I am having issues consistently getting the ellipses bubbles to be able to edit a user. Sometimes it is there by mostly when i want to use them they are not. See image.

Hi - We are building a 10-month/email engagement program, but not every month has an email that we want to send through Marketo. So, months/emails 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 will get an email from the nurture, but months/emails 3 & 5 will be skipped. How the heck do I skip that in my engagement program stream? Is that even possible? If I can't, anyone know of any workarounds? I'm trying to automate this program as much as possible. Thanks! 

Is it possible to still use code within a containing div even if that containing tag resolves data-sly-test as false?As an example:I'm trying to show an image that may or may not have an a tag wrapped around it. I have the following code:<a data-sly-test="{image.link}" href="{image.link}">     <img src="${image.path}"></a>The image link is optional so some images won't have a link wrapped around them. However, if a link isn't specified, all of the code is removed. Is it possible to keep the <img src> line even if that test in the wrapping a tag is false?

I want to have a custom step/ dialog where the content approver can choose when the content should be published.   This is my workflow design. The first step is dynamic participant step where the approval will be assigned to a group dynamically. The approver can either reject or accept the changes and it will immediately publish the page (the branch 2 has a process step for activate page) if the content is accepted. I want to provide option to the approver to choose when the content should be published if they want to go for publish page option (branch 2). Is there any OOTB facilities or I will need to have some custom configurations? How do I implement them?

Hi All,  We are trying to upgrade form spring dm to eclipse gemini. Gemini has released a new version which support spring 5.x onwards.  While installing the gemini extender bundle we are facing issue that some of the classes (which should ideally be in compendium bundle) are not found ?  We need information  regarding whether,1. AEM already has osgi.core and osgi.cmpn bundles installed or do we need to install them explicitly. We need version 5.0.0. 2. I'm trying to share a large file from the DAM  via the "email link to download" functionality. When he send it over to the user, it won't allow them to download the source file and gives them a lower res version. He gets the below error. Any idea what that might mean? 

I tried to use a Unicode 6.0 emoji (Q-encoded) in the subject line of one of my emailsand it rendered fine in all but a handful of email clients.I then swapped in an older Unicode 5 emoji and it displayed perfect across all email clients.Just wondering if it's still the rule in Marketo to only use older emojis : Unicode 5.2 and earlier

Hi, Does anyone know how to use the /useradmin page to restrict permission for a user/group to invoke a particular custom workflow? I read that custom workflows are stored under conf/global/settings/workflow/models, so I went to /useradmin and navigated to that path and unchecked all permissions for my particular custom workflow. However, when I impersonate that user for whom access is denied, click on Create -> Workflow, in the dropdown I still see my custom workflow there. How should I remove that access. Thanks.

Hi, I had created a custom scheduler for sending emails based on inbox tasks in aem. It was working properly until a day ago when suddenly, even if the scheduler is disabled, and the bundle is stopped, it is still somehow running and I get emails for newly created tasks. But in the project logs it shows that the scheduler has been stopped and no evidence of the code being executed. So a different scheduler is somehow still running and it is not part of this bundle?Please let me know how I should go about fixing this issue and finding/stopping that scheduler.  Thanks.

We use a universal form setup.  For example we use a single content form for all content downloads for easier management. When a visitor completes a form fill we use the Referrer URL and Query string to understand what content piece was downloaded, and the UTMs in the query string for attribution.   Currently we're using session cookies to preserve UTM parameters, and when a user views a page with a marketo form we rewrite the URL history to include the UTMs in the query string. We do this so we're able to use the form-fill triggers to analyze the query string and funnel the contact for appropriate attribution routing.   We are passing custom hidden fields for UTMs and a custom referrer full URL, but we've had more success relying on Querystring in the trigger for initial routing.   However, having the history rewrite to include the full query string is problematic.  For example, we're considering having a newsletter signup form in the footer of all pages and t

Hi everyone,   We have a Salesforce instance in which all our Accounts are tagged for segmentation purposes. In Salesforce, each account has one Tag Assignment, which is related zero or more Tags. I'm assuming this constitutes a many-to-many relationship: many Accounts are related to many Tags through Tag Assignments, which serves as a 'Bridge Object'.   We would like to synchronize the Tags in our Salesforce instance with Marketo, either manually (Import Custom Object Data) or automatically (API). Therefore, I'm attempting to replicate the data model with Custom Objects in Marketo. I'm wondering if anybody has seen this issue before? This morning I logged on to see that the Marketo forms on our website were showing like this:   I quickly edited the labels on this form and removed all evidence of the <strong> </strong> HTML around each label thinking it might be a unique error to this form, to discover that this has occurred on 80% of the forms in our Marketo instance, including the ones I built yesterday which were find when I logged off yesterday evening.   I'm seeking assistance from here as Marketo isn't allowing me to open chat, submit a support ticket via email OR via the telephone (after trying several times).   Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, Before launching my webinar program, I forgot to link it to the Zoom webinar event, so I have 137 people who show up as Registered in Marketo, but I had 0 in Zoom. I did the manual import option in Zoom, but now I'm wondering: Will the Member URL token populate correctly when I send out the reminder emails (via Marketo) to registrants? Or else is there something else I need to do to get the Member URL values to pull down to Marketo?After I imported the list, I did a sample send to the gmail address I test-registered with, but the "click here to join" link that usually has the Member URL token hyperlinked is not clickable, so that tells me it may not have pulled down to Marketo??

I have a requirement to populate a drop down depending on a value chosen from a previous drop down list in an Input form.Let's say there are 2 drop downs - product group and sport name in the nms:operation table.I have created 4 enumerations in the data schema: Product group= A, B, C.sport Name A = A1. Hi,I recently created a new schema and deleted it. I recreated this and was still receiving en error so deleted it again.I am now receiving an error message that is 'unkown schema:' It seems that it has not actually deleted, however we cannot see it in the database structure anymore. Therefore, any further schema changes I am trying to do will not work as this error for that specific schema keeps popping up.Any ideas on what to do in the situation?Thanks.

I put UTM parameters on my links in an email that went out recently, but Google Analytics is showing all the clicked-through URLs with the obfuscated /?mkt_tok parameter instead of the resulting UTM parameters. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
