Hi all,I'm having a use case where we have a custom xtype widget developed using ext.js for classic ui , which basically create a  dropdown and using listeners on selection of different options different data is populated in other fields from json data files stored on aem, now we want to migrate all component to touch ui , which doesn't support ext.js, hence is there any coral or granite api like ext.js to crete custom resourcetype like foundation coral  component which basically use init.jsp and render.jsp  or am i need to write all logic in different jsp  ? any leads will help

Hi,I m getting result if I am upload a .txt file in dam manually. below is the querySELECT * FROM [dam:Asset] AS s WHERE CONTAINS(s.*, '" + mykeyword+ "') AND [jcr:path] like '/content/dam/myprojectfolder%'but in second case if I created .txt file in dam using stream(which i am getting from some external system) then above query is not returning any result.anyone share why i am not getting result in second case.Thanks

Hi there,I've been informed of the option of using Adobe Audience trackers in Campaign emails for additional tracking possibilities. I don't have access to Campaign, but I imagine this tool must have its own tracking systems and putting AAM inside mails sent from Campaign would be simply redundant? Or maybe the idea is to remove the lag between the tools? Please help me understand whats the merit of using AAM trackers in Campaign, if there's any.Cheers,

We are in process of migrating from AEM 6.2 to AEM 6.5. Upon migrating, I purposefully left out the tags package from our 6.2 environment, as I have read about the tag location being moved from etc/tags to content/cq:tags, and decided to rebuild the tags manually under content/cq:tags.After our content import, I manually built the tags and noticed that our list components using advanced search / Querybuilder predicate notation, were not populating the page lists. This lead me to investigate further by running a querybuilder search using localhost:4502/bin/querybuilder.json. In doing so, I found that our production (6.2) environment displayed the appropriate results, while our dev (6.5) environment showed no results.I then added a tag that I manually created, to a random page in the 6.5. The page populated in my search results, leading me to another path. I then checked crxde and noticed that none of our pages that were tagged in the 6.2 environment have tags in them that are plainly vi

Hi everyone,I'm building our connection to the API as we're just rolling out Marketo. I had a question about how to handle the token validation. Is the best practice to:- hit the identity endpoint and check for a valid token each time?- hit the identity endpoint, save when I hit it into a variable, and check if it's been an hour before every call?- just look for a 601/602 error and if one gets returned, get a new token and try again?Also, is the validity of the token only checked when my request comes in? As in, if I send a request with 1 second left and it takes 2 seconds, will my request complete successfully? Thanks!

I am trying to run a report to see many times someone has clicked on the buttons on my sharepoint home screen. The purpose is to figure out which item is the most popular and which is the least popular so I can update the content to be more relevant. I obviously don't want to remove a button which people are clicking on.Anyone know how to do this in Adobe Analytics?ThanksKrystal

Hello All,I am facing a weird issue for a simple scenario. I am trying to add a new component I created (component1) under "/apps/settings/wcm/designs/myproject/jcr:content/mytemplate/contentArea" On the 'contentArea' node I have added a property "components" and value to be the path of the component. Another property is "sling:resourceType" and value "foundation/components/parsys".Regardless of this, when I create a page and try to check the parsys, I am unable to see the component available. What can i be missing?When I try to add the component via design mode. Good day everyone,Could you, please, help me to sort out the situation. We have a few websites (one - for the company in general, others - one for each product). It's important to track the websites of the products separately (as they differ in audience, structure, cost of the contract, etc - so we should see the data for analytics separately). Is it possible to do this without workspaces and partitions? As this module is not included in our contract. If yes, what should I do with munchkin code for it to track this info and divide it for the reports&analytics?Thanks in advance

Hello, AEM CommunityI have the issue of cutting off ".json" extension of JSON-files after copy and paste in CRXDE Lite. Scenario to reproduce:  1) Open CRXDE, create file in any folder - "any.json". Click save all.  2) Copy and paste this file in any folder.   3) Refresh the page.Pasted file was before refreshing page:Pasted file after refreshing page:  There are the same properties of jcr:content-node under file ("app/json"-mimeType both). With other extensions it works fine. We use AEM 6.3. Is it a bug?I've talked with my colleagues - they have the same issue. It it the problem in Sling Post Servlet?Although AEM 6.4 works fine.Thanks.

Hello Everyone,We are upgrading to 6.5 and I had some questions with respect to repository restructuring. /etc/clientlibs/core -> We have some custom clientlibs inside this location. What would be the new location?/etc/map -> Where do the sling mappings exist in AEM 6.5? /etc/blueprints and /etc/msm/rolloutconfigs? ->  These go under /apps/msm? if so what would be the exact structure for blueprints and rollout configs?

Upon requesting non-existent pages, both aem author and publish instances return blank page with 200 status code. The default 404 error page is not showing.

Hi,I restarted the server by stopping it, checked if any process is running and then started it again. It showed that it is started but the server is not up. I checked the logs and it shows the following error:GET / HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingHttpContext handleSecurity: AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request. org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingHttpContext handleSecurity: Possible reason is missing Repository service. Check AuthenticationSupport dependencies.I checked the memory usage and it is fine(47% used)Does anybody have an idea why this error is coming and why the server is not up?

I want to know why so much difference? Why Unspecified visits is not considered in the Total visits? Please share link where I can know more about this.

I need to create a scheduler for multiple sites, so thought to use Config Factory so I can add a scheduler instance for each site. Do we have a helpx article to create a scheduler with Config Factory using OSGI R6 Annotations.

As per requirement, have to store around 500 articles (title and description) per category from Salesforce REST response into AEM periodically.The Content Author can search/choose 20 articles among them. Those articles will be seen by end user.Have some ideas but checking What will be the best way of doing this and considering good authoring experience.
