Hi Team, We have a request to make some of the activities read only in the webApp in Adobe Campaign classic but should be able to access and update other activities in the webApp/Survey. Any suggestion? Thanks,Koti  

if i want to import a list and the people are already in Marketo will it create duplicate records?  We have a list of people we want to target, the list was made in Salesforce based on opportunity details. I know these people are in our Marketo database but seems to me the quickest way would be to import these people into a static list (or smart list) in Marketo, but I don't want to create a bunch of duplicate people in my database.   Any tips or east to follow instructions on the best way to do this is much appreciated! 

HiI have created one metadata profile having 2 text fields and one tag field, text field is saving and rendering on reload but tag is saving but not rendering on reload. I have seen in google that it is known issue from 6.3 and they provided fix as well. We tried the same fix on 6.4 but not working, please check and do needful asap.

Hi Folks, Just want an understanding regarding the encryption utility on Adobe provided SFTP for on cloud solutions of adobe campaign classic. So, below are the queries which I have:1) What type needs to added on SFTP?2) Is there any additional configuration which needs to be adobe campaign classic while importing or exporting the file from or on SFTP?3) Is there any additional operation need to perform prior to the pushing file on SFTP from any external system? any reference documents or suggestion in this is highly appreciated.. Thanks in advance. Regards,Nitesh Anwani.

Hi Team,  For one of the campaigns, I am using web download activity and in my case the output or responses are stored in the .html file. Something like this xyz_<datetimestamp>.html . Can I get some help to retrieve the data stored in the html file either from javascript. Or can i change the way the output is stored, like a csv file may be.  Thanks,Adithya

I've seen documentation that you're able to do it in Adobe Campaign Classic with one of the latest builds but unfortunately we're not currently on this build. Hello! Question on custom forms here - I was testing this all in Sandbox environment, so perhaps this is the issue but here is the scenario: A team would like to link an existing project through various request queues that succeed it as it goes through the project/product development lifecycle. There are different request custom forms filled out for each phase. I am able to go in to each request and select "Resolved by" and link to that project. But when I go to the Project itself to add that request custom form (in project object format) - the data does not display in the project custom forms section. It all remains blank. Is there a way to fix this or is this a system limitation of Workfront where data can't subsequently flow through if the request isn't "Converted" to a Project directly? I have a usecase where audience/segment is getting created in Target from an external system(eg salesforce).Now lets say segments is created in traget using target APIs.Next step would be to use this audience and create activity to assign some experience for these.What I am unable to get is how on Page would Target decide that user qualifies for this imported segment ?for example let Audience definition be like (all visitors who have a flag set to "high value customers" in salesforce. We inject this audience in Target via APIs and create activity and create experience for this.How on page would target know that this visitor has the flag set as high value customer? Thanks for replies in advance!

Hi All - found something weird that we couldn't explain the other day. Testing out a simple query using Contains and the opposite Does not Contain gives different results.As you can see below, the full data set is 42,356 records. A query of lowercase(first name) that contains the text string "deceased" returns 7 records (this is correct). However, if we apply the query in the opposite fashion it returns 40,053 records. There was an extra  2,296 records it was excluding from the result set. It turns out that these extra records were blank first names.So my question is why does the query for Does not Contain exclude blank strings in the result? Surely a blank string Does not contain the string "deceased"

I have setup the AEM forms JEE 6.5 server and have tested the IVS applications on it too. However, when I try to import the .lca file , I get the error as shown below. Can some one please guide as to what I maybe missing. Here is the info of the setup. We.Retail was deployed in the dev instance, and then i created an experience fragment using we.retail screen template. Then i tried to create another variation using the same template. But after selecting the template, the next page loads blank (without any field). This doesnt throw any error in console or in log. But the We.Retail that was already present in my local works fine.  And if i click on the create button, i get the above error.

Hi, I am trying to split the records based on the channel type but after split activity i am not getting all the channel type records. I am getting two email records only rest of the 4 records are Mobile type not getting. Here is my workflow  Thanks in advance. 

i'm using the clothing geometrix site on my local browser using a test web property i created in Launch.  i'm pretty sure i've set everything up correctly.  i can see the calls and i am using experience debugger and omnibug and i can see things working.  Only problem is the data isn't flowing into my report suite.  i've double checked this.  Is something blocking it?  I'm only using the DEV extension code, but i'm only sending the data to the matching report suite.  i'm not sure where i'm going wrong?

The third-party system has APIs for sharing the Audience Data. We want to import this Audience Data from this third-party system using their APIs into Target for a personalized experience of imported Audience.For our use case, we have to invoke our custom action as soon as the app deploys. I am using the REST API to clone programs, update tokens, and activate batch campaigns and start trigger campaigns.   I would like to update flow steps within a program.  For example, I implemented the recommended approach to generate recurring webinar series.  So I have one master controller program connected to a landing page/form.  The visitor selects from a drop down field, selecting the date they want to register.  The campaign flow step evaluates the date and requests the weekly campaign. The weekly campaign lives in another program and manages the webinar registration and reminder emails. I add to SF campaign using a flow step and would like to update the campaign name and status of the flow step using the API.   I see the id for the flow but do not know how to get that and update it. Hi everyone,We performed upgrades of regular DTM properties to Adobe Launch via the "upgrade to Launch" feature. Now, we would like to use private extensions with those upgraded properties but they do not have availability of "development" by default. It seems that this cannot be changed once the properties are created (upgraded in our case).  How can this be solved? Are there any alternatives?  Thank you.

Hi All,We're trying to configure OAUTH server in AEM however, all the online tutorials are all about AEM 6.4 of which most of the APIs in package com.adobe.granite.oauth.server are not available any more in AEM 6.5 uber jar. Can anyone suggest if there's an alternative implementation/configuration in AEM 6.5 and guide us? Thanks

Hi All,I have written a python script to update one of the property for all assets under a folder using assets http api. It's a PUT request to update the property. The script works fine for PNGs, PDFs but not for tif assets, it is throws a Resource Not Found, 404 error.For example: http://localhost:4502/api/assets/skm-local/Capture.PNG works and I get 200 back. But http://localhost:4502/api/assets/skm-local/test.tif does not work and I get 404 return. I get the same result when I try this requests in postman. Even the GET requests via postman return the same results for above URLs. The png gets returned fine but for tif I get 404. Is this a expected behavior for tif files? Does assets http api not support tif formatted assets? Thanks & Best Regards,SKM

We can drag files in to AEM, but when we quick publish or manage publication and publish the files do not go live. Also, image files are not showing previews either. The system is saying that the files have been successfully published, but the address is showing a 404 error.
