I'm new to Workfront and I'm trying to find a way to show all the In Progress or New parent tasks in all In Progress projects, with the child tasks showing below the parent tasks. Is this possible? The purpose of this report is for my team to see all the WIP projects and tasks (parent and child) that are either in progress or completed in a certain period of time. For this, I figured, I can use a date prompt to choose the entry and planned completion dates of the tasks. However, I'm having a hard time showing both the parent and child tasks in the same report. I still don't know how to create text mode reporting, but I'd appreciate any guidance and instructions on how to do it. Thank you!

Hi all, This is becoming an increasingly bigger problem for our AEP instance. We've noticed that more and more profiles are getting merged together due to common ECIDs, meaning customers would login to different accounts with the same ECID browser and as a result the profiles are getting merged together. This is making our push notification strategy more riskier day by day because we could be targeting devices that are completely not associated with the intended account we want to target. As an example, if we have a campaign that wants to remind customers to pay their bill, the customer could be getting the wrong notification due to them logging into another person's account(say parents account) and having their profiles merged together. How can we address this in AJO? Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I'm currently working on an HTML email template and running into an issue where Microsoft Outlook adds unwanted gaps above and below an image (Property Image) inside a table. The image is supposed to fit the full height of its table cell, but in Outlook, there’s extra spacing around it. A gaps appears above & below the image, even when padding: 0; margin: 0; is applied. Hi Team, I have created a custom authentication handler by extending DefaultAuthenticationFeedbackHandler, by implementing AuthenticationHandler.  This handler is for /content path. Any request with /content path is coming to this handler. The problem here is even tough I am logged into AEM with admin credentials and accessing /content page the request is going to custom authentication handler. If I logged into AEM that means I have a valid session along with valid login-token.When a valid session is available then why my authentication handler is triggering? Is there any way we can stop this handler if valid session is available then request should not come to custom authentication handler. This is going like infinite loop, I am creating the user session in handler and once authentication is succeeded then I am redirecting user to the requested URI, then request is again coming to handler.@aanchal-sikka @kautuk_sahni @vijayalakshm

Hi, Is it advisable to check Products dimension along with other ecommerce events in Analysis Workspace. If we found some junk values like below, what could be the probable reason. Note : Yes, there was a problem in product syntax earlier but that has also been fixed a week earlier. And I am checking the data for last 2 days, it still shows some values starting with "eVar=" . What could be the reason for these few entries still persisting in the data? Thanks for the inputs.

I've been experiencing a problem with our link tracking where certain button clicks don't send a click event to Adobe Analytics. I didn't setup the tracking, but from what I can tell, the configuration is looking for any buttons with CSS selector "button". We have a custom condition as well to ignore buttons with PII as we are not allowed to track users personal information. I've verified that buttons that aren't being sent do not meet the conditions to be excluded. Hi, Consider a scenario where I want to get the occurrence count for events occurring between the difference of two metrics of the type datetime. E.g. ingested records in aep contains two fields 'timestamp' and 'purchaseTimestamp'. I want to find the count of records for which the difference in 'timestamp' and 'purchaseTimestamp' lies between the category of '0-5 Min', '5-10Min', '10-15 min'. Any suggestions, help is much appreciated

Hi Community, When trying to add reports in a dashboard, after adding 24 reports, the "Save+Close" button gets disabled. All in all, I'm not able to add more than 24 reports in my dashboard. Is 24 the limit? Thanks.

Hi All,I'm currently in the planning stage of migrating from AMS to AEMaaCS. Due to a lot of corrupt metadata in our system, it has been suggested that before migration we create a new Dynamic Media account with Adobe and process the assets with that account. However, it was highlighted by the Adobe team that any customization on the assets done using smartCrop will be lost in this process. In light of this information, I want to generate a report of all the assets in our system that have been modified using the smartCrop functionality. Since the cropping information is not stored as separate rendition nodes in the CRX repository, I am unable to query that data. Can anyone guide me in the right direction to acheive this?Thank you!Harshita Malhotra  

Hi,I am using AEM datepicker (granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/datepicker) for our Promo component. This is injected into backend java.util.Calendar instance, where we have additional logic for the component. When the date is selected while authoring the page, the datepicker is setting the datetime in local time instead of UTC time. I need the date to be in UTC time. Hi Team,We are in the process of creating a recurring campaign with the following objectives: Identify Users: Utilize Marketo to pinpoint users who started the process but did not proceed to the next page. We aim to resend them the same email after X months if they revisit the page. Initially, I began developing this campaign using an engagement program; however, I encountered some limitations, particularly the inability to resend the same email to the same individual through the engagement program. If the intention was to send the email only once, the engagement program would suffice. However, since we want to implement resending, I believe a default program could be more effective. I would like to confirm this approach before I proceed with building the default program. Our goal is to resend the email to the same individual multiple times a year after X months, provided they show interest by visiting the website again. I have a request from a business partner who is looking to have a specific value filled in a checkboxes field based on the referral page. Currently they have a static Contact sales page where they link to to from a CTA button on the page.  The form embedded on the page has a checkboxes field with a list of products and the customer can select multiple products of interest.  They would like to keep the experience the same but want one of the values of the checkboxes field pre-checked based on the prior page that they arrived from. Example: The form has a Checkboxes field with the following product values and a customer can select what products they are interest in. - Apples- Oranges - Mangos - Pineapples   A customer who is on the Mangos product page clicks the contact CTA and goes to the contact sales page and sees that Mangos checkbox is selected.
