We are looking at loading data into ACC from Dynamic 365 in the long term, which is scheduled go go-live in a year from now. As an interim solution, we wanted to load the data from a BI system into ACC and we wanted to use FDA connector to load the data.I would like to understand if Adobe supports FDA in a fully cloud hosted model?

I Need to randomly select coupon codes and paste it over email for profiles where the coupons does not have any relations with the profile but can be used only once. And these coupons are coming from other database and generated randomly.Please suggest what can be the best way to implement this in ACS.

Hi,  we have the need to design deliveries outside of ACS and import the HTML afterwards. We use a lot of tweeking to make the design look perfect in almost every email client.But after copy and pasting the code in the HTML view of the Email Designer, the code seems to be sanitized, e.g. some   are removed.  Is there any way to mark some code to be used literally as imported and not modified at all?

We are attempting to schedule an hourly dynamic report to send at 15 minutes past the hour. However, the hourly report is triggering at the top of the hour no matter what is entered in the "Starting On" field. Is there another way to schedule these reports to send at a specific time every hour?Below is an example of how the report is being scheduled now. This is accessed from within the dynamic report by clicking on the Share dropdown and selecting the "Send Report on Schedule" option.Our client has indicated that having an hourly report sent 15 minutes after the hour is key to them. We're hoping that we can accomplish this by scheduling and sending the automated reports. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi All, Use Case:I have to send an email to customers who have purchased items. I have to send email with item image links which customers have purchased. Approach followed:I have created two schemas for this Order, OrderLineItem. I have followed the below steps in workflow.I have queried recent Order records using Query activity.Then I have used Enrichment activity to create collection(Size: 3) "itemNameImage" of Order line item and add it to temporary schema. The collection variable itemNameImage holds HTML content like <a href="@productLink"><img src="@productImage"/></a>Then I will just add the collection variable "itemNameImage" to the email as dynamic variable. Issue:The above approach works fine when each variable itemNameImage in collection holds value whose size is less than 255. When it exceeds size 255, campaign throws error as in screenshot below. Any help would be great !!

QUESTION:What is different when first creating/initializing a delivery from a template for the first time, and after it's saved and reopened again? I get different results.EXPLANATION:I have an extension input delivery (let's call it ext:delivery) where I have an entry-tag that sets some values and display them in SMS deliveries and SMS delivery templates.When I open existing deliveries it reads and goes through the entry-tag and does what it should (gets the values and display them nicely), both in the SMS template and SMS delivery.BUT if I create a new delivery (Recurring delivery), select the correct Delivery template and press "Continue", it's like AC does not go through my entry-tag at all. Nothing that should be done in the entry-tag is done. It only display my values after I SAVE the first time, and REOPEN the delivery. (and between this the delivery is renamed from "Recurring Delivery" to the name of the Delivery template.)So what is the difference here? Why might my varia

I am setting up a new App in Adobe Mobile Services.  I have added the new Report Suite ID and enabled Lifecycle Reports for the new App.   However, the App Id dimension is not present for the new Report Suite in Workspace, and I do not see a Versions report option in Adobe  Mobile Services like I do for our existing app.  Did I miss a step in the setup process?

I am trying to either export a PDF of one of my reports, or use the print option to save it onto my local machine as a PDF. In both cases, the report is not exporting. I am able to see my delivery report within Adobe Campaign perfectly fine, I just can't export them.When I try using the "Export > PDF file" option, I download a PDF that shows the login screen.When I try using the "Print" option, and selecting "Print to PDF," I get a PDF that shows me a 404 error.I have been able to print my reports as PDF's in the past, but now I am unable to. Does anyone know what is going on here?

I'm looking for a way to automatically add references to subsections at the end of each topic. Is there any way to do this using AEM? How can I decide what enum list to show in a delivery based on a variable I have in the input form?I don't need anything for creating/changing the enum values or the enum lists themselves. ONLY the path itself that leads to a existing Platform Enumeration list. Hi everyone,I'm working on an automated report and one of the fields I'm trying to pull is the label of the split subset the delivery is attached to. This is what I have right now in the Data Extraction activity: In the picture below for example, I would be trying to get the values 'Engaged' and 'LowEngaged' for Delivery 1 and Delivery 2.The expression above that I'm currently using just returns the label of first subset for every delivery.
