   I listened to the Operations with Sean Lane podcast (How Drifts Marketing Tead Got 18% Of Its Time Back) and it was mentioned that you could capture registration via an email reply.    Has anyone tried this? If so, would you mind sharing how you set up in Marketo? I would like to test capturing webinar registration without having to send to a landing page.    We currently have the Drift integration set up in our Marketo instance. Is the Siftrock integration the same?

Good Morning,I am planning to change the admin user's password. On reading the different posts and Adobe documents it looks like the password can be changed in the following locations in AEM 6.5. Please note that the Publisher is using the CRX file system repository and the Author is connected to a Oracle database to access it's repository.1.  http://server:port/aem/start.html | Tools | Security | Users | find and click on 'admin' user | in Account Setting change the password.2. http://server:port//crx/explorer/index.jsp | User Administration | Find 'admin' user | Change Password, and change the password.3. http://server:port/system/console/configMgr | Find 'Apache Felix OSGi Management Console | Click on it and Change password.4. http://server:port/system/console/configMgr | Find 'Adobe LiveCycle Client SDK Configuration' | Click on it. I would expect the column to be blank if the formula was wrong..... ‚Have I got the DE and curly brackets wrong somehow? Separate, non calculated, standard mode columns for Task Type and Agile Task Type show exactly as expected in the report. ‚🤞 to see if the community can solve this one for me :-)

Hi There, I need your advise to follow best practices in AEM project. We have a requirement where we need to create microsites for promotions and each promotion will require a site configuration page and we are planning to use dynamic template to play a role of microsite configuration. So in this case suppose if we have 100 promotions over a year we need to create 100 dynamic templates. I want to know whether this number of dynamic template creation is advisable or not in AEM 6.5.  Thanks,Ravi

Does Assets HTTP API support accessing assets in a given collection in AEM DAM? Or is there an alternative programmatically approach or another API for it?

I need to track a new small site. The site is small (10/20 pages), is a sub. domain of the main site, the people can enter in the sub.domain only if before visited the main site. I think to implement the tracking of this small site in the same report suite of the main site, but I have a doubt, maybe I need to create 2 different report suites and then a global report suite? I understand the difference between roll-up report suite and the global report suite but this isn't my case. I have a doubt if using only a report suite or create 2 different and use a global. I mean, in this case the site is a subdomain, is small, I think to use only 20/25 evar and I don't think it's worth an extra effort to do the setup of another Report Suite and then of the global.  Do you agree? What parameters do you take into consideration to do this choice?

Why do I see a difference in Entries metric, when using Sub Section(eVar4 or sProp4) dimension and Entry Page as the dimension? I've specifically put all the Entry pages that have the exact same Sub Section value.And there are no other pages that have the same Sub Section value other than that I've put in the dimension column. Thanks in advance!  --additional image for follow up questions. add_2: add 3: final addition:

Is there any way around in Adobe campaign standard which will give me list of all active users for my different production instances.Currently I can obtain them via admin console only, just curious if there was any other simpler and less time consuming method.  

We are trying to get json from components of specific pages to render on client.  We can individually lookup each required page by its template type: path=/content/mysite/en/ type=cq:page 1_property=jcr:content/cq:template 1_property.value=/conf/mysite/settings/wcm/templates/my-page-template some othe properties to narrow down the required page. Then we can do another query to retrieve all its children, and iterate through them looking for the 2 components we required, and then copying each property to a model for later conversion to json. The problem is that the first query returns unpublished pages, which the user should not yet be able to see.How do we only return published content? The page only seems to have 3 properties:1) jcr:created2) jcr:createdBy 3) jcr:primaryType. There is no property to give the published status?

Hi team I am planning to create same content for both web(aem+react) and mobile app(react native). For web app we will be using sling model exporte(model.json) and render it using react in front end. I am having a doubt whether we can use the same model.json (sling model exporter) for react native mobile app to get the contents from aem  or I should create content fragments and give as asset api for mobile app?

We can use the detach option from the page properties, which removes the live relationship between a live copy and its source/blueprint page.I would not like to run child pages. What kind of method is there？

Hi All, We have noticed that for our paid media activity in AA, we are seeing 15% of SEM, 30% of Social & 50% of our display traffic coming from source "Typed/Booked". Could anyone confirm that this is normal or how this traffic is tracked? It seems weird to me that over 60,000 people within 2 months would type or bookmark a URL with CID code to a product site. If anyone has any info or similar experience with this, please reach out. Thanks,Kat

I have an evar configured on page load rule to capture where there are multiple product lines existing on web pages. I was wondering How to split this string in Adobe Analytics with classification rule builder? Or there is any other way out to read such comma-separated values in a meaningful manner in workspace?  Thanks.  

HI All, I have to modify the response of the page on publish instance before I push it to dispatcher. For example I have a page called test page and Content Editor is going to add content in author instance to publish instance it and to dispatcher. I have to modify certian strings from the page response in publish and send it to dispatcher.  I really appreciate suggestions or guidelines.

Is it possible to use text mode to truncate the description in a view to make the viewing and scrolling experience better? Does anyone have the text mode they could share? Also, if I were to apply this text mode, would I lose the ability to in-line edit the description field?
