Hello everyone, I would like to inquire about the available methods for sending profile information to AEP that allow the transfer of PII data while meeting the required security and privacy standards. Currently, we have API Streaming/Batch, Web/App SDK, Cloud Storage, and Data Landing Zone connectors for data collection. Which of these methods allow the transfer of PII without the need to mask/encrypt the information so we can use it to contact users through AJO channels?

We have product dimensions on our site, but we're not totally confident how to read the data. Do these function like eVars? And if so, what is the allocation, expiration, etc? Hi, I'm looking to create an alert that contains a particular piece of a URL string (since the exact URL is unique per user), but it seems like you can only do equals the full URL. Is there any way to work around this?  

Hello, I watched @SanfordWhiteman 's webinar on implementing Google reCAPTCHA V3 in Marketo and shared it with the web dev team for my client. Hi everyone, Following the February 2025 Release Notes, the Result Sets feature has been deployed, and I was able to create them in the sandbox I use. For the purposes of this question, our user structure is: Main Group: MarketingSubgroup 1: MKTG Digital & Creative ServicesSubgroup 2: MKTG ComplianceOur projects are all associated with the Main Group. A user from Subgroup 1 creates an issue on the project and assigns it to a user in Subgroup 2. I need to create a custom issue status that only users in Subgroup 2 can apply. We're trying to satisfy a regulatory requirement. Users in Subgroup 1 should be able to see that the issue is in the custom status, but they should not be able to apply it themselves. I've tried configuring this but no matter what group/subgroup/status settings I change it doesn't seem to work the way I need it to. Am I aiming for the impossible, or am I missing something?  Thank you all in advance!

I'm trying to use a calculated metric within the segment builder, and it's not showing up. I can see the metric in the calculated metrics section, and in workspace, but it does not show up in segment builder. I suspect it might have something to do with the fact that it uses a custom lookback window.The reason I'm trying to use this metric in a segment is because of an issue with lookback windows. We were using a visitor container in a segment and it was causing lots of inconsistency in our reporting when we pull different date ranges. So we changed it to visit window and it was too narrow. So we were trying to split the difference with a custom 90-day lookback window on this metric.

Hello, I want to create an adobe Target audience that relies on the URL of an external ad that a customer has clicked. I.e Customer clicks on a google ad for a particular piece of clothing and leads to my webpage, where the customer then sees that the webpage has been tailored to show that piece of clothing at the top of it. I have the URLs of the ads, I just need to create the audience. How do I do this in the Adobe Target builder? Thanks

We have purchase order numbers in an eVar and have been uploading classifications such as:Order Type, Order Date, Item Number, Promo Code, List Price, Selling Price The List Price and Selling Price are coming through as dimensions instead of metrics, so we can’t use them to determine revenue from an order, tactic, channel, etc. - is there a way to import those differently so they can be used as metrics? I have never set up a data source, but it looks like that might be a good option. I'm new to Workfront and I'm trying to find a way to show all the In Progress or New parent tasks in all In Progress projects, with the child tasks showing below the parent tasks. Is this possible? The purpose of this report is for my team to see all the WIP projects and tasks (parent and child) that are either in progress or completed in a certain period of time. For this, I figured, I can use a date prompt to choose the entry and planned completion dates of the tasks. However, I'm having a hard time showing both the parent and child tasks in the same report. I still don't know how to create text mode reporting, but I'd appreciate any guidance and instructions on how to do it. Thank you!

Hi all, This is becoming an increasingly bigger problem for our AEP instance. We've noticed that more and more profiles are getting merged together due to common ECIDs, meaning customers would login to different accounts with the same ECID browser and as a result the profiles are getting merged together. This is making our push notification strategy more riskier day by day because we could be targeting devices that are completely not associated with the intended account we want to target. As an example, if we have a campaign that wants to remind customers to pay their bill, the customer could be getting the wrong notification due to them logging into another person's account(say parents account) and having their profiles merged together. How can we address this in AJO? Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I'm currently working on an HTML email template and running into an issue where Microsoft Outlook adds unwanted gaps above and below an image (Property Image) inside a table. The image is supposed to fit the full height of its table cell, but in Outlook, there’s extra spacing around it. A gaps appears above & below the image, even when padding: 0; margin: 0; is applied. Hi Team, I have created a custom authentication handler by extending DefaultAuthenticationFeedbackHandler, by implementing AuthenticationHandler.  This handler is for /content path. Any request with /content path is coming to this handler. The problem here is even tough I am logged into AEM with admin credentials and accessing /content page the request is going to custom authentication handler. If I logged into AEM that means I have a valid session along with valid login-token.When a valid session is available then why my authentication handler is triggering? Is there any way we can stop this handler if valid session is available then request should not come to custom authentication handler. This is going like infinite loop, I am creating the user session in handler and once authentication is succeeded then I am redirecting user to the requested URI, then request is again coming to handler.@aanchal-sikka @kautuk_sahni @vijayalakshm

Hi, Is it advisable to check Products dimension along with other ecommerce events in Analysis Workspace. If we found some junk values like below, what could be the probable reason. Note : Yes, there was a problem in product syntax earlier but that has also been fixed a week earlier. And I am checking the data for last 2 days, it still shows some values starting with "eVar=" . What could be the reason for these few entries still persisting in the data? Thanks for the inputs.
