Can we track users who saw our ads but came to the sites without clicking on the ads when Doubleclick is integrated with AA?

So I'm working on a proprietary software for my company.  There are 4 types of tokens in Adobe Analytics.  Three of them require that clientID and clientSecrets be created per user.  I see a fourth one -- JWT -- which I'm trying to get.  My question is if JWT can support just one clientID and clientSecret that all users can use.  On various Google services -- Google Analytics, Google DCM, etc. -- only one clientID and clientSecret is needed for a given application that all users can use to access their services.

Hi, I've a couple of pages of one Site Section of which I want to know the preceding site sections. Thus I created a segment based on Hit dimension with the criteria of the pages. When I apply this segment in the "Previous Site Section Flow" I get a different number of total path views as when I look at each page's previous path flow and sum the totals. How is this possible? Shouldn't the number match?

Need some help setting up data sources - We have an application form where there is offline processing done after the application is submitted, I want to be upload a data file with the transaction ID, the latest status of the application and the final value of the application.I have set up a data source with the final value as the metric which is mapped to a currency success event, in dimensions I have set the status which is mapped to an evar, this all seems to upload and process fine however the order status isn't being shown in the evar, all I'm getting is "None". The final order value appears to be working fine and updating the success event but I can't workout why the evar isn't updating, any help would be appreciated!EDIT: I've just answered my own question, the evar is working correctly but i'm only setting the metric for one of the statuses (the final status) which is the only one that's showing. Hello - I am running into a roadblock on a report that I am trying to create and hoped I could get some advice/tips here.  What I am trying to do is:We are going to have several landing pages that a user will come to from various forms of advertising.  The goal is after the user accesses the site on the landing page - they ultimate complete an enrollment form which has about 8 pages in it.  Once completed they will arrive on a "Thank You" page. What I have been trying to do is set up a conversion funnel or a marketing channel overview to track those who enter on one of the landing pages and complete their enrollment by arriving on the "Thank You" page.Thus far I am not having any luck in accomplishing this. I've created a segment for one of the landing pages and added a "within 1 week" they arrive on the "Thank You" page, but I'm not sure how to use this to generate the report I need.Thanks for any input or advice.

Our analytics team has identified that we are not showing any data for videos in android folios. There is no problem with IOS.

We are trying to upload offline data linked to an online visit and attribute that as a success event to an online campaign. Whenever I attempt to "Save As" the dialogue box appears mostly disappeared off screen.

We are trying to link website visits related to a campaign to offline conversions. To achieve this we collect the Visitor Id of the session and we then use it to import that data using the Generic Data Source (Transanction ID). Based on this documentation (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/datasources/adobe_analytics_data_sources.pdf) this should be possible and the way to achieve this goal, since with Full Processing the offline success events won't be assigned to the online campaign. However, when we import the data the processing fails saying “the visitorid is not a valid column name”This is an example of the request:and this is an example of the error we get: Any idea of what might be causing this?

Hi Team,Can I link an email open tracking back to the visitor? Meaning if I am targeting member's community - these known members will have a mid assigned to them. When they open the targeted email, can I see the mid on the image sent back to Adobe server?I don't want to be using emails as an identifier though.Thanks,Jakub

Hi,In our mobile carrier report, there is a value 'Not Distinctive'. What does this mean ? Is the SDK not able to recognise the value ? The actual problem that we have is that Singtel (the #1 carrier here in Singapore) is not captured properly. We only have 10 counts with a value 'Singtel'. The count for 'Not Distinctive' is a few thousand, so we expect that the majority of the Singtel users are captured under that value.Any ideas ? ThanksRobert

When I create a Key Metrics report for the year by month the Month labels don't align with the data correctly.  Is there a way to adjust the alignment?  I can't hand this off to anyone else as is.  I have to create my own graphs after exporting the data.

I cannot create scheduled reports with data as email attachment.Even when I select the option, I get only the notification. I have to go and manually download the report. How to make the attachments work.

A colleague raised a funny issue with me today, and I can't seem to find an adequate solution/work-around....As with most installations, we are tracking file downloads as part of our Analytics implementation.  This works great when the user left clicks on the link, however, when they right click, and then Save As, the download is not registered.  This means we are not tracking these downloads in Analytics, so there is a potential gap, or grey area. I would assume this is not happening on a large scale, and would be more likely to occur with a power-user rather than your average Joe.  I can get the count of download in the server logs, but I don't really want to go there.Has anyone else come across this, and if so, how did you get around it?

Within the channel overview report, is the data shown representing both clicks and views?Within the Channel Overview Reports, if we add in "click through" as a metric, does this only include click data or both click and view through data.  Currently the Channel reports are connected to our ad serving data which reports on both click and view data.I read somewhere that the Marketing Channel Reports have a rolling 30 day expiration whether a channel was touched or not.  If our ad serving data is set for a 7 day view/ 14 day click window, how is this being represented in the channel reports?Within the First/Last Touch Channel Reports, if we filter by ACM site name, we noticed that the same sites are showing up under all marketing channels (i.e. Dedicated Media under Paid Search, Organic Search, Referring Domains, Display, etc.)  when they ideally should be under only one channel.  Why is this?The conversion totals in the marketing channel reports are not matching our ad serving reports. 

Has anyone been able to use the pathing capability? I found page pathing is ok, but other props pathing has no data. Thx.Peter

Hi,I am currently creating classification hierarchies for custom variables that were built onto my website.  It is a content site that has videos and games and various other things on it.  As a test, I wanted to take the various video and game names (and other site contents) and dump them into classifications to make an easier to read report.  However, after going through the steps, the new classification report only has one row- "Unspecified" with the total traffic as the metric.  How can I fix this?Here is the process of what I did:Went into report suites, found the Traffic Variable "Page Name" and created a classification titled "Page Name Classification Test."  I also added in optional drop downs such as "Homepage", "Games", "Videos" etc for the different data buckets I want.Went to Classification Importer and Browser Exported the classification from the Page Name variable.  Exported everything at the default settings.I then went to my Page Name report to extract all the data from

In the report "referred types" u can see how many visits u have from "search engines" OR "other websites". But if u want to check "other websites/referred Domains Report" google is still mentioned as a source.Are these the results from images+parameter? But is that correct?Juliane
