I created a project in workspace and I export as PDF file. When I tried to print it out, all the reports shinked in the middle. Is there a way to print it out normally.Thanks.

Can anybody share your thoughts around how to load Adobe Target async while the launch is loaded synchronously?We had this option in DTM by using a checkbox.

When I login through a AEM user in AEM author - aem/start.html page. I don't see the "Personalization" component on home page. But if I clear browser cache and reload the page then we see the component. Can someone help with why is this happening? I have given read permissions to all nodes in useradmin. I don't see any errors in console.

Hello All,     Our project is being run on AEM 6.1 with SP1 service pack.     Content authors are uploading the assets in bulk and after asset upload, they open each image and set few custom metadata(ex: asset expiration date).     We have created a custom workflow for setting these custom metadatas.     We have  configured workflow launcher to trigger this custom workflow (both on node:created and node:modified events)     The issue we are facing here is : When user updates some metadata on image, dam-xmp-writeback workflow will be triggered (as it is configured in workflow launcher for node:modified event), at the same time our custom workflow is also triggered.     Hence, for few assets, we are getting this exception javax.jcr.version.VersionException: Cannot set property. Node is checked in. since both the workflows will be trying to act upon the same payload  (/content/dam/*/assetname/jcr:content/metadata), and one of them will lock it and another won't get the resource at the sam

If I remove the 'Taken into account if' field value, it shows correct value2. If I add the 'Taken into account if' field value, result is incorrect.Want to know when to use and how to use this. Hi all, I have an instance of a person who was imported as a lead, their Unsub status went through System Flow Action, resetLeadEmailStatus, which changed them immediately to Unsub=True. Fair enough. 10 days later in their activity logged they are recorded as System Flow Action, updatePersonEmailStatus, Unsub changed to False. No other actions, no open email, no click on link, no change of list membership.. Can anyone explain why this would happen? I've spent a week learning everythign there is to know about Durable Unsubs, but this renders everything I thought I'd learnt invalid. Thanks gurus!

How can I preserve or persist the evar1 value till next occurrence( not current) of custom event ? To iterate in example Event 1 – Page view ( custom event 1)Event 2 – click 1  (custom event 2)Event 3 – click 2   (custom event 2)Event 4 – Page view ( custom event 1)I need to preserve page attributes(optional value) say evar1 for click action. Setting Hit scope would expire after event 1 , Visit scope will preserve value until reset or till end of session .What the best practice to persists the evar1 which is set at event 1 till start of event 4 ?

As per the adobe article the order of precedence of run modes is jar file > sling properties file > system properties. In a different article the order of resolution is stated as sling properties > -r option > system properties > jar file (Reference: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-3/sites/deploying/using/configure-runmodes.html ).There are two types of run modes, standard and custom. The standard run mode is used at installation time and then fixed for the entire lifetime of the instance, they cannot be changed. The installation can be done by two means either by double clicking the jar or via command line. If I have two active revenue cycle models, can the same person be in both of them? I ask this because we are revamping our RCM and the campaigns that run people through it, but at some point, I will have to have people on both models when I activate the new one and then take some time to deactivate the old one. Hello,I am trying to find the correct way to obtain minute-level data extracts for session/visit starts. It seems as though this is not a standard option within either Report Builder or Data Warehouse where an hourly breakdown is the most granular level available.I have been able to achieve this granularity in Workspace but that is not a viable option for regular use over large date ranges. In addition to this, I have also noticed that the sum of the minute-level line items exceeds the hourly totals (and, in turn, the sum of the hour-level line items exceeds the daily totals). Please could someone explain this to me? I can understand such a discrepancy when it comes to individual product totals vs. total complete orders but I can't see how this works in the context of user visits.I have seen some minute-level data from Data Warehouse where the field 'Time stamp - start of session (eVar67) (evar67)' is included but this data includes quite a few rows where there is no entry for this fie

Hi All,I am using AEM 6.4 version and trying to upload a .mov file . I see that the thumbnail for the same is not getting generated . According to this Adobe link - Assets Supported Formats  , mov file format is supported with add-on features . I have followed the ACS - Adobe IO integration steps for Rest API calls , I created the public key using OpenSSL and generated a JWT token using API key. Now, when I try to make a POST request to ACS with profile insert, I am getting the response as below:{   "error_code": "403003",   "message": "Api Key is invalid"}I have used the same API key to generate the JWT token, but it still says Api key is invalid. Did anyone come across this issue before?

Hi, We are trying to create a Hit Level container to segment traffic based on Page URL. We had a question, as to whether creating a Hit Level segment with Page URL (captured in evar1) as a condition would work effectively when filtering an event where the Page URL is not captured in evar while firing event tracking server call. E.g. - Segment Condition : Page URL (evar1) contains 'xyz'Event: Form Submit on Page 'xyz' (Form Submit hit image request fired but Page URL not captured in evar1) Thanks in Advance

Hi All,I want to check how many time "My Paystub" section on the page have been launched.  I used Activity Map link report to check the same but i see that the page views is way to ;ess than the visits .  Ideally i understand that page views are higher than visits . Hi everyone,We have a web application that integrates with Google Analytics but not with Adobe Analytics.Actions taken within the application go into the events section of GA. There are 10 different event types.I was wondering if there was a way to use DTM to 'catch' these GA events and send them into Adobe Analytics as either an event or eVar.Any help would be greatly appreciated
