Do I need to do this in Adobe Launch or if in AA settings, where can I get this done?

I created two separate segments, one where a custom event exists at the Visit level and one that exists at the Visitor level.  When I apply each of those segments to their respective metric (Visits & Unique Visitors), the Unique Visitors count is higher.  How is that possible?  Shouldn't the event count at the Visit level be greater than the Unique Visitor count?

Hi, I have begun the process for the recommended first party cookie implementation using CNAME entries. Those are in place and Adobe has purchased the certificates. However, I'm wondering how this implementation will work correctly in test environments. For example, I test my implementation on  www.mywebsites.test  however the CNAME is setup with the domain  smetrics.mywebsites.com  so the first party cookies would not work because the domains are different, correct? Is there a recommended way to implement this for non-production environments?

I would like to know if there is any way by which we can identify the mobile numbers that are in quarantine due to DND/ NDNC activated on these mobile numbers. Does Adobe Campaign receive/ store any tagging or information from the operator/ vendor when a mobile number with DND/ NDNC activated is sent an SMS from Adobe Campaign? how can we have a custom solution than can help to manage the MCID my on org  We wanted to have our own  ID and Adobe Analytics / AAM  etc  and also to all the respective systems  we have so we have unified ID in all the systems     

I have configured an AEM author and publish instance on two different servers and configured the replication agent and the connection is successful. After publishing the we.retail pages I am not able to view any pages on publish server. I get the following error:I am not able to access any other path either (such as /siteadmin, /sites.html, /useradmin etc.)Through crx/de I logged in as admin and tried the paths but still the same issue. I was even able to access /libs/granite/security/content/useradmin.html and provide place the admin user in the administrators group. Still the same error. How do I enable these paths in the publish instance?

Hi All,We have our code deployment to AEM servers using curl command through CI-CD pipelines. While the number of deployments (packages being deployed) per day is more compared to UAT and Prod, we now have a huge amount of redundant old packages lying which is taking more disk space and slowing the performance of AEM especially Package manager screen. Is there a way to delete old packages during new code deployment (through curl or any other means) or a maintenance task or programatic way to delete these old packages? Thanks in advance!Regards,Ashwin Raju

However there is still traffic allocated as metasearch w/o having any of the parameters in the entry URL. Any idea how is that possible? I've been switching over a lot of our emails to tokenized emails so I don't end up in an approval black hole; however, I've noticed that if I tokenize the email subject line, this shows up as {{my.TOKEN NAME}} in MSI, so our sales team can't see  - at a glance - the name of the email that was sent.Is there any way to have this populated? If not, it's not a big deal to go into the email and change the subject line. I just figured I'd ask in case it helps save time Thanks in advance!

Hi All,I have few set of rules that we configured to the web property. this web property has 2 report suites configured.For the one corresponding to Staging, the rules fire correctly, however, when i "Approved" and "Published" the rules to use them on the production, none of the rules trigger.The website includes both the header and footer code for DTM property.When i look at the satellite js included on the page it does Not contain the rules i created neither for -staging JS not the productions JS.Can someone please tell me, after I "Publish" the rule is there a delay in the rule to make it 'live' from the DTM end?It has already has been over 5 hours since i published them.To rule out the code logic issue, i created a simple page load rule, that too did not fire with the same web property.

Hi, I would like to know how to calculate the metric "Time spent per visit (seconds)". In the Adobe Experience Cloud Help I found this table:Thus the correct formula should be: Time spent per visit (seconds) = Total seconds spent / (visits - bounces) We tried to use the formula in the example below: According to the Help Center formula we have to calculate it like this: Time spent per Visit (seconds) = 153,26 / (3,914 – 2,964) = 161 seconds But in this case the declared metric shows 39 seconds. I can imagine that this is the result of the following calculation (without considering the bounces): Time spent per Visit (seconds) = Total seconds spent/ visits Time spent per Visit (seconds) = 153,26 / 3,914 = 39 seconds Does anyone have an answer to this circumstance? We have recently started the DTM to Launch migration process. Although our rules are firing and we can see them on console, the image request itself is not visible. We have checked under the Networks tab and Omnibug. Is there anything we are missing out on?
