Hi,In Time spent per visit (seconds) metric, sometimes I get invalid  value on result:Source image file 20944 not availableI created a Calculated Metric to avoid this and get zero value in these cases, but I can't find the solution using Adobe functions.Anyone know any formula type is_invalid?Thanks!

I am trying to disable contexthub.commerce.cart.json. so that it will not load on page.I went to http://localhost:4502/etc/cloudsettings/default/contexthub/commerce/cart.edit.html and disabled the contexthub configuration. Yet, configuration is loading on the page.Is there other configuration that I should update. Please advise.

New Marketo user here, and I'm trying to understand how Marketo works.When a user enters a Marketo program, does Marketo take a snapshot of that user's data at the point of entry and use that to power the program?Or does Marketo use the user's most recent data to power the program?Ex: I have an onboarding program targeted to free users, but I'd like to remove them from the program if they become paid users. Would having a Remove from Flow step of "Paid = True" work to remove a user from the flow? Or would that not work since all users who enter the program are "Paid = False", and Marketo only has access to that data for the program?

Hi Guys, I have to delete approx 7k records in the quarantine list for the address which has mailbox full as the error reason. Please help me with the best way of deleting those addresses in a single shot. I am using a workflow to filter the data based on the market code(Coz its a different table) to delete it with the help of update data activity.Is this a right approach or is there an other way.Regards,Raaghu

I'm having an issue where instead of Marketo showing the default value when previewing an email, it shows ${drivername}. In the campaign I'm building, not all values set in velocity will exist in the JSON field. Hi everyone,I recently integrated Showpad with Marketo.Everything is running smoothly, but I'm wondering about the specific meaning of the new created filters.I have 3 new Showpad related filters on Marketo which are:- Has Showpad content- Was added to Showpad content- Received Showpad shareThe last one, I understand. After verifications, it appears to be a lead that received content but did not download / view it yet.Although, for the two other filters, I have the feeling that there is not much differences between them... I understand that they viewed the received content. I also have the same amount of leads (and the same leads of course) in both of them. Does anyone has an idea of which is what?Thank you,

Hello,I am trying to create a smart list referencing the 'Id' field and I cannot figure out how to filter by this field. I cannot find it and none of the choices that pop up for me with Id in the title are even close. Has anyone else run into this problem?Thanks,Virginia

I am using hidden fields in my forms for populating UTM Source, Medium, Campaign and SFDC Campaign ID down from the URL parameters. Weirdly, it's working for UTM Source, Campaign and our SFDC Campaign ID and pulling those down into our respective fields, but not UTM Medium. I also tried creating a custom 'Referrer' field which we want to use to include Sales people's names, but this hasn't pulled through either upon a form submit. It doesn't even pull the default value through... What could be going wrong?

Hi,I have created an AB test using the experience template (pop up upon exit intent).  The "last chance offer" popup fires properly within the edit activity phase while setting up the test.My site has geo-location functionality so upon entering, there is a popup in the top left that asks "______ wants to know your location.  Allow or Block"It seems that when this location popup shows, the AB test (exit intent) does not always fire. In addition, if I already have hit allow or block, then return to my site at a later time....the test actually works.  Ideally we need this to work ALWAYS, not when someone returns.  Is this a known issue?  Could there be another problem?  Has anyone had this occur and maybe have a workaround?Thanks in advance!

I just upgraded to AEM 6.5.2 and have content copied from production. The number of users available on different level servers will NOT be same, different levels have different set of users.Now when I load a page by navigation from coral UI in column view and load any page, the error log is full of missing user errors:GET /mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/jcr:content/views/column.0.40.html/content/abc/global/en_yy HTTP/1.1] WARN  AEM Unable to get display name for USERjavax.jcr.RepositoryException: Unable to retrieve properties for USER        at com.adobe.granite.security.user.internal.UserPropertiesManagerImpl.checkValidAuthorizableInfo(UserPropertiesManagerImpl.java:676)The USER value here is user-id for different user, who might have created of modified the page. Hi Experts,I am new to launch and analytics and facing an issue so posting hereAs a user I open my website, I made some search and it takes me to search result pageI click on the header logo and go back to homepageon homepage , in analytics image request I can see page variable having value of Search Result PageIf I re-click on header logo of homepage, I get the correct "page" variable value now.I have  set a rule for Clear Variable after Send  Beacon but it doesn;t seam working. Hello,We are currently facing an issue with our visitor recognition so I hope you'll be able to help.On our website we have an Open environment and a Closed (connected).When a new visitor arrive on the Open environment, a request to the demdex.net is sent, a cookie with a MCID is set and then when the request to Analytics is sent it will have this parameter:mid: 76516731327854063534395696080000000000Then all subsequent request to Analytics will have this ID.Then when the visitor connect on the Closed environment, we still have this ID but we set also the visitorID like this s.visitorID = _satellite.getVar("customID"); and there the request to Analytics will have two IDs:vid: 0702800000mid: 76516731327854063534395696080000000000So everything seems to be fine to me as we always have the same MID and when he connect he will sent a custom VID.But in Adobe Analytics, each time a visitor connect, it count a new visit and also a new Unique Visitor.Is it normal or do I miss something ?Thanks i

Hi All,we are trying Multilingual support in AEM formsBelow are the steps we followed1)created myprofile adaptive form.2)By using create dictionary option, generated dictionary for all supported language as set in guide Localization service for my profile adaptive form.3)on change of browser locale manually, the myprofile form is switching to preferred language.But changing the browser locale is not recommened , so I tried to override the methods which is present inside the guideContainer, guideUtil and guideELUtil classes ,this also doesn’t work for me.I couldn’t use i18n inside guideContainer also.So please provide your suggestion on this. Thanks,Arun

Hoping someone can verify that what I am observing is not correct and specific to me only.Steps to reproduce:Create an anomaly alert.Back in the "Alerts" screen, select that alert and choose "Copy".Edit the copy, then save it.Open the original alert.Expected result:The original alert has its original conditions, not what had been edited in the copy.Actual result:The original alert has the same settings as the copy. After editing-and-saving the original back to its conditions, the copy retains its own conditions.

Hello,Recently since upgrading to 6.5, i've been having issues with cache invalidation not happening on aliased locations during deactivation events.eg. -  I have /content/test/en_US/testpage.html that would have an alias to /content/test/en/testpage.htmlOn activation of this page, I see the flush agent behaving properly for both the aliased and non aliased location.However, if I then go to deactivate this page -The page is deactivated and invalidated on the non aliased location, but remains in cache at the aliased location.I do have the alias update checkbox selected on my flush agent on the publisher.Any ideas what might cause this?

HiIn this discussionWorkspace - Freeform Table - More than 5 columns How to have more than 5 columns was answered.However I have a follow on question namely (actually responded to the original thread which is over a year old so trying for better luck with a fresh post)Anyway to do this in bulk?  For example I would like to to pull over each individual US DMA (designated market area) in the USA (there are over 200 of them) just as the example above shows with "page views and country". Got the first five over by default. Then I have been doing "cntrl..select multiple individual DMA" and move them over in sets of five or six. Challenge is that when I use the the arrow to open up all of the DMAs I get DMA from all over the world, each US DMA is sprinkled in alphabetically. Anyone know an easier way to do this?
