Hi everyone,I want to button-up our program tags as we continue to build out our Marketo instance.  Was wondering if it's possible to select multiple options from same tag type?  I looked on following Product Docs: Managing Tag Values - Marketo Docs - Product Docs  and Understanding Tags - Marketo Docs - Product Docs  and both point out that tags can have more than one value, but can multiple tag values be selected at the same time per tag in the program? Is there a best practice when it comes to assigning programs their tags?  How many tags should be assigned per program?  Thanks for your help, Tom

I have linked an external file from which to launch an email campaign to the recipient table via primary key and created a list from it. However, I need to use the file's email column and not the emails from the recipient table. How/where can I define this (launch from file in email delivery doesn't let me specify the email column).

Hi, We had a scenario where the same delivery to be sent for continuous 5 days in 20% split for each day. So i used the option "Send using multiple waves" in the delivery tab of the properties option. When we checked on the delivery we were able to see the delivery happened only for 1st day, 2nd day and 4th day but the rest two days we got the very low counts which is not enough close to 20% and we have the assumption that on 3rd day and 5th day it was just the retries emails were sent across.So we want to know why the delivery was not through on those two days (3rd and 5th day) of the delivery. Is there any way i can get the logs of the delivery sent through waves  because even in the audit tab of the delivery we only get the campaign launched and the first delivery sent. Our team placed a few tokens in the email script token ({my.SDRSignature:default=edit me}}) on a program. Unfortunately, when we tested the email, it appeared to register the information we wanted it to (Sales owner first name, last name, email, phone number, and title). Unfortunately, when we sent an email out, it appears as if all the tokens we had placed (see below) in the email script localized token came through as the text version of themselves rather than as the values we had hoped they'd represent. Hi Guys,I am in process of defining allocation and participation for a new report suite and i have not used attribution model in calculated segments so far. What i am trying to understand is that, if my eVar allocation is configured to last (most recent value) and if i make a calculated metric of a success event and select linear option from the attribution model.1. If i see this eVar against my calculated success event metric in workspace, how will eVar values finally get allocated?2. Will the calculated metric override the back end configuration3. I was going through Data Sources option in AA > Admin settings and from what it looks, it appears to import a file into AA containing the tracking code, cost, impressions, clicks. The key would be the tracking code. If I didn't want to go through the process of manually uploading cost data from three ad sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads and a Display netowork), what are my options to have this data automatically in AA?Thanks!

Hi All,I have integrated AEM and Dynamics 365 following the helpx document. I have created the form model and created a new form using the form model as well. I have configured the submit action to "Sumit to form data model". Now when i am trying to submit the form am getting the below error in the logs. Also in the form data model when i test the service it is working fine and posting the data to dynamics. Hi ,We are facing an issue with an error in Delivery The delivery cannot be started because the resources are not available. Please restart the analysis process.What we are doing is 1. Executing the campaign 2. Marked the delivery for confirming  before sending 3. Next day morning checking the delivery and we see "The delivery cannot be started because the resources are not available. Hi everyone! We are working on building our first Engagement Program, and we want to test the subject lines on the emails. I've seen conflicting info about champion/challenger and a/b and whether you can do them with batch campaigns or only triggers.Our ideal scenario: create a stream with 5 emails in it, test subject lines within the engagement program (so send out subject A to half, send subject B to half, all still within the engagement program, and see which does better). We don't want the "winner" to be sent to the people who received the non-winner because they already received the email in the stream. Half would get email 1A, half would get email 1B, and then they would just continue in the stream. Then upon next cast, half would get email 2A and half would get 2B, all the way through the 5 emails.Once we get a decent amount of people through the stream, we would then stop the testing and just use the winner for each email in the engagement program moving forward.Any i
