I have a requirement to copy multiple pages from one location to anotheri.e Page 1-10 has multiple components - Out of which one 1 component need to be copied from one path to another(It should be able to override if existing)Is there any OOO functionality where i could select multiple pages and then a source path and destination path - And then the copying takes place automatically without any performance issue ?

Here is the case with AC Classic 6.1:I have several custom fields for nms:recipient, and all of them are controlled by external DB. E.g. AC receives CSV file from external system and creates nms:recipient records from this file.At the same time, landing page hosted on AC also creates nms:recipient records.Because of this I have several (usually 2) nms:recipient records with same email, but one of them are not controlled by external DB (doesn't have values in custom fields).What I want is to somehow tell AC to:1. Find all nms:recipient records with same email2. Merge them into ones where record with custom field (e.g. @externalSystem is not empty) is master record and all broadLogs should be linked to that record3. Delete all orphaned records without @externalSystem field.I know there is an 'Update and merge collections' action in Update Data activity, but I can't understand how exactly it should be configured. Will appreciate any advice.Thx

When I add map to image component, imagemap property is stored in content component node and DAM asset metadata. So when I drag-drop this same image in different page/comp, same imagemap is getting added. Is there a way to store only under content/component node ? My requirement is to have image map reference only in the page where I edit. Not to change the asset in DAM, so that it affects all the places where it is used. 

Hi Team,   I am trying to create a generic scoring campaign (in a different folder not related to engagement programs) to track user activity with the emails sent out from Engagement/Nurture programs. For example, I would like to score +5 for people who 'clicks any link' in 'any email' from any of the engagement programs. It is like trying to understand the program that an email belongs to and then score.   Would anyone suggest an approach to achieve this or provide a link to any existing article (I couldn't find one)   Regards, Rohit

Hi Adobe Team, I would like to use the Distance(Long1,Lat1,Long2,Lat2) function available in ACS standard. Do you have examples of this function being used with personalization content? For example, Let's conisider a client try to buy a product in a given store but this product is no longer available there. However, it is available in other stores near that location. The aim is to send the client an email where I display the two closest stores where the product is available based on the client last point of sale. (Within a 6-mile radius)The latitude and Longitude of the orifinal point is known but how can I fetch the latitude an longitude of the closest store within the personalization? Reagards, Julius

Hi, We are using single email delivery and using dynamic content to have two versions. Default version and second version that is based on dynamic content (just hero image changes in second version). In ACS. Is there a way to see email reporting (email opens, clicks) on each versions? Don't know if its possible since we are using a single email delivery. Thanks! SK

Hi,Wondering if its possible to show an activity based on asynchronous params, I know there is the targetPageParams but how would I trigger these params on a dynamic value that populated after Adobe Target is loaded such as an API call. Then how would I trigger the updated Param to the activity? Is this at all possible?ThanksJ

Due to tracking restrictions, when certain Browser privacy configurations and/or Ad Blockers (not all) are present, the styles are not correctly loaded in the Marketo landing pages.   This is a known Marketo issue: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Discussions/Guided-Landing-Page-and-Ad-Blockers/m-p/56568#M25449   But we are using marketo's environment to make new landing pages, so we've been exporting the css and uploading it to the media library so the domain is the same as the landing page URL, and it works.    If we use the css URL created by the marketo's design studio it won't be displayed.   Did anyone solved this issue in another way?   We make this post to share the solution if anyone has the same issue too 😉

How do I get the qualifying segment for a user while in the context of the same page based on traits setup on AAM?1) User logs in to the application2) Page regions / sections are loaded (via MVC application)3) Content should be personalized based on the qualifications for the user This could be the first time the user is logging in. I have looked through AAM APIs as well as Analytics APIs but could not find how to query for segments based on a visitor ID. Which API and endpoint should I use for this scenario?We are making async calls to the analytics. Should we be consider sync for the above scenario? Hello All,   We have an issue with 1 of our "card list" components. The card list model fires a AEM query using query builder API to get a list of pages under the current locale node with a particular template type. This result is then iterated to retrieve some properties like Title, Desc, Image, Authors, Date Published etc.. This is then rendered in HTML by HTL with expressions. We are using a max limit on the query to 100. The component works as expected, however we are observing the Sling model is being instantiated twice. This is adding extra load to the server and negatively impacting the page load performance as well. Further on analysis, we observed removing the img tag in the component fixes the issue. Just adding the img tag ( even with hard coded url instead of sling model reference) causes the issue. We are using 6.4.8. Any ideas what could be causing this issue would help our investigations. Thanks

A little new to these jsp files .. I see a jsp file which has a variable .. I am trying to find out what the variable value is ,by logging it to the console .. Hi there, I wish to send email deliveries to data that I don't want to store as profiles. I have imported the data into a file type audience via worklow. Now I have the file audience, how can I send a delivery to this?I've tried via workflow (read audience --> email delivery) but it errors as the inbound data is not profile dimension as usual. I assume this is something to do with the target mapping / target dimension set on the delivery template. Can someone advise on the steps needed / configuration to support the sending of email deliveries to file audiences. Thanks David

Hi,Iam getting below error when try to activate bundles. com.akamai.edgegrid.signer.exceptions,version=[4.0,5) -- Cannot be resolved I am added only 4.0.0 version of  “edgegrid-signer-core” dependency. And in contains exceptions class. But  version 4.0.5 version I can see in bundles. if iam adding lover version my code implementation getting dependency error. Can any one suggest how to fix this issue?

Hi all, I'm trying to execute a workflow via the REST API. First I call the GET method that returns the trigger URL. Then I call this url via POST method but I receive the following error: RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.Workflow command '' is not validError while executing the method 'ProcessCommand' of service 'xtk:workflow'. I couldn't find any information regarding this issue. Many thanks

Scenario:We are in the process of creating a lead scoring programme for our existing, repeat customers.Our plan is:1) Track the products that our customers are looking at on our website (a question about that here)2) Compare this data with data from our CRM, specifically: - Orders: Order date, products ordered - Quotes: Quote date, products quoted3) If the products they are looking at on the website have not been ordered or quoted within a certain timeframe, then they will be added to the lead scoring programme, and hopefully, become an MQL for sales to follow.My question is the best way to store the order, quote, (and related product) information in Marketo. We have integrated our custom CRM using the REST API, so have developer resource to do this, but I not sure how to structure it in Marketo.I'm assuming either custom activities for 'has ordered' or 'has been quoted' with the product as an attribute, or custom objects - but don't know which.Appreciate any advice. Please let me know

This is a question about AEM Update Asset Metadata endpoint. We do have about 1,665,384 assets in AEM. We have been trying to update 4 or 5 metadata values using the update asset metadata endpoint. The endpoint is so slow. Does anyone know why the endpoint is so slow? or What the endpoint does? Updating 4 or 5 metadata values for about 700,000 assets. Number of Threads: 100 threads PUT Request: http://aemdam.example.com/api/assets/migrated/F27/Pharaoh_A.tifRequest Body: {"class":"asset","properties":{"metadata/lds:originalAssetID":"T1-1178613"}}Each Update Call Time Taken: about 3 or 4 minutes. The endpoint gets slower when updating more assets. Assets Updated: 1000 assets per hour When one thread is used, each Update endpoint call takes about 1 or 2 seconds. When 25 threads are used, each call takes about 30 seconds. When 100 threads are used, each call takes about 100 seconds and the more assets gets processed, it gets slower and slower. Looks

Hi all, We are trying to achieve watermarking functionality in renditions as well as on-the-fly for the v2 core image component. We are using AEM 6.5 + SP6 So we want to 1. Have renditions with watermark (we can modify the OOTB watermark workflow process step for this)2. Show rendition when the image is shown in an image v2 core component (or even static reference to the image asset)3. Show rendition even after cropping the image (as you might crop the watermark), when using the image v2 core component. For items 2 and 3, what would be the way to go? Filter? Custom image servlet? And how to ensure the request serving is not "mixed" between OOTB filters/servlets and the custom  ones? Thanks in advance for any inputs.

I want to grant some users rights to create/edit/replicate Dynamic Media presets.  I checked the documentation and couldn't find anything specific to Dynamic Media rights. I would prefer to use an OOTB group and tried to find one, but no luck.  I did try out DAM Users and Authors on a clean install of 6.5.6 (we are using 6.5.5 w/ dynamicmedia_scene7 runmode) and that wasn't the answer.  Is there OOTB group and if not, what rights are needed by users to perform the DM preset tasks.   Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks

When I checked system/console/configMgr => Apache Sling Referrer Filter, the config stored in the XML file was picked up.----------------------6.5 publisherI placed the XML file in these 2 locations in our 6.5 publisherui.apps/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/mysite/configs/config (same location that worked in author)ui.apps/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/mysite/configWhen I checked system/console/configMgr => Apache Sling Referrer Filter, AEM did not pick up the changes inside the file.If I placed the XML file inside ui.apps/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/mysite/configs/config.publish, it is working as intended.----------------------Any ideas on how to fix?
