For more complex segments, I sometimes need to create multiple rows of the same dimension and search criteria. Even when using "contains any of" and pipe delimiters.  It would be handy if the workflow for segment creation would allow easy duplication of a dimension. For example, right click, duplicate this criteria. It would be important to preserve all of the settings, much like when duplicating a panel in Workspace.

I created a service account integration in the I/O Console following the documentation. After I generated the JWT, how can I set up the expiration date of the access token I create out of it?“The expiration parameter is a required parameter measuring the absolute time since 01/01/1970 GMT. You must ensure that the expiration time is later than the time of issue. After this time, the JWT is no longer valid. At maximum, the expiration period can be set up to 24 hours from time of issue. Note: This is an expiration time for the JWT token and not the access token. Access token expiration is set to 24 hours by default.“Is there a parameter I can include in the POST request to https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/exchange/jwt in order to set up the expiration date of the access token?Thank you!

Currently there can be 25 marketing channels.  This puts a limit on some things as different markets have their own very specific platforms and marketing could benefit if they have the top channels/portals defined as marketing channels. With just 25 possible it clearly is not enough.  An option is to build the extra ones in segments, but this is not it.

I have loaded a classification file with a zero for a key and it appears to update the data, but when I try to actually look at the classification, that data shows as "Unspecified".  When I pull down classified data, it doesn't show in the list.  When I show unclassified data, it also does not show in the list.  All other values that I have classified appear to work just fine. How can I classify this data?

I know engagement programs can get complicated but I've done a few of them in Marketo and have some active now, but this latest engagement program I built, I can't get it to actually cast the emails and I can't figure out why.Marketo support mentioned that contacts who are members of the nested programs won't get casts, but I don't have any members in my nested programs, so that's not the answer. Can anyone help? 

Hi ,I am unable to add component to page even the components are allowed in design mode. The add component symbol(+ symbol) itself is not appearing . I can see only experience fragment symbol.Also please see the screenshot  ,it is generating some error in the console log.NOTE : I am trying to add the components using proper privileges but still no luck.Please let me know if any idea on this issue.Thanks,Pallavi

Hello there!I have a very simple drip campaign that I plan on running when a user signs up for a free trial. Basically 1 email a week over the course of the month. My question is, does anybody have any tips/best practices on how to build out a progressive scoring system using smart campaigns?  Essentially, I'd like to score users like this:email 1: open -1pt, click- 2ptsemail 2: open 2pts, click - 3ptsemail 3: open 3pts, click - 4ptsemail 4: open 4pts, click - 5pts.Any tips/best practices would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, I'm trying to get some values from one schema and using them update the corresponding columns in another one.The workflow is built to first look for all records from schema-1 in query and as complementary information I'm passing column with ID. Then, in the next step - Advanced JS code, I use queryDef on temp:query to select ID from previous step and inside the loop for results I run another queryDef - this time I'm trying to get values from schema-2, based on ID selected previously. At the end, in the second loop I'm assigning values as "vars.example_variable". When I run the workflow, I can see that the values can be printed out to the console, however if I add enrichment after JS activity and then I'm trying to peek at data using "Display the target", these columns are empty. What should I do to get the values there? Thanks,Dominik

Hi, Does the audience manager collect only signals as text data types only? i have seen in trait expression we have >= or <=  operators but still don't find any documentation what are the data types that the audience manager collects.  Also, if we are using SSF how this data type is defined and works for numeric or date related signals? ThanksKeerthivasan   

Hi all,Does anyone have experience with "Digital Survey with overall results" integration with Marketo? Please see more info below: 1 - Send an email to the participant (using Marketo) to access the survey through our website (embed the form in our WordPress LP).2 - Survey tool opens - contact fills out a short questionnaire, including the personal data. Hi, my team is using AEM as a DAM and we are creating renditions with AEM. The issue that we have is that when images are over a certain aspect ratio, we get a blurry output. We have defined several thumbnail sizes for the system to create, but if we have images that are an aspect ratio of 1:3 or higher, we get blurry results. Some of our images are 1:12 or even 1:20 aspect ratio since we are showing some of our assets like very long web pages.Our assets drastically range in size, and we are not wanting to create a bunch more rendition sizes, since it will slow down our system. I’m wondering if there are any plugins or frameworks that we can use to help create renditions that won’t become blurry after they his a certain aspect ration.

Hi All,We have a problem when multiple teams work on the same code base and end up adding duplicate labels with the same key. When the code is built locally using maven (content-package-maven-plugin) , there is no error but when the generated package is built through curl in CI-CD pipeline, the installation logs have error as the package is installed with errors. So syntactically the i18n label xml is correct but during package installation when the labels are created as nodes in AEM, there can't be same named node under the same tree and errors out (javax.jcr.ItemExistsException: Node with the same UUID exists).While this is a human error, is there a way to validate the xml files or package during the maven build and error out so that these issues can be identified and fixed during local development itself? Thanks in advance!Regards,Ashwin Raju

Hi, I have a requirement to add/remove columns of search results in inbox. If i directly change anything under /libs/granite/omnisearch/content/metadata/inbox/views/list/columns its working but overlaying it to apps is not working.  I can customize columns of search results for assets by overlaying /libs/dam/gui/content/commons/availablecolumns. It is not just working for Inbox. Can someone help me with this? Thanks 

Does the "Clicks Link in Email" trigger analyze only the URL?  Does it analyze the anchor text that is associated with the URL? For example:I have a URL of http://page.company.com/TTC01-Unsub.html  with anchor text of "unsubscribe". Is it possible to set up a "Clicks Link in Email" trigger with the values of:Email: is anyLink: not contains "unsubscribe"If someone clicked the anchor text "unsubscribe" would this trigger respond?Thank you! 

Creating the script token using the end point /rest/asset/v1/folder/{id}/tokens.json?folderType=Program as attached. Token created fine. When try to use that in email template throwing the error "No usable value for scriptingObjects Expected object but got JString()". If i create the same token manually email delivers fine. Due to legal reasons we cannot use the CDN to get our launch scripts. So we download the generated files with the archive option in the environment. I'd like to track video events on a YouTube video I have embedded on our site, and I'd like to do it through the YouTube Embed extension. So far I've set up the rule event like this, and I've added the appropriate Analytics variables and beacon call: I also appended the enablejsapi=1 param to the youtube url, but I'm still not seeing the analytics calls firing. Would this have anything to do with the fact that the video iframe is loaded through an overlay on the page? If so, what is the solution?Is this because I have to include a media module and custom calls in the extension, similar to the way I do it in DTM? Please advise.
