Has anyone enabled asset-id search in the search? We want to be able to search asset by asset-id in the asset tree? Is it just about enabling that property in oak:index or there is more to it?

Hey ! I have worked a whole day on a panel in a workspace on Adobe Analytics. I just fold it and when I wanted to unfold it it was gone. I thought it was a display problem with the panel. So i saved the project and refresh the page. But the panel was lost and I think, i just miss the button and click on the cross...Do someone know if it is possible to get a backup on this ? Thanks ! Danh

Good evening AEM Team!We have integrated Okta as the IDM for our AEM 6.2 website. We have done so using a fairly standard SAML configuration which has worked well. In our live/production environment we have two publish instances so we have been testing the integration across two publish environments.We have enabled Encapsulated Token support on both instances and we have found that, in order for the encapsulated token to work, the associated user account must exist on both publish instances.However, there is a short delay of approximately 1 second between user replication across both publish instances as the SAML Authentication Handler adds the new user and the Apache Sling Distribution Agents - Sync Agents Factory replicates it to the other publisher. Consider a scenario where a new user is SAML-authenticated on Pub 1 but the saml_login handler redirects the same user to Pub 2 after authentication. Hi there, I'm teaching some colleagues about transactional messaging and once they've created and published an event + message, I'd like them to go one step further and test through post man. However, they aren't adobe IO admins nor have a way of generating JWTs outside of IO.(I think the JWT --> Access Token --> Post Request might be a bit over the top for this intended audience also). Is there another way they could make simple post requests from postman?I think I saw in sandbox/training environments you used to be able to authenticate with username mcPush (no password even required) and post to ACS server directly rather than through Adobe IO. Is this recommended in production? Is there a recommended route for this situation? Thanks David

Hi, Could some one help me the below query On Author if there is any way that on page where there are many custom components are available.I mean the components   that at code level will under /apps/project For a specific component  on that page how to restrict the edit access to a particular  group . So that users of that particular group can edit the dialog where as for other users the dialog appears hidden or in disabled state Thanks

How many workflow's can run at once or queries?

The tar files used by AEM in the repository/segmentstore have names like dataNNNNNL.tar, where NNNNN is a 5 digit number and L is a letter. What happens when NNNNN needs to be greater than 99999?

We're starting the process of migrating to AEM, working with an implementation partner to get up and running. As a side project, we're trying to determine how to add the functionality of a typical discussion board/community forum to the new AEM site. At first we thought it would be easy, using the Adobe Communities product as an add-on to AEM. Unfortunately, it seems Adobe is no longer offering that product to new customers.  So... what are some viable options? Are the Adobe Communities features now built-in to AEM? Or is a third-party solution or custom development the only choice? Any advice or suggestion is greatly appreciated!

We have a large number of published assets on the Brand Portal that need to be removed.  It's a little difficult to find in Author (not impossible, but will require some reporting/queries).  I am wondering what happens to their status in Author, if I delete the images from the Brand Portal? Is this a recommend approach?

Hi All, We have received request to add the snap chat pixel on our implementation. I don't see any specific build in extension on adobe launch. We could able to integrate directly through launch rule with some few set up on it. However, I am still wondering is there any other way of integrating this snap chat pixel through adobe launch. Is it possible to change the default sort behavior of files/folders in AEM 6.4 Assets? Would like to sort folders/files by title by default without switching to List View  > Title. Thanks.

Alphabetize the asset name in the systemConsistent with the list view. Currently we are not able to Alphabetize the only way we can search for asset is the creation date.  Would love to see how can we resolve this. My understanding is that we need some customer Java script development. Had you guys face similar issue?@71132   

Hi,I'm using a segmentation in ACS to define different targetgroups in a maillist.My input contains 610 unique records, my ouput contains only 604 or 605 records. Although, I have selected multiple assets from asset console, and run a custom workflow on it, it is creating notification for all the assets, while multi resource support checkbox is selected on workflow, it should create a package and run that workflow on it. and It should create only one notification for package payload, why it is not working? Note- I have enabled multi resource support checkbox and synced my workflow as well.
