Hi there, Wondered if you might be able to help? We have the below bit of JS that is supposed to add a record to the Recipient table, save it, extract the id, then in turn add the record to a Subscription list within Adobe Campaign Classic. The code works as expected, however for whatever reason, no Confirmation (Subscribed) email is being triggered and sent out. We have attached a 'Subscribed' email template (with Target Mapping set to nms:subscription ) however no email is still being sent. If however, we manually add an entry into the Subscription list, the email is sent to the recipients email address. Hello everyone, I wanted to know what the suggested method to integrate AEM with Box.com would be. Box is a cloud storage solution. The use case would be to use AEM Forms as the front end to capture information and generate a PDF upon form submission. Once submitted, the PDF will also be sent from AEM to Box to be stored. Box provides an API reference, but I am not sure how to start to create this integration with AEM.https://developer.box.com/reference/

I have the option of hiding completed items from my home task list but for some reason if a project is deleted/cancelled - those tasks/approvals stay in my home screen. Is there a way to remove them?

I'm using targetPageParams to add a parameter into the mbox (default mbox), lets call it "MyParam". In my script its pulling in a querystring parameter and setting a custom mbox parameter to the value found there.Example URL: [my URL]?TESTParam=xyz123I know Target has seen  "MyParam" in the mbox because it offers that parameter ("MyParam") as way to build audiences off of, in "Custom" rules. That being said..if I wanted to create an experience that now uses the value found in MyParam on the page, let's say appending it to a text field. How can I do that? I tried using ${mbox.MyParam} in a SetHTML modification for a text area in the content section. This did not appear to render anything. What am I missing? Is the syntax ${mbox.MyParam} for adding that mbox variable to the page correct? I currently have all of our users set as Supervisors within the proofing tool. However, no one (including myself) has the ability to tag users within the proof comments that are not included in the proof workflow already. There must be a setting that I am missing.. Any help is appreciated!

I cloned one of our previous email campaigns which had about 2300 people in the smart list then added a date filter which updated the audience list to be 9Million whereas our total database has about 12,000. When we export the 9M list it shows about 2400 people which is close to what we would’ve expected. Also, when I click on the "people" link within the email campaign dashboard it even though it shows the total number to be 9M, after about 2400, it says "no members found". The same this is happening when we try to create a new email campaign    Has anyone ever come across a similar situation? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.    Tahsin 

I would like to bring Salesforce CRM data into Adobe Analytics. Is the best way to do this to use Customer Attributes?  And will that data then come in as a dimension?  I know there is not an integration any longer to leverage between the solutions, and I don't really want to use an Adobe Exchange partner solution for this. The use case is to be able to create an audience in Adobe Analytics with CRM data to use in Adobe Target and/ or Adobe Campaign for targeting.  Another use case is for bringing in offline data into Adobe Analytics for attribution and reporting purposes.  Thanks!  

Hi All,    we have a requirement to add 640 x 640 web image rendition step in the Update Asset Workflow.our plan is to Update the OOTB Update Asset workflow, create a package and install it on higher environments.Is the above approach recommended or do we have any unknown risks in this case? are there any extra steps we need to take when updating the OOTB workflow?are there any other approaches to make these kind of updates to the workflow?

I want to run a report/list that shows all smart lists/campaigns that have trigger criteria in the smart list.   For example, this campaign would be returned on the list as it has 'added to SFDC campaign' criteria.      Is this possible?   Thanks! Tom    

Hi there, I want to select all the recipients who have at some point (at least) opened 1 email sent by us, as well as those who haven't.The problem is the fields 'Status' (of delivery) and 'type (of action)' can have multiple values and depend on the delivery the system randomly selects for this report. E.g. I can filter by these fields (Status = sent and type = open) and in the complement I would still can see status = sent and type = open, because maybe in the first filter the system was looking at 1 specific delivery, but in another delivery, they have opened the email.  The priority I would like to keep is: first, those people who have at least opened 1 email (we have multiple fields considered engagement here, such as email click, mirror page... and we want those too). Then, the rest. Could you please help me here? Thanks!

Basically in AEM I would want to encrypt some text using AEM CryptoSupport and pass the encrypted key to other system(say ABC system), then the ABC system to decrypt the key to do some action. AEM can share Adobe Granite Crypto Support 0.0.8 jar to ABC system to do encrypt/decrypt but I wonder how does AEM share HMAC and Master file to other system to decrypt? Is this possible ? Please advise.

Hello community,  We are checking the possibility of using adbridge in order to send leads from Marketo to Facebook (for instance) in order to create ads for custom audiences. However, we have doubts on the GDPR side:  Which data is shared between Marketo and Facebook in this case? Is it the ID or is it the email, name etc.? Thank you!

Hi - I'm just now aware of the notification of Form 1.0 deprication as mentioned here. All the forms I have on the site so far use this: <form method="post" action="app-sj07.marketo.com/index.php/leadCapture/save" id="form">, no web services or anything like that.    The question is to ensure the forms continue to work now and in the future (after the deprecation), do I just need to change the action URL to app-sj07.marketo.com/index.php/leadCapture/save2 ?   Or do I need to do anything else. Hi All - I have an editable template, in that I should have the full width Header and Footer Layout container in it and should have the parsys(Layout container) for the body section. It should have the specific width (Say 1300 px). How can we get the parses with the specific width (I know that we can use the responsive grid resizing but the requirement is to have the specific width. 

Dear experts, I got a question about document.referrer and adobe default Referrer.Considering following visit, we've set document.referrer as following scenario, subdomain1 and subdomain2 are configured in internal URL filter   The question is, althought I can see document.referrer is set to subdomain1.domain.com on page B, while internal URL filter is configured,1. what the Adobe Default Referrer value will be on Page B,2. For event1, will it credit to www.google.com  OR subdomain1.domain.com OR None if I break down by Adobe default referrer? Thank you.H  

For our site , we think experience fragment can be good choice for some work.When I created Experience fragment in react SPA app, I can use some generic components but can not use my custom component.I can see those components available to add but when I add it , we do not see anything in UI(in experience fragment and in page where we use it). We can see that component in crxde but not in UI.Also checked same for wknd-spa-react project(demo that AEM folks has provided). Same issue is also happening on their custom component and hello world component. We are using AEM 6.5.0Thank you in advance for your time and help

 Hi Team, We have an mbox implemented on the mobile app page and can see UVs and visits for the activity.The next page "A" is the m-webpage opening within the app and that has target implemented so if we include that page "A" in analytics reports of the activity we see zero data.The report suite of both mobile app and page "A" is same so wanted to check what could be the probable cause ? Thankyou.

Hey guys,    I know this has been asked before, however I do not fully understand some of the responses I've come across. So I know it's possible to create a custom button on Marketo forms. How is this done?I've come across examples trying to show how you do it at the form-level (editing form custom CSS), but then others say in passing comments that it's better to put it in the page template.    Now I know there's a million ways to accomplish this in Marketo. So what I'm looking for is a way for someone who is crap at coding to accomplish it. I have some styling code: letter-spacing: 0.1px; color: #fff; background-color: 84BD00; text-align: center; font: 600 1.125rem / 1.333 "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; padding: 0.5rem 1.5rem; border-radius: 5rem; So if I have this, how can I get my forms to reflect this?    Thanks!

Hi, in the Activity Map - Page Details, the total Link Clicks seem to always match the Page Views. How is that possible? What about exits, reloads, etc.?CheersDavid

For Adobe Analytics tracking HTTP response header (sorry I can't paste my request here for privacy), I can see the followingContent-Length:43 Content-Type:image/gifI am not sure why Adobe Analytics returns 43 size tracking pixel rather than smaller one. Does Adobe Analytics client-side javascript need to read this Content-Length header for any verification?What if I return HTTP 204 no content, will that also work?
