Hello. I have a trouble with bounce rate counting. I use following formula: single page visits / entries. But when I'd built report with splitting on tracking code I see such picture:You can see that BR (bounce rate) is more than 100%. Single Page Visits is more than entries. Could you help me with this problem:1) Why bounce rate is so strange? Maybe problem is in formula.2) Why single page visits is more than entries? Is problem in splitting or in something else?Thanks

Hi,We have 2 hosts (xyz and abc) and both share the same content. However, we need to show personalised content to users  on home page based on hostname.Ex: If the user visits xyz's home page then show different content and if user visits abc's home page then show different content.We can use different pages for this. But in future we want to extend this functionality to a number of pages. I am new to personalisation in AEM. Is it possible to achieve this using Adobe Target and personalisation. If yes, then could you please provide some steps or links to the documentation?If not, which approach is the best.Appreciate your help in advance.Thanks!

Hello Everyone , I prepared 3 different scheduled project to be sent every Monday to 20/25 members or non members (via Email) of AA.> Only 1 of the 3 reports has been sent> Not every recipients have received it.There were also some problem with a fallout that were working perfectly under the 'VISIT' scope and sunday night it was not working anymore without any new changes. I will only work now under the 'VISITOR' scope. Many thanks for your help

Dear Experts,When a bunch of images are uploaded to AEM instance with 6.3.3 version having separated datastore, all images are uploaded successfully and proper jcr content fields are allocated. But, when I tried to locate the image(file) specified in dam:sha1 field in filedatastore, I neither found the image nor folder taxonomy.Could you please point me in the right direction?Kind regardsSid

I want to set up and study the reference sites for AEM forms 6.5 in my local AEM quickstarts. I'm slowly working my way through the instructions found here and I've come to a step labelled "Override default XSS configuration." This directs me to replace an almost 4 kilobyte, painfully complex regular expression with one that's vastly shorter. Is this actually correct, or is this step left over from a previous version? Hello,I am trying to split an Address into - Street1, Street2, City, State, ZIP, Country - from a field "L3MG Original Address" which is part of a feed into Adobe, and therefore part of a Classification table with key "Listing ID".I created a Subclassification on "Address" for the six items -  Street1, Street2, City, State, ZIP, Country -.Then in Rule Builder, used regex  ^(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)$  to split the address as shown below.Individually, each expression is matching as shown below:But on "Test Rule Set"  it throws the error -Can someone help solve this? Is it because rule builder won't work on a Sub Classification key?Thanks,

Hi Guys,My client wants to migrate from DTM to Launch but they want to use the same DTM prod embed code in launch by creating production environment in Launch.I have already created new production environment in launch using DTM embed code but while publishing it I am creating New Library using prod environment(which i have created using DTM prod embed code) I am getting this environment as inactive in new library dropdown list.Prod Environment using DTM prod Embed code.Getting Prod Environment(Embed code copied from DTM prod Embed code) Inactive while creating New Library.Please suggest to do the needful.

Hi,      When we include any component in another component using below cq include, and when this component is used in a page. <cq:include path="abc" resourceType="/xyz/components/content/pqr"/>The above will add a wrapping div to generated HTML(DOM) like this<div class="abc pqr">But some configuration is not allowing in one of our environment in generating above wrapping div.Could you please let us know the configuration that allows the creation of above wrapping div always.Thanks in advance!

As per recent change for security/privacy reasons, form fields would pre-fill lead data only if the token mkt_tok is appended as LP's URL query parameter. Below are the questions - 1. How does the association of lead/person happens with mkt_tok? is this via the AssociateLead JS API?2. Where is this mkt_tok stored in the Marketo DB against a lead record? I assume its a hashed key and a hidden field in DB for every lead/person (not supposed to be visible for security reasons). Also, do we really care to know about it?3. Where does the mkt_tok query param get appended to LP URL?

The Adobe Visitor Id is not unique if its a combination of post_visid_high and post_visid_low then it should be unique. Can you give me an example explaining the generation of visitor id using combination of post_visid_high and post_visid_low, I see in the data the visitor id is alpha numeric ,Is there a conversion?Also , If a person gets assigned a Adobe Visitor Id  and comes back (after few days) to visit the same page/website will he/she be assigned the same Adobe visitor Id (assuming they didn't delete the cookies). I am having issues where we cannot identify customers ,because the post_evar value is not always captured in DatawareHouse. What could be the possible reason's for an post evar value to be not captured which makes the customer unidentifiable ?

Hi,I have a carousel that I'd like to track via the name of the carousel frame as an eVar and counters for number of clicks on them.The data elements are straight forward in reading from digitalData. In my rule, I have eVar19 set to capture the carousel name and event12 as the counter.If you see the below screenshot, you see event12 once for the first eVar "amazing deals" but when I click on the next carousel, event12 is shown twice? Any particular reason why event12 would fire twice on the second click.My data elements are NOT set to storage of pageview. These have no storage.Thanks.

We are using content fragments for few pages and now I have requirement to populate dropdown dynamically, would it be possible to write listeners in content fragments? . Not able to find docs, any pointers would be helpful

We have a data feed that includes the MOBILEDEVICE field however, when we extract the data to our S3 bucket it only contains NULLs.   We can see from the Workspace that we are getting data:But we do not see any data coming from the data feed.Any pointers on where this data sits in the data feed?Just found information in USER_AGENT field.   Next question is how do I attain the groupings above (Mobile Phone, Other, Tablet....)?

Hello! I tried to create new Integration with Analytic API via Adobe Console, but both integration type disabled. I can't find any mentions that Analytics API is paid feature. Can somebody clarify, what is required to get access to Abobe Analytics API? My company does not use any Adobe products, we are going to build up OAuth integration for our clients.    

Our website has two different internal searches: search type a and b. It gets differentiated by a prop called search type and also an evar with the same name.My goal is to get a dwh export on hourly basis for visits with only one search for searchtype a and vs. visits with searchtype a more than 1.I have tried using a sequence segment with a then condition plus including anjd excluding, but due to the sequence I am not able to use this for dwh export.I have also tried created a calculated metric but this is another restriction from the dwh.Does anyone know a better solution on this?I would need a segment which for examples says something like evavr search type instance equals or greater than 2 but both must also be search type a, because if I would use it like this it would also count for search type b.I hope someone knows a better solution and I dont get why there is such restriction on Adobes side for calculated metrics and sequence segments.

I have created some new metrics in Adobe Analytics to use in a report. I also need these metrics to be used inside Power BI. I am using the standard connector that comes with Power BI to connect to Adobe. However, although all other metrics do show up under the list of metrics to choose from in Power BI, the ones that I have recently created are not showing up. I tried waiting for a week but nothing happened.Does anything need to be done by the team that handles our Adobe instant administration for metrics and segments to show up in Power BI?Thank you,Rad
