Hi, currently we are using the Adobe ID for our users. We would like to know what happens if we delete the user when he leaves the company. Is there any opportunity for the user to have access to our data after deletion? Is there any way for the user to store our data in third countries? We only have to make sure, that everything is GDPR compliant and the user has no option to use the data afterwards. In the future we want to use the Enterprise ID but this is not possible at the moment. So hopefully you can tell me in the meantime which rights the user has and what he can do with our data.  Thanks, Sophie 

Hello,I've been exploring ways to view First Touch/Last Touch marketing channel data, and how the selected date range impacts these reports.  I've explored this three different ways so far with reference to one of our custom events, e131: 1) Visitor-level segmentation, 2) Visitor-level Fallout and 3) First Touch/Last touch reporting matrix.  Below, you'll see that the counts between report #2 and report #3 for the month of March 2020 are nearly identical at 536 and 541 counts, respectively.  Regarding the report #1 reporting a higher 675 count...I believe this is possibly attributed to the Visitor-level segment, by its nature, having a more broad definition.  So far so good... However, when I modify the date range to Last 90 days, the variance widens significantly for these three reports, particularly for #2 (1715 counts) and #3 (1480 counts).  Is there an explanation on why simply changing the date range creates such a large variance?

I am trying to set up a flow that will allow us to continuously add members to a list, but only have the new members receive the email I am sending. What I am trying to figure how to say is if John Doe received "X" email do send it to him again. I figured out how to set up a flow that would REMOVE the lead from the list after the email has been sent to them, but ideally the flow would just not send the email to anyone who has received it already.Thanks for the help in advance!John

So I have an AEM website with the entire folder structure including the core package with java files. The way I'm currently exporting it to be able to run on any other machine is that I download the "samplewebsite.all.SNAPSHOT " through CRXDE and upload the same on the other machine through CRXDE. For the core package, I do a maven build and then upload the "samplewebsite.core.SNAPSHOT" jar through system/console/bundles. I'm curious to know if this process can be reduced down to just one package upload which contains the core package files as well? @briankasingli

Hello!Just received a question from our client regarding case when Marketo creates a task in SFDC and whether below fields are passing any value to Salesforce: In general our knowledge is, that these are only triggerring send of Alert Email from SFDC and another one based on number of days in Remind In field.Are these fields passing any values to any fields in SFDC?Appreciate your help!   Thanks,Kacper

Hi All,Have defined EVENT_FILTER in my code so that my replication event gets trigger only in that respective path mentioned as event filter. In the Average Daily metrics I've seen (e.g., Average Daily Visits, Average Daily Revenue), there is a technique that utilizes the Approximate Count Distinct function to calculate the number of days over a time dimension of your choosing.  It works pretty well...except, every once in a while, it comes back missing a day. Below is an example using this function broken down by week.  Across all reporting suites we support, the week of July 12, 2020 shows about 6 days instead of 7.  Same thing happened last year during the week of Sept 22, 2019.  Due to this, these weeks showed large spikes in Average Daily Visits, Revenue, etc., but it's really just due to an incorrect # of days in the denominator. I recognize the function is "approximate", but the value is very consistent across other weeks of the year; I gather the "approximate" part of the metric deals more with larger volumes of data.  Any idea what's happening here?

I am trying to move bulk assets from s3 to AEM ..I was following along this https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/mcp-tools/asset-ingestion/s3-asset-ingestor/index.html . I got the s3 connector(1.8.6) installed in my local .. and i am using service pack 6.5.4 and acs commons 4.8 version.. I tried to start my AEM but i dont see this s3 ingestor tool. Can i know what else could i check to make sure i see that tool 

Hi All, I am running a simple XT campaign (1 experience only) on the Homepage for logged in visitors. I am delivering just the default content (I am interested in finding out only how many visitors qualify) The test was run from Aug 5. Above screenshot shows the numbers till date. I have taken another report as shown below   The first metric shows the visits filtered for this target activity. the last column shows the visit for homepage and logged in visitors. Ideally they should be same. However it is significantly different. Can someone help explain the difference ? I.e. there are 3096 visits for homepage from logged in visitors, but 3417 visits have qualified for the activity. Also the total UV qualified for the test is 7351, total UV for homepage by logged in visitors is 5912 UV. How is this difference possible?

As first time I am using adobe dynamic media.Is the assets in the Adobe Experience cloud called adobe dynamic media ?How can I know that I have correct access for integrating adobe dynamic media with my local aem 6.5.4 (localhost:4502) ?  

Hi, I'm looking internal search implementation using launch. I have set up to track the kws where searched by the users. For Example: Set up with Evar 2 and I'm able to capture and track successful under workspace. Following with up, I should view the number of results returned when a search was done by the users and to view search results clicked by the user and to track the CTR derived by the same users. Is it done through setting up an success event?  

Is there any capping on the maximum number of records that could be added in a Custom Object in a single POST API call (/rest/v1/customobjects/{name}.json) for any kind of marketo subscription (Licensed/Sandbox)? Also I have the same question for the retrieval of the custom object records using the same endpoint (rest/v1/customobjects/{name}.json) - GET Method. Thanks 🙂  

We are having an issue where click on arrow button taking the user cursor to navigation bar. This  particular arrow button is working fine without analytics but when we enable analytics issue seems to be exist. I tried deactivating all rules firing on click of arrow button, but that does not make any difference. Our s-code, extensions are up to date. What would be causing this issue? 

I've looked through Workfront One resources and I couldn't find why certain tasks appear in Blue and others appear in Pink on the gantt chart and I've been asked to provide an answer, can anyone help explain why there's a color deviation on how tasks appear in the gantt chart? Do the colors represent anything? To us, it seems pretty random what color each task is assigned but we want to make sure we're not missing any visible cues.

Our video department refuses to work with Projects, so each video is a Request with a Proof attached to it (and a custom form that details the request). If there is an ongoing project (ie produce an ABC video new version once per week) they keep the ABC Request open and add a new Proof to it every week for approval. One request may have 100 video proofs in it, for example.Gracie is a Review license, and has been an approver on all of 100 videos but she doesn't have access to see the list of Proofs, and also doesn't see the Request in her view unless she does a search on the video name, then it maybe comes up for her, maybe not.Some of the Proofs are archived because they are a few months oldThe owner of the Request Queue can see all the videos in the Documents tab, no problem. So can I (Admin view)How can Gracie see the list of all the videos in any request, at any time? What access do I need to give to her for this? Issue: On AEM 6.4.. When trying to refer an Experience Fragment inside an "Experience Fragment Component" on a sites/page, the "experience fragments without any "cq:xfVariantType" property do not show up. The Experience fragment functions normal.As of now we have added this via code but there is not way to add this property to the "editable template" other than via crx/de. And which is not a way we can recommend to customers while building editable templates.Referred this: Configure cq:xfVariantType in experience fragment. and copied the property referring to We.Retail's "Experience Fragment Web Variation" template.Is this an error with General > Experience Fragment component?
