Hi everyone,we are dealing with some issues managing pages which combine inherited content from the master and individual content. I have made two visualisations which show one of the issues - the process of rolling out teasers and creating individual ones by breaking the inheritance in the live copy component - in a simplified way (we actually have a much larger amount of live copies). I am not sure if the problem is the wrong approach, a wrong setup of these mixed page components or anything else. I can`t find many use cases for experience fragments, but I am wondering if they could help us in this case (by creating a fragment out of the teaser component and creating versions of it - for example for the yellow teasers in my visualisation).I am very interested in ideas for handling such issues - workflow or setup-related. Thank you! 

I have a need to build secure pages on a website by integrating with an external identity system. The external IDP has its own login page and it will redirect to AEM secure page after successful login after setting an identity cookie. I want to use this external login to establish authenticated session in AEM so that I can use AEM ACLs and permission handling. However, I do not want to sync users in AEM and may be just use a single pre-created user(with right group mappings) to login in AEM.I will validate the cookie with external IDP before I create a session in AEM with pre-created user. How can I achieve this ?

Hi, We would require to fetch the  EXIF Information from the Image so we can set as metadata in AEM Dam.when I upload assets into DAM, I would require  color space(Custom Metadata field ) metadata field to be autopopulated from EXIF information. The list includes: CMYK, PMS and RGB. The autopopulation of color space will save designer's time. Please suggest best way to extract EXIF Information on AEM Custom Workflow process. RegardsBikash Singh

Dears, I have created a custom DOR in designer with Arabic labels, but when it is binded with inputted Arabic values from AEM form, it is printed as garbage values.I have tried to change the locale for both the AEM forms and designer but still no luck. So, my question is "Does DOR support Arabic mapping / binding?" Thanks,

Dear all,I have been struggling with this issue for more than 3 months and I am running out of solutions. I am currently working on old pdf forms encoded with an XFA format that was made with the old software Adobe Livecycle. I have to correct those forms, sometimes for just a "." and the only way I found is to print the form (as advised on the Adobe site). But this completely destroys the document and suppresses all the drop-down menus. Meaning that I have to re do all the form for just a ".". If it was not enough work already since these forms are used in more than 56 languages (languages using symbols (like Korean)) are creating issues later with date format (even when clicking on the drop-down&nbs

Hi All,I am facing an issue while making a connection for AEM and Salesforce. I have done it successfully on my Author instance using the doc mentioned by Adobe by using Cloud Configuration of AEM Salesforce connector.But for publisher it throws ‘Error getting Access token’ as publisher is not a public server whereas Author is publicly accessible.Anyone faced similar issue in AEM while setting up AEM SFDC leads connection ?   

Hi everybody, hope you can help me,  I have been playing with AEM designer, with some success making fillable expandable XML forms. I would like to include scribble signatures on the bottom of some of the new forms to capture client signatures in the field. When I tried implement this using reader on in Windows tablet the form works as expected, but the signature field brings up an image browser instead of the scribble box.From some of the research I have I have performed online I can see the scribble signatures seem to be only for use with mobile forms, however I am often in locations where there is little to no cell signal. Can I create a form in designer which can then be opened locally on the tablet and capture signature data and save it locally with the form field data. It would then be sent to the relevant parties and stored on the network drive when I am back in a signal area? Thanks for your valuable time Paul

Hi all,  We are currently working with an outside lead provider who does not have a direct integration with marketo, this has led to me creating a solution to importing leads by manually importing the list weekly into a static list. I have a trigger campaign set up to assign lead source and scoring as soon as they are imported.   My problem is that now we would like to score them based off of a column that the lead provider has in their export called "Content buyers journey". They assign leads a value of early, middle or late based off of how many times they have downloaded or viewed one of our articles on their site. However, the export contains multiple rows for the same email address, so one person may have four entries with content buyers journeys value at "early" and then one lone entry with the same email but the value is now "late".  How can I import this field into Marketo if there are multiple values for the same email address and we want Marketo to score based

Hi WF Community, I'm looking to add a custom prompt to a Task report that allows users to pull in task data based on a custom prompt that looks at a custom field (DE:Portfolio Account Director) at the Portfolio level. Example:Custom Prompt: Portfolio Account DirectorDropdown Item Label: Joe SampleCondition: project:portfolio:DE:Portfolio Account Director="Joe Sample" I also attached a screenshot. It's giving me the 'Whoops, something went wrong' error when I run it.Anyone know where I might be going astray?Thanks.Nick

We have an internal site that lets users pick several documents at a time and each of these documents have several pieces of metadata associated with it. We're using a list var for the document title and list props for the various metadata. But in Analytics, if you break down the title by one of these list props, we're seeing more values than should be there. You can see it below from the console when the Launch rule is called. Should the individual values of those props line up with the titles in the List Var in Analytics? Ex: For "Why Value?" should only "Product Presentation" show when rolling prop3 under it in Analytics?  What we're seeing in AA is this:

Anyone else notice the "Black Listed" fields have been renamed to "Block Listed"?   Not that it makes any difference, just want to make sure I'm not going mad.  They did used to be named Black Listed, right??

Can we set the dimension row values to come one below other rather than metrics count?  As shown in the table, row#1 not_answered. Can I have row #1 stronglyAgree, row2# agree.... 

We are exploring the use of synonyms to help our search results, but it raises the question of what users are entering for their search.  To my knowledge, I've not seen a preset report for this and nothing ACS AEM Commons - this is for an Assets (Author) only implementation.

I have a success event that fires on form submit. It sets and sends several pieces of data such as the form name, language and so on into evars. This success event is assigned to event1. I'm doing an audit and found out that there are similar success events that also fire on form submit and sends similar data but using a different event number, lets say event2. So in essence I have duplicate events; same kind of success event (form submit) and same evars are set but different event numbers (event1, event2). This is just an exercise in cleaning up AA. I would like to incorporate both events into a single event number. For example, I want to stop using event2 moving forward and so all form submits from now on will be event1. How can I copy old/historical instances of event2 and change them to event1? I was just reading about Data Sources>Full processing. Do I download event2 data, edit them (change event2 to event1), then upload them? Or is there an easier way to do wha

Hi, We have four import workflows where we use the external API activity to fetch new blog content. We need to run these quite often since we can only fetch the latest blog post. My question is if it is most efficient to have four workflows or if you should run them sequentially in one workflow? I think I have seen that it is not good to have several external API activities in the same workflow? But I am also concerned running several workflows often, when it could be one workflow (although including more steps). Br,Filip
