Hello Adobe Community,I have a diagram of an approval process that consists of multiple proofs being sent. I am also required to wait for a response after each one of them. It looks something like this:PROOF1 -> wait for response -> trigger PROOF 2 -> wait for response -> trigger  PROOF3 -> wait for response -> trigger  PROOF 4 FINAL -> wait for response -> trigger DELIVERY. Right now I have put a workflow Approval with yes/No branches that prompts me to trigger the next proof after one of them is received. Do you know if there is a better wa to do this without all of these configuration in Adobe Campaign?Appreciate your help!

I have a use case to send a number of data imported during the day from a particular table and send this report through email to a group of users, but as we can not attach a file in the email in acs I am not able to send the data.Please suggest how this can be achieved.

I tried to import a workflow from Stage to Prod environment. The workflow works fine in Stage environment and the export is also successful. When i tried to import the same workflow, i am getting this error "XTK-170017 The expression definition exceeds the number of authorized recursions". I am not sure why this problem occurred. Please share solution for this issue.

HiWe have a web app that allows users to update some of their details.  I have been trying to set up some reporting on usage set up.I have added a tracking tag to each of the pages in the app When I visit the app in a browser, I can see the tracking tag in the networks callsHowever when I look at the reports / Tracking Tag analysis I just get a message saying:"No tracking data has been saved for this objective over this period." What could be the cause of this ? Thanks Ian

In AEM Authoring environment, when I try to edit a page it takes a while and the request of the page is getting stalled. So the page doesn't show up. The same page is editable by admin user.There are no specific permission policies set to that page. Permissions for my ID is set to allow page create, modify and delete. From the error.log and browser console, the request for the page content seems to be redirecting multiple times without any response.One of the custom component used in that page has a reference to two products. Removing any one of the product from the component by an admin user makes it available for edit for me.Any idea on what else to check as I dont find anything suspicious from logs. Also, I am keen to know what is /content/regent.html (purpose of this request).

Hello,I created a segment with a VISIT top level container.Inside this segment, I have a container which is excluded.I don't have the same results if this container is a HIT container or a VISIT container, and I don't understand why.Could you explain me how the exclusion works with a HIT container in a VISIT Top level container ?Thank you

Hi,I have created a dataschema for item order details ie namespace is cus:itemorder. I need to link up  from cus:itemorder to nms:recipient table since I am creating the form landing page to add those item order details into this. Basically, the fields in LP are from nms recipeint table. So I need to have my item order details should be placed under nms recipient table. then only I can able to map those fields in form LP.Can you guys help me to provide the suggestion?Much appreciated.

The access token generated using JWT token expires in 15min. Is there a way to increase the expiry time? Also, the JWT token is generated using a private key, id there a way in ACS to trust the IP to prevent regenerating the JWT token?

How would you do that?

Will there be similar training tools/documentation as there is for Adobe Analytics? Recently, a book was published that would be extremely helpful if it were done for Experience Manager. I recently was introduced to AEM. Usually when I don't understand something, or am introduced to a new platform/system/product, I go to YouTube, LinkedIn Learning or something similar to learn as much as I can from video. I find that video is a very useful tool. If there were an all-out book on AEM that would get rid of my need for video learnings. Everything in AEM is quite hard to find documentation on,  and doesn't feel fluid.Adobe Analytics for Dummies is out and available for purchase. Others in my org have utilized it to learn more about the product. I think it would be awesome to have the same thing done for Experience Manager.Thanks!

We have access to the Activity Map, however, since we inserted the Adobe library (together with the ActivityMap module) through our tag manager (Ensighten), we do not see the ActivityMap information. Seeing how the configuration is loading we do not see a correct pageName  Will anyone have an idea for the solution of this?Any questions or information I can shareThank you for your support

I have Activity Map enabled for my report suite. When I am testing the link tracking. I can see activity map data of link clicked in the immediate pageload. Now in my analytics implementation I have written some click event DTM rules which trigger the image request just after click on some links.In IE (internet explorer) during my testing when I click on such link, activity map data is sent in the image request (s.tl request) and also this activity map data is sent during the immediate pageoad (happens after link click) image request. The issue is the link nane report shows double count for every such link when in case of IE but for Chrome it shows proper count, i.e. if the link is "abc" clicked 5 times the links name report shows 10 instances if done from IE and shows 5 instances if done from Chrome (which is correct).Please let me know why it is happening and what is the solution to fix the problem for IE.

Hello, I have a segment with a profile merge rule (PMR) No Authentication and Current Device with a current total segment population of 15.7 M. This segment is currently mapped to the AppNexus (APN) Destination through real time, batch, android and iOS. I've been testing PMR's and i duplicate the segment about using the PMR No Authentication and Adobe Co-op and the total segment population jumps to 57.3 M. Clearly I should switch these two segments to take advantage of the larger population correct? My next question is can I just map the new segment to the same destination ID's for each of the APN destination IDs and unmap the first segment?I don't want the agency to have to generate new IDs and ad groups just to swap out segments. Does this make sense? Glenn

Hi ThereIs it possible to share a existing SFTP root directory with another user and he should have only access to the new folder created for his own purpose but not the other existing folders. Also, i need unique SSH key for new user to access the same new folder, should not use existing SSH key.Can anyone help me to clarify this and please let me know for more details.ThanksNandhakumar.P

Hi guys,I was reading that ACC understands REGEX using LIKE operator. So I used @email LIKE '^[A-Za-z]+[A-Za-z0-9\._-]+@[A-Za-z0-9\.-]+\.[A-Za-z]{2,5}[\.]*$'to filter all emails that matches the REGEX expression, however it its returning 0 results.Is this the correct way to use it or am I missing something?Thank you!- Raúl

Hi Team,I am firing mbox profile parameters on page A through a monitoring campaign such that if a user meets the condition then mbox profile param sets to true.I am using this true value as a qualifying criteria for an experience audience (let's say expA) in an  AB activity defined on page B (page B comes after page A in the journey). This is running good so far.However if I close the session and comes back to website , this time I qualify for another experience audience (let's sat expB ) of the same AB activity. But this time I again get the experience of expA. This is due to in same session the mbox profile parameter is set as true so everytime it is evaluating expA.How can I prevent this ?
