So, I have a custom 'Yes/No' field in a report that allows my teams to essentially check things off as they work through large publications (EX: Translation sent for translations, Approved by vendor, Sent to press, etc.) They can choose 'Yes' or 'No' inside the report and it's awesome! But our designers hate how technical a list of yes's and no's look. I would like to add a column rule with an icon for 'Yes,' but every time I add the column rule I lose the ability to edit the column in the report. Help? I just want to edit the column and display an icon when I select 'Yes' instead of the word 'Yes.'

Looking for ideas on the best way to manage this...   We were changing around an existing Engagement Program that had a single stream with all Programs in the stream. The single stream was broken up into two streams and the programs moved into each of the two streams as appropriate. The original stream had all programs de-activated.   We moved people from the original single stream into one of the two new streams as well as pushed new people into the one of the new streams. All looked good. Then we let the engagement program run for a month with casts each week. Unfortunately, we just discovered that emails from the new Streams never went out. This was because the Send smart campaigns in the Programs had a filter of Member of Engagement Program and specified the original Stream, not one of the new one Streams. So with each cast, the people that would have otherwise qualified for the email were skipped because they were not in the right stream.    I believe that just

HelloCurrently I'm working on forms-centric workflows. I'm using the assign task component and I need to add some custom values into the custom email templates. As per documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/forms/publish-process-aem-forms/use-metadata-in-email-notifications.html#use-an-osgi-bundle-and-java-interface-to-add-custom-metadata) I should be able to write my own OSGi service which prepares the metadata map.Unfortunately I'm not able to successfully get the OSGi service listed in the field Assign Task --> Advanced --> Custom Metadata. It seems that the above linked documentation is incomplete (e.g. see point 4).Was anyone able to create such a OSGi service and get it listed for selection? If so, is there a working example available?Kind regardsRichard

I'm trying to set the organizational unit of each ingested profile inside of a workflow. I want the organizational unit to be updated to the same value for each profile. So the order of operations is: ingest csv file with profile informationupdate each profile record to have the same organizational unitupdate profiles database with the newly ingested profiles.Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I figured I would ask before I learn the hard way. Our digital department would like the selection options on our Marketing Request updated. If I remove an option or rename it, will it mess up any current projects that are in using those fields. Or is the better option to create a new form with the updated options and retiring the incorrect version?

In the deployment wizard we have an option for storing audit logs for 360days :   but if i got to workflow journal and filter the logs of last month it shows 0 messages :  can i know where i can see the last months logs of workflows?

Hey Team, I am trying to extract workflow details/information from workflow/linked tables in ACS. Are there any attribute in any of the table from where i can get workflow scheduling details like frequency of the workflow and executions dates? Consider if the workflow is started using a api(eg. file drop)/signal activity. In this scenarios, since this is also one of kind of triggering workflow. Is there a way to know via tables whether that particular workflow was triggered/started via api or signal or scheduling activity without manually accessing the workflow. Thanks in advance.

In Adobe Analytics Workspace area, the left pane can search these values such as "v129" and shows the hint in parenthesis, but when I view within the breakdown on the right, this hint is not visible. Please display it there as well so we do not have to enter into each Description within Admin as a workaround, this makes viewing workspace reports a little convoluted. Perhaps even a toggle option to display these or not.

Hi All, I would like to be able to output the "event date" in YYYY/MM format for my google analytics links, which are set up in a brand configuration. I've configured like below, using expression ToString(Year(context.eventDate)+'/'+Month(context.eventDate))  However, this returns the following error in the sending logs (with a status failed) when attempting to send a delivery.Error while compiling script 'DM282[htmldefaultContent]' line 49: Year is not defined. Seems I cannot use the date functions? (this type of expression worked fine on workflow worktable expressions) Has anyone got any ideas as to how I can achieve event date in YYYY/MM for GA tracking? Thanks David

In our environment, authors will publish several times on specific pages like test1, test2, and test3 during day time. To validate those changes in site1.com, they have to wait for one hour to clear the cache as per our Current TTL time. So, We want to integrate this clear cache process in the workflow, so we don't need to rely on TTL time. Is it possible for us to clear the cache of each path in Cloud Front instead of the entire project, and Is it possible to connect the Cloud Front console from the code? If we have access to the CloudFront from the code, we can take the payload from the workflow, append site1.com( for prod) and send the complete URL to the console to clear the cache. Ex: payload - /content/site1/testif it is prod we will append site1.com to it - https://www.site1.com/teststage - https://uat.site1.com/test Note: I know we have to clear the dispatcher's cache before clearing the cache in CDN.
