I am using Banners to link to web content that contain mailto: and tel: links. On iOS, these links work as they should. However, Android displays an error: "Web page not available net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME". When the same page is opened using the default Device Browser, the links work fine.I tried to modify the config.xml in the root by adding <access origin="mailto:*" launch-external="true" /> and <access origin="tel:*" launch-external="true" />. I rebuilt the app using a custom shell with the modified config.xml and appropriate plugins. However, this didn't resolve the problem.I am wondering if anyone has a come across a solution or workaround for this problem.

In the touch UI search function - is there a way to search for a filename/url name only?  so for instance if i wanted to search for a page that is called service-upgrade only in the page name how would i search for that?

Hi there,We have several people that have left the business since we implemented Adobe Experience Cloud. We have removed their accounts/product access/details through the Admin Console, however, all users still appear in the User list within Analytics (Admin > Analytics Users & Assets). It's not that they've all been removed a week ago and are still appearing, some were removed months ago and are still listed as users in Analytics.Why would this be happening? Do we need to remove them from here too? Would the user still be able to access Analytics in this scenario?Lastly, does this happen for any other products in the Experience Cloud stack that anyone knows of?Cheers,Tahni

Hey guys, i have read so much about hit, visit and visitor segments, but we do not get this problem:How Analytics is tracking in this case? We had a campaign, where Adobe View Tracking was activated for a campaign (therefore we have created the Segment "iq 346600", just to track this campaign). The campaign runs from august to october. but if i am changing the date range from january to october, the number of our Segment "wirtschaft" is increasing, but why? Where does this additional unique user come from, because in the month before august that campaign did not run, so for me the number of unique Visitors should be the same in both parts. Or is it possible, that someone qualified himself for a Segment in for example April, but if the date range in Analytics starts after April, he will not be counted? we do not get it, why the number changes. fyi: If I only consider the period in which the campaign did not run (beginning of the year until July), the number of unique visitors in the seg

We are using "excerpt" property in our query to show the description in search results. We have configured two fields "jcr:description" and "subtitle" as excerpt properties in QueryBuilderImpl configuration. It is working fine, until the description has less than 150 characters. If it is more than 150 characters, then the excerpt property returns only part of the description, but the issue is it breaks and returns the ending part of the description, not the staring part. For example, if my jcr:description is as belowThis is a sample text to show how the excerpt property behaves when the description has more than 150 characters, so i have added 158 characters in this text.The excerpt property returns,characters, so i have added 158 characters in this text.Is there any configuration, where we can change the character length for the excerpt property? Hello all,We are trying to utilize editable templates for a website implementation in AEM 6.3. I have a question regarding flushing of the dispatcher agent when a change to the template is made.For example :1. I have a template with header and footer which has been authored and the template is published. All the pages created from that template now have the authored header and footer showing up on author, publish and on publisher's dispatcher.2. Now, I make a change to the header or footer at the template level; say I modify a name of one of the navigation item in the header. I then re-activate the template. Now all the pages on my publish instance show the updated content in the header. However, the dispatcher is not flushed for those pages.Is this supposed to be automatic or is it expected to have some sort of a custom process to make sure all the pages cached on the dispatcher that have the header are updated accordingly?Thank you.Sincerely,Sagar Sane

Hi, Since the recent update to line visualisations in Adobe workspace, these no longer appear to be working. This through any method of generating (dragging in from components, right click> generate line & using insert >line. When this is done, an empty visualisation appears as below, showing the correct headers, without generating the actual visualisation;This is on every metric, segmented & unsegmented, and we could do with this issue resolving asap.Thanks, Chris

I have a datawarehouse report with ~150 columns, and need to use it for other report suites (10). I can duplicate the request, but as soon as I change the report suite within the tool, it resets the report to have no fields. Is there a way that I can duplicate the report and use if for different report suites?

I understand that marketing channels are assigned at the hit level and you can therefore have multiple channels assigned to a single visit. My questions is, is there a way around that? All I want is the marketing channel that originated the the visit to be assigned to the visit and not be overwritten. Basically, every visit should have one marketing channel even if it is 'undefined'.Is this possible? Will changing the selection to  "Override Last-Touch Channel" have any impact (already de-selected for direct and internal)?Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Guys,As you can see the screenshot regarding "Blueprint Control Center", I can see there has many status about pages live copy, but I cannot find the relationship in /crx/de path, I know somewhere saving the relationship and maintenance.I mean why Blueprint knows there has two site ca/en, us/en reference by language-masters/en? Difficult question to ask, but can the firing of s.t()tracking links increase the count of visits, without the increase of page views?  Is that even possible when the tracking links are on a page.

When I choose the bounce rate metrics, a blank line always shows in the report and out of the selected time range. How can I fix this in the report?
