Hello,I can’t install the AEM Desktop for Windows (I have Windows 10 Pro), using the file aem-desktop-win64-2.0.3.2.exe. When I try to install the message is:The installation of Visual Studio C++ Redistributable 2015 (x64) has failed. Setup will now exit.  If I try to install the VB package (vc_redist.x64.exe) before install de AEM Desktop, the installation fail too, with this log message:Error 0x80070666: Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed. Someone had the same problem? Exits a solutionn for this problem?Thanks.

Hi, I need to put a link to a program level custom field on a project report. I can get it to work when the fields are on the same level, but not when going "up" a level. Hello team, In one of our project we're using interaction schema to provide data dynamically in SOAP request `<context></context>`. Is there a Javascript API to read all the filters/conditions used in the campaign, the idea is to find all the @2314129 fields used in the campaign? My use case is like this, a workflow will be triggered to read the filters/conditions used in the campaign, if there are any interaction filters/conditions used, then collect all the fields and send it External Rest API call. Any recommendation/feedback or alternate approach is welcome. Thanks in Advance!

Hi Friends,i have a question and it would be helpful if i get the solution. Created a javascript code with function abc() and the filename as "xyz.js".In Campaign email delivery template i have used the below code to call the function and the javascript filename: <script src="xyz.js"></script><%=abc()%> But i am getting an error like abc is not defined.do i need to load the file to pick the particular filename?

We need to create an adaptive form that the Document of Record is formatted as a contract, with Adobe Sign fields.  When I refer to the documentation: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/forms/adaptive-forms-advanced-authoring/working-with-adobe-sign.html, I get the following. "Use Adobe Sign block only for those adaptive forms which automatically generate Document of Record. If you are using a custom XDP for generating Document of Record or a form template based adaptive form, Adobe Sign block is not required." I can find documentation on setting up with Generic Document of Record, but not for XDP.  Currently I have an XDP with schema to bind information from the form to the XDP.  So, how to I set up my XDP Document of Record to capture the signatures, dates, and other signer fields in the correct location?  Thanks!

Hello, recently i identified an issue concerning marketing channels i´d like to minimize. I had 2 channels with different names and different rules configured in my report suite that were receiving traffic from the same source, e.g. social media. The query string parameter wasn´t correctly set in all url´s. The rule for the first channel was set to look for a specific parameter in the url and the rule for the second channel was set to look for a bunch of referring root domains. I wanted all this traffic to be in just one channel. I applied these 2 rules to the first channel, so now this channel is getting all traffic and the second is deprecated. My question is, could i rename the second channel (same name as first) so i can get when needed all the historical data from both channels in just one row?  Thanks! 

There are several video links in a page where the videos are mapped to DAM. When clicking on the links it should open the player and play the corresponding video. What's the best way to do this! Or is it recommended to create a page with dynamic media component and map the video link to this page! What're the best practices!

Hello,I've being digging in time metrics, and one is still not so clear for me - Time spent per visit (seconds).The formula is clear and says that it is Total Seconds Spent/(Visits - Bounces) - https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/components/metrics/time-spent-per-visit.html In Adobe in the table I see such resultsIn the first row if you count 9084/(43-8)=259 which differs from the result.I did vice versa 9084/293=31. And I couldn't get those 31 not from adding, nor subtracting Visits, Bounces, Page Views, Single Page visits and all the combinations of those. The same is with rest of rows (at least first 5). Could you explain how did this 293 appears?

Hello everyone, I am trying to add a new evar to the Analytics Extension in the Global Variable but when I try to select it, I dont see it. Previously,I added new evar in the report suite. The new evar is only in dev report suite.If I add the new evar to production Report Suite, I can see it in the extension mapping. My question is how can add the evar to only to Dev Report Suite and map it to the analytics extension? Any suggestion? Thanks

Hi everyone,    Issue: I exist in two different lead partitions. It seems my lead from Partition A is cookied in my browser and so when I fill out a form on a Marketo LP from Partition B, all of that is mapped to my lead record in Partition A. Hi All,  We have following structure  /apps/*/config  -  (sling:folder)/apps/*/config.author   -  (nt:folder)  /apps/*/config.author.dev   -  (nt:folder)   We are running aem with author runmodes [dev, author].  Now when we deploy these folders only configs from config.author.dev activate the osgi component. Even if we manually change configs in /apps/*/config folder it does not activate my component with new config.  However, if we change configs under config.author.dev it does reactivate my component with the configs under the config.author.dev folder.  Documentation says config is applicable to all run modes. So just wondering if this behavior is correct.  Further, do we need have all the folders as sling:folder rather than nt:folder. What is the purpose of declaring a folder as sling:folder ?    

Hello!for business requirements, we need to send the advertising ID (Google's ADID or Apple's IDFA) to a 3rd party API. We've noticed though that in the context variables there is no mention about this information.Is it perhaps a "hidden" context variable we can use, or it's not available at all? Would it be possible to expose it without needing to change the applications' source code?Thank you

We are wanting to speed up our page load time and take off our GA tags and get the same data by using the GA extension in Launch.  Can we install the extension, remove the tags from being hard-coded on the pages and then put the code in the extension code editor?  Will that give us the same data or is not possible to set up the extension in a way that allows us to remove the GA code on our pages?

Hi, Can anyone help to understand, if the breakdown by traffic code for Marketing channels should match with the group it should belong to? Like, e.g. I break down Natural Search and can see that Unspecified is about 80% and cid with 'email' is 20%. Do I understand correctly and real Organic is only 80% of the shown number? Or it's possible for organic traffic to contain the email tracking code?
