In Marketo Sales Insight in Salesforce there are 4 tabs: Interesting Moments, Web Activity, Score, and Email.In the Email tab there is a simple spread sheet with the following headers: name, subject, date, opened, and clickedUnder the subject heading I see the my.token I used in the subject of the event.Is there a way to change that token in the future so that it reads the title of the event without messing with the email template I am using? (I would be happy to use the program name instead if I knew where to change this information)

Hi community!  Is it true that I cannot pull any type of access report from Adobe Analytics that would help me show that our 'users' are visiting projects that we created for them?ASK - prove, numerically, that the "Dashboards" (AKA workspace projects) that we created for our marketers are in fact being used. No asking of the marketers, management wants numbers ~ proof is in the numbers.In the legacy admin console we could see when someone last accessed analytics, but I don't believe that is now available in the Expr. I'm doing some Adobe training to get better acquainted with Launch and have come across an issue which I was hoping someone here could help me with.As part of the training, Adobe provides web files for a basic eCommerce site, which you need to host. This is where you are meant to implement Launch as part of the training. I have done that and you can see the website here, http://geometrixxfd.byethost33.com/ . As you can see in the page source, the Launch code is there, however, when I use the Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger, it says Launch is not present on the page. I got the Launch code snippet from the Production environment section in Launch.Have I implemented it incorrectly or is there something I am missing?Thanks for any help.

Currently, we have some ad hoc things set up for MQL tracking and reporting, that all currently lives in salesforce and some manual spreadsheets. I was hoping how other companies track MQL’s in marketo or if that should be in salesforce. Open to some ideas around options. The goal is to automate as much as possible and get away from manual mql tracking. Thanks in advance.

Per Lucene documentation, the following is definition of Indexing Rules on oak indexes inside AEM:Indexing rules defines which types of node and properties are indexed. An index configuration can define one or more indexingRules for different nodeTypes.However, when I check on indexes created in We Retail project, I can see that there are nodes like this:/oak:index/lucene/indexRules/nt:base/properties/childrenOrderThere is lucene index with many properties inside indexRules node. Every property has attribute index (Boolean) = false. Per Lucene documentation, this means that this property (in this practuculat case childrenOrder) is not indexed.What is the reason behind this? When we don't want these properties to be indexed, why are they inside the index? If I got this right, there is no sense to put property inside indexRules (to be indexed?), and than put its index value to false (to exclude it from indexing)?

Hi Adobe Team,In Device Report of mobile section in Adobe Analytics, the data for Apple Iphone and Ipad is not available as a split of Iphone versions whereas for other devices we have the split. Please find the screenshot below for reference. The data for Apple Iphone/Apple Ipad is shown in one line item whereas for Samsung we can see the split of data by their version(eg:Samsung Galaxy s8, Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus etc.) . Can the data base which is used to populated this report be updated in such a way that it shows the split for Iphone as well wether the users have used Iphone X, Iphone 7 etc..Thank You!!

Hello, I have an internal email campaign that sends out to our salespeople every day with an email they need to forward along to their clients. Ideally, they should receive one email per client that meets the criteria for that days send (some days they could have more than 1 that meets the requirements). We do not have any deduplication suppressions in the workflow and I've unchecked "exclude duplicate addresses during delivery" but we're still seeing people being excluded for the reason "double" and the text "recipient already targeted". Is there anything else we should be doing to ensure these salespeople receive a unique email for each client?Thanks!Hillary

Hi, I need urgent help.I am importing a list which we do every month and the suburb is always captured as "Inferred city" but this time I am getting below error: [Moderation note: removed image containing personal information]Also tried to see if there is anything in field management which is blocking , but there is nothing.Once I complete the import with above settings, The suburb "BATLOW" is coming as "city" but I want it to be "Inferred city" same as the other records .Please guide me the right way asap, this is pretty urgent. Hi,We have some doubts regarding send audiences to advertising or personalization destination.We want to create a trait of user didn’t give consent for those personalization destination (Target) or advertising destination (Adwords,Facebook...) and exclude them all the time in the segment creation but it implies a lot of effort on business side and its a heavy manually processWhat is the best way If they don’t want to be targeted (advertising or personalization)? Is not to send the data  in AAM unless they accepted all consents ( personalization, advertising, analytics...) or there is another way to exclude them taking in account consents a user accepted?Thank you all!

If a file has not been received for two days, the alert notification should send to the workflow supervisors.  Based on what condition I should check above mentioned requirement. Hi,I'm pulling data from 1.4 API for a month's data based on day granularity. The response has multiple pages of data, however certain single page has data for multiple dates. How can I get the response ensuring no overlap of dates happen in a single page? Is there a request parameter or anything else? Any quick pointers is greatly appreciated, a high stake deployment is dependent on this. Thank you in advance.
