The access token generated using JWT token expires in 15min. Is there a way to increase the expiry time? Also, the JWT token is generated using a private key, id there a way in ACS to trust the IP to prevent regenerating the JWT token?

Hi all, I'm trying to complete the exercise "Creating an Activity: Targeting Return Customers".It says to create this audience without using analytics."The VP of your department, internet sales, would like to offer a 10% discount to any customer who returns to the site without having made a purchase their previous visits."I can't find a way to target the people who didn't make any purchase. How would you do that?

Will there be similar training tools/documentation as there is for Adobe Analytics? Recently, a book was published that would be extremely helpful if it were done for Experience Manager. I recently was introduced to AEM. Usually when I don't understand something, or am introduced to a new platform/system/product, I go to YouTube, LinkedIn Learning or something similar to learn as much as I can from video. I find that video is a very useful tool. If there were an all-out book on AEM that would get rid of my need for video learnings. Everything in AEM is quite hard to find documentation on,  and doesn't feel fluid.Adobe Analytics for Dummies is out and available for purchase. Others in my org have utilized it to learn more about the product. I think it would be awesome to have the same thing done for Experience Manager.Thanks!

We have access to the Activity Map, however, since we inserted the Adobe library (together with the ActivityMap module) through our tag manager (Ensighten), we do not see the ActivityMap information. Seeing how the configuration is loading we do not see a correct pageName  Will anyone have an idea for the solution of this?Any questions or information I can shareThank you for your support

I have Activity Map enabled for my report suite. When I am testing the link tracking. I can see activity map data of link clicked in the immediate pageload. Now in my analytics implementation I have written some click event DTM rules which trigger the image request just after click on some links.In IE (internet explorer) during my testing when I click on such link, activity map data is sent in the image request (s.tl request) and also this activity map data is sent during the immediate pageoad (happens after link click) image request. The issue is the link nane report shows double count for every such link when in case of IE but for Chrome it shows proper count, i.e. if the link is "abc" clicked 5 times the links name report shows 10 instances if done from IE and shows 5 instances if done from Chrome (which is correct).Please let me know why it is happening and what is the solution to fix the problem for IE.

Hello, I have a segment with a profile merge rule (PMR) No Authentication and Current Device with a current total segment population of 15.7 M. This segment is currently mapped to the AppNexus (APN) Destination through real time, batch, android and iOS. I've been testing PMR's and i duplicate the segment about using the PMR No Authentication and Adobe Co-op and the total segment population jumps to 57.3 M. Clearly I should switch these two segments to take advantage of the larger population correct? My next question is can I just map the new segment to the same destination ID's for each of the APN destination IDs and unmap the first segment?I don't want the agency to have to generate new IDs and ad groups just to swap out segments. Does this make sense? Glenn

Hi ThereIs it possible to share a existing SFTP root directory with another user and he should have only access to the new folder created for his own purpose but not the other existing folders. Hi guys,I was reading that ACC understands REGEX using LIKE operator. So I used @email LIKE '^[A-Za-z]+[A-Za-z0-9\._-]+@[A-Za-z0-9\.-]+\.[A-Za-z]{2,5}[\.]*$'to filter all emails that matches the REGEX expression, however it its returning 0 results.Is this the correct way to use it or am I missing something?Thank you!- Raúl

Hi Team,I am firing mbox profile parameters on page A through a monitoring campaign such that if a user meets the condition then mbox profile param sets to true.I am using this true value as a qualifying criteria for an experience audience (let's say expA) in an  AB activity defined on page B (page B comes after page A in the journey). This is running good so far.However if I close the session and comes back to website , this time I qualify for another experience audience (let's sat expB ) of the same AB activity. But this time I again get the experience of expA. This is due to in same session the mbox profile parameter is set as true so everytime it is evaluating expA.How can I prevent this ?

Hello, I have a report that I need to pull data into and I wanted to lay everything out in the Workspace with Freeform tables. It is for specific webpages so I wanted to have one Freeform table around looking at visits and referrals and then another table with page views/unique visits/bounce/time spent and then another table with more granular referrals. I need to filter by Page (it is a specific group of 3-10 pages, depending) - do I have to do this manually for every individual freeform table? Is there a way to do this once (select specific pages) and it apply to all of the tables? Thanks

Hello All,II have been looking into the social communities comments component that is available OOTB and learning its behavior as I comment as different users. When I comment as user1 (with no moderation or admin rights) and then login as user2 (with no moderation or admin rights), user2 seems to have ability to Edit, Delete the user1's comment.I tried making few more comments and it is consistent. I just want to check if someone can tell if this is intended behavior? (i.e any user with minimum priviliges being able to edit or delete any ones comment)If not - Is there any hotfix package I might be missing? IIOn sides I have been trying to use extended comments component as well. Another thing I noticed is, if I drag and drop the communities comment component the 'comments' node in the jcr will have the default properties available. But if I include the same in my page template JSP, the properties are not shown unless I go to the author instance open the component dialog and click 'Ok'.

Hello,We're interested in building a proximity marketing use case using Adobe Mobile Services.We understood how to manage Places within Adobe Mobile Services, however we have a couple of questions:When building a Push Message, what should we select to target someone who "enters" a Place?Are the Mobile Services Places available across the Experience Cloud (i.e. if/how can I use them in Analytics, Target, Audience Manager)?Is there any API available to use with geofencing? I need to create segments that correspond to a certain choice of the customer upon registration to the app. To give an analogy, let's say they can choose the role of their character in a game (e.g. marksman, wizard, or warrior). It's a one-time thing that you do at the very start and it cannot be changed afterwards. Creating this segment is pretty straightforward and easy to do.The problem occurs when doing analysis using time filters on the segment. As you can see above, when I apply the Yesterday time range to the Oct 31, 2019 row, the data doesn't match when it should be equal because it was Oct 31 yesterday. What I think is happening here is the Yesterday filter is being applied on top of the Warriors segment filter. To be more explicit, the Yesterday row is showing "how many unique visitors picked 'Warriors' yesterday?" -- which is 588. What I want it to show is "how many unique visitors yesterday picked 'Warriors'?" -- which is 10571. I confirmed this when I checked the First Lau

Hi,I am trying to insert data into an attribute that's under a sub element.Here is the part of the script where I define what to insert:  var event =     <exampleEvent      xtkschema = "exp:exampleEvent"      _operation = "insert"      deliveryTitle = {deliveryTitle}    />Here is an example of my data schema:  <element name="exampleEvent">    <element name="subExamples">      <attribute label="Delivery Title" name="deliveryTitle" type="string"/>    </element>  </element>If I were to take the 'deliveryTitle' attribute out of the subelement 'subExamples', then I am able to see data populate in the 'deliveryTitle' column. However, once I place the 'deliveryTitle' attribute into the sub element, data no longer populates.Please advise.Thanks,Michelle
