Hi all,We have a program for cart abandonment running for quite a long time. It's getting the data from AA with an API call, but I'm thinking about changing this as the API call takes too long to run and I suspect there should be easier and more efficient ways to do this.I would like to do it enriching the program with the sku's of the products abandoned, and also using customer attributes of AA (so users don't need to be logged in to identify them) Any idea apart from using Adobe Triggers? Would you recommend to switch to these?Thanks so muchGuillermo

Hello, I am trying to create an external account so I can use the DM delivery activity.  I want to be able to utilize the logs and not have to create a file extract.  When I created a Routing type and SFTP type, neither show up when I try to select them in the delivery properties tab. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Thank you, Mark

Hi, We have requirement to make few attibutes in schema, not to visible in configurelist until clicks the display advanced field option.Normally those attributes should not be visible in configurelist (Data schema- Data Tab). Hi there,how can we read / write data from a MariaDB database?

Over time the amount of various rules created in Launch can get out of hand and knowing what rules no longer run can be a daunting task. Even more frustrating are the rules transferred from DTM to Launch and needing to know what rules no longer apply. We know that in debug mode, a log churns out in the user's console that includes all the activities done by Launch _satellite code in real time. I feel the entire community of Launch users would love to see a reporting tool internal to a given Launch property that simply illustrates the usage count of rules that are current and rules that are deprecated. The date range of this reporting could be limited to thirty days. That should be plenty time for every given aspect of a site to be hit and know what rules are running. Any rules with zero fires could then be safely disabled and/or deleted. I feel this is a fairly straight forward ask. I do not feel this upgrade applies to data elements.

Folks, I am looking to migrate some DTM properties to Launch. I have used the assessment tool from Search Discovery, and my implementation looks pretty clean. My goal here is to keep the same embed code from DTM, so that I do not have to touch all of the places in my websites to update it. My question is: if I choose a Synchronous deployment, and leave the _satellite.pageBottom() in place on every page, does it work just like DTM in that case? Meaning, it is a synchronous/blocking script, and my IT does not need to touch page code?

Hello,I have added few recipients using an import workflow (data upload --> enrichment-->deduplication --> update data). The worklow ran fine without any error, but I cannot see the newly added profiles under the recipient folder (profiles & Targets --> Recipient).The newly added profiles can be viewed in the data tab of Data Schemas--> nms:recipient as well as the exteded recipient schema. Also, I can filter the recipient with query activity.  What could be the issue? Thanks & regards,Navin

I have a user who has a workflow with a scheduler object that triggers at a specific time but when the timezone changed, the workflow did not trigger. Does the user have to update the workflow each time the timezone changes?

Hi All, There is a requirement, to get the Color Space(RGB,CMYK, Grayscale etc.) of an Image Asset of below types in AEM Java Servlet :Image Types: "jpeg", "jpg", "png", "tiff", "tif", "psd", "eps", "psb"We have already tried with below APIs:      org.apache.commons.imaging.ImageInfo -  For some assets it is giving correct value, but for                others it is not returning the expected value. Also this API doesn’t support EPS files.        javax.imageio.ImageIO -  This API is not supporting CYMK Color Space files. Also, the values returned by these APIs are not matching with the values we get in Adobe Photoshop.Please help us with some solution on the same. Any help will be really appreciated.

Hey everyone, Are there any drawbacks to using the "Request campaign" flow step to call a smart campaign to set an acquisition program on a lead within the same program? Opposed to just adding a flow step to "Change Data Value- Acquisition program" with a choice " if acquisition program is empty within the same smart campaign?  We're using this in a web content program and I'm concerned that there'd be ramifications if I build out a couple dozen web content programs that all include smart campaigns requesting other smart campaigns on our instance? When you add styles to the "allowed styles" using the style system  on a components policy, it seems that the class is added to the parent container that is generated by the component instead of the main tag that contains the content. Specifically I'm referring to the text component. You can have many different tag options, (i.e. H1 - H6, p, small) to contain the text. But when you add the allowed styles, the class is added to the parent div. I need the classes to be added directly to the tag holding the text. Is this a possible change?
