Hi there, A client of mine is reporting the following issue. It seems that reporting API requests have ceased working, and my resource believes it be related to the header, as it has been a problem previously. Has there been a change to the way request headers should be configured? Client Care is moving very slowly, so I wanted to post this and see if anyone here had helpful insight for us.  "We are calling omniture api to pull the top bios & shows. Its was working fine with “<wsse:Security xmlns:wsse="http://www.omniture.com" wsse:mustUnderstand="1”>” header until march 8th but now it stopped working, Last november same issue happened and you asked us to change the request header and then it started working. We don’t know what has to be in header now so we tried with old header “<wsse:Security SOAP-ENV:mustUnderstand="1”>” but both are not working. When we use new header then it returns invalid user in response and old header returns empty array. Please find the respon

Is it possible to setup multiple AA accounts complete separately for the same sub domain?E.g. let's assumea team in Google setup AA for www.google.com using google.com to store the AA cookieslater on, a team from HR in Google also wanted AA for hr.google.com however for some unknown reason, they just used google.com to store their AA cookies.So on user's browser, s_fid belongs to google.com but we can't tell if that's set by HR or WWW team.Would this mess up AA's data and give wrong result when we build dashboards?Cheers,Tong

I need to extract the data conversion, in my case are clicks at different retailers, for a number of products. the nomenclature that I follow the following pattern and it is stored in a e.var:website:campaign:retailer:productI need extract the number of total clicks on retailers for each of the tracking codes for a specific campaign. A way I found was to create a custom variable that filters access to pagename (site) I'm measuring, filters the events containing retailers and counts the total number of instances by tracking code.The problem I noticed is that when this is done, it counts the total number of instances of visits accomplished what I determined in the filter but also adds other interactions held.Is there a way to consolidate only the instances I I filtered?I hope it was clear but if they can help me and need any more information just write me.

Hello!I have a very simple use-case, where I am classifying some Adobe eVar data, adding some additional attributes to it, and uploading that data via SAINT uploads to Adobe servers. I'd like to retrieve the attribute value later passing the key, in a web page that has running Analytics tags for one of the eVar keys. Can anyone please help provide a solution or refer to one, so that I can look up the attribute value that was uploaded via Adobe Analytics, and get the attribute value in a web page. Is there an API that can look up the key and provide me the attribute value, or are there any alternates to the key - value look up, that will be workable too!Thank you!

Hi, I actually need t o get segments from the API but that were created with the new Segment Builder UI, how can I do that please ? I saw on documentation here https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/documentation/data-warehouse/c-data-warehouse-api that the API method "GetSegments" does not get segments created with UI... I really need to do this for data reporting for my company.Thanks in advance, Vega

I wasn't able to find any info so far on why the methods listed on the What's New - Analytics Admin 1.4 API (https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/documentation/analytics-administration-1-4/whatsnew-1) page were removed. I'd like to know why they were removed (especially, the GetPages/SavePages/DeletePages methods).I'd also like to know what alternatives exist (excluding scraping the analytics admin pages) to get the data. I'm wondering if Adobe has or will provide replacement for these removed API methods.Thank you so much!

With AEM 6.5 I was able to put hotspots with different href for dam/images.But when I try to include those images with a component then those hotspots of images are not working. Do we need to dynamic media account to getting enabled this function with AEM 6.5 ? If not what I need to do for working it after dragging image into a component.@briankasingli @vanegi @vish.dhaliwal

HiI just uploaded a csv file to Customer Attributes as part of the People core service. I choose to have the data be sent to Adobe Analytics. I cannot locate the data ?  I looked under dimensions, metrics, and segments.  Does it take a while to show up?  Am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks!!

Hello,Can someone please explain the process for email addresses being added and removed to the quarantine list on the nms:address table in Campaign Classic?I haven't been able to find definitive information within the documentation to answer a few questions:              - How can i identify when an address is added to the list and will not be removed, a perpetual quarantining?              - In what situations will the email address be quarantined, and then removed from the quarantine designation to try again?              - Why does the system sometime place a new email address in a Blacklisted status instead of a Quarantine status? (Please note, we are not adding full unsubscribes to the blacklist, we are handling them in a separate fashion).The reason this is important is as a B2B company, we are always looking to identify potential buyer changes. Hi all, We are not able to delete editable template on dispatcher rendered AEM 6.5 instance with service pack 7 installed. Error while deleting  newly created template which is not referenced in any page: Steps followed:1. Hi all, It's pretty standard to customise the search rail for assets but has anyone ever customised the search rail for workflow inbox? Let's say I wanted to add a different facet to filter the inbox items. I don't see any documentation regarding this anywhere and naturally would be very interested to know if anyone has done this. hi there, is there anyone who knows how to not to correct 1 depth data if there is 2 or 3 depth data?  for example, as you can see the picture,  gnb: test_company_all has 2 values : "all" for 3depth and "tes" for 1depth (donna why just "tes" came out :(, anyway)  but i would like to get just "all" for 3depth, since "tes" is not the data that i want to collect.  1depth should collect just 1 depth sentence like "gnd:test3" which doesn't have _ in value.  let me know if you guys know the way. thanx this is the regular expression that i used for this classification  1depth: ^(gnb: )(.[a-zA-Z0-9 ]+)[^_$%^&]3depth: ^(gnb: )(.*)(_)(.*)(_)(.*)

When setting up a delivery template, there is a routing field (on the general properties screen) that allows the user to select an "external account" for routing. These external accounts are managed by going to Administration - Platform - External Accounts. I need to understand that when choosing email or direct mail as the channel for an external account, then what exactly do the different delivery modes mean ( external, bulk delivery, description, mid-sourcing). Can anyone explain these to me? 

We are saving values in a field whose length set on schema level as 2000 characters. Before saving, values of strings > 1023 characters are perfectly stored in "ctx.vars.Comments" or "ctx.webAppLogRcpData.Comments" but while saving field value to the schema using xtk.session.Write(xml) method, the values get truncated at 1023 characters. Further we tried updated field through workflow with strings > 1023, it gets updated on schema correctly. Is there any limitation on string attribute length on XML while sending through xtk.session.Write() method?

Hello,I'm trying to block field updates to the Original Source field, as you can see below:The idea is to let this field get populated once and then never get populated again. Ideally a sales rep will select a value for this in SFDC and it will sync to Marketo and get locked in.I looked at the options to block updates and find them confusing. I don't know which one to select.Should I just select all of them if I don't want this field to get updated down the road? If I block Salesforce Sync, will that mean I won't be able to update it the first and only time I want it updated? If the field is empty and I block it, will Marketo update it the first time and then stop updating after that?Thank you in advance.
