I'm attempting to create a Redirector as per this documentation: Work with redirectors , upon following the instruction no Redirector mbox is being created in my Adobe Taget mbox list.My Redirector URL is as follows:https://optisightsps.tt.omtrdc.net/​m2/optisightsps/ubox/​page?mbox=redirectorlink_456&mboxDefault=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eyo…I'm 100% certain this is correct but when pasted into browser to verify it fails and no mbox is created, any ideas?ThanksDan

I know that a 6.4 upgrade involves restructuring things out of etc, but what I can't figure out from Adobe's repository restructuring documentation is if 6.5 introduces any additional restructuring changes to etc. The restructuring docs for 6.5 appear to have the same info as the 6.4 restructuring docs. So did all of the etc restructuring happen in 6.4? Are there 6.4 features that use etc that are no longer supported in 6.5? Any background on how aggressive Adobe is deprecating etc would be helpful.

Hi,In my current custom workflow referenced items are not getting published. I want to have a functionality similar to OOTB publish workflow where it gives a popup in publish wizard and asks if we want to activate referenced items as well. Can you please help me as to how can I implement the same behaviour for custom workflow?

I'm pretty new to Adobe Analytics but I do have some knowledge of setting up segments based on logic.I'm trying to create a segment based on users who had input certain criteria into my (v1) events AND it was the last thing they did before they left the site.To put it in context, we have a travel site and after a user inputs their destination of choice, we want to be able to target those users based on the LAST destination they viewed. Since its likely they have browsed around on the site looking at other locations, we want to make our segments very specific for what they last saw.I already have the segments created for those specific locations based on my (v1)'s, but I'm just having a hard time figuring out how to make the logic only show that this was the LAST destination they inputted before leaving the site. Hi everyone,Is it possible for workflow to write different channel value to BroadLog from chosen one?For example there is workflow with SMS delivery but we want to be written as Email in BroadLog (channel value). I assume that there is a way to do this with javascript node but I cannot find that variable/parameter.Update broadlog after workflow is finished is not an option, there is need to automatically write a specific channel instead of chosen one.Thanks

How does the A4T integration show in the clickstream?  Right now the clickstream documentation shows: tnt, tnt_action, tnt_post_visita, post_tnt & post_tnt_action (those are old fields from prior attempts at integrating the platforms).  If I start consuming them will it show the new test information?https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/clickstream/datafeeds_reference.html

Hello,We are using a custom JavaScript inside AEM DTM to track the timings of the page loads.The custom script uses the performance.timing objects and looks like this:return performance.timing.loadEventEnd - performance.timing.navigationStart; The value is stored in a evar and prop (we tried both).This works fine when we test it in the console (satellite debug enabled), but when we inspect the value delivered by the DTM custom script, we end up we a negative number, because the loadEventEnd is 0.We tried different approaches with onLoad, domReady, ... page rules, all with the same result.Any help is much appreciated!Thanks.

We would like to track the information of Adroid-app when they get turned off in the backgroudn through the operating system plus also the timing until the user gets back to the app after the turnoff.<=10s<=1m<=3m<=10m<=30m> 30mWhat would be your suggestion and how should we track this? Hi, I am using j_security_check to authenticate users which works fine. When the user is not logged in and tries to access a protected page they are redirected to the login page as expected. When the login suceedes the resource query string parameter is used to forward them to the original protected page. This works without issue on the publish instance. The problem I have is our dispatcher has several rewrites e.g for removing html extension and replacing with / These redirects (301s) are cached. Therefore if a user tries to a protected page say /protected/page1, they are taken to the login page, when they login successfully the cached 301 for the /protected/page1 is actually the login page. Has anyone else encountered this? Can I treat unauthenticated attempts to access pages differently to prevent this issue?Thanks, Jim

Hello! We have the following setup for a campaign.- User completes a form requesting a license- Admin checks if the user meets the requirements and then uses a form to approves/refuse the applicant. The admins have to enter the applicant's email address in the form and they have asked if there's a way to have the field pre-populated with the applicant's email. The forms are on two different landing pages. Is this possible using Marketo? I imagine there will be some coding involved...Any help will be appreciated. Best, Bogdan 

Hi,I have a problem with transactional message.We have set up a process with API and when we call the event to push the transactional message occurs this error:“RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR:  column r0.scuscity does not existLINE 1: ..., R0.iCusMonth, R0.iCusYear, R0.sCusCity...^HINT:  Perhaps you meant to reference the column "r0.scity".”We had set the same process in stage instance and all worked fine.The problem is that in prod instance we don't have the field cusCity in the profiles custom resource, in stage instance there is this field.I saw in the Event Metadata that there is cusCity but I don't have this field in Profile custom resource.Why there is this dissaligment? How can I solve the issue?ThanksE.

I've set up data elements, global variables and rules in Adobe Launch on a new site. I'm sending it to a test report suite to test tracking before we go live, but I can't get any of the data to go in. We are pulling in all of our data from the pathing/query string parameters in the page url because they didn't set up a data layer. The debugger is detecting Launch and pulling in Page Info, and I've set Adobe beacons on all my rules and published. What else do I need to do to get the data going into reports?

I'm trying to automate a few tests with AEM/Hobbes.JS and one of the tasks is to make sure that the color of the texts are correct. For this, I would have to check the value of the "Color" attribute of the CSS that's applied to the text. However, from what I've seen in the documentation, the css classes that Hobbes.js has only check if the DOM attribute has the desired CSS class, not if the values inside the CSS are correct. I've also tried to execute a custom function to reach the CSS through the execFct()  method, but the custom JS code didn't work on it (Even though the code was correct, and worked if I tested it on Chrome's console). Is there any way for Hobbes.js / AEM to check for values inside the page's CSS, or is that not supported?

Our marketing users are noticing that the email editor is a little bit slow in our instance. Namely, adding, deleting, and moving modules around can take 10 seconds or more. This is definitely cumbersome for larger emails. I was wondering if anyone else is facing a lag with the email editor?I will note that our instance is a little sluggish due to the number of trigger campaigns we have running at a time. We are currently working on optimizing that, changing trigger campaigns to bath campaigns where possible, however, since the Email Editor does not use/rely on database activity, I am not confident that optimizing our smart campaigns will speed up the email editor. Does anyone know if optimizing our smart campaigns to "speed up" our instance would "speed up" the Email Editor? 

Hi Community, I have a website that is fully e-commerce. Our users can purchase a monthly subscription online and or if there are technical issues that result in the user not being to complete their order, they are redirected to a lead form. My team is currently tracking these leads as purchases, which is polluting my order and revenue, average order value, etc.  I want to capture to capture the lead reference and be able to match the product the user was looking at when they were directed to a lead. I also want to tie the sale back to the lead reference and product once we have converted the lead to a sale offline. How can I approach this? I want to delete purchase event on leads, as my team is currently doing and only set a purchase event on successful purchases.

Created a content workflow model by referring default workflow model 'Request for activation' and its working fine when tested. But only issue i have observed is that publisher name is not gets reflecting in 'published' column of a page in siteadmin. Its showing publisher name as 'workflow-process-service' instead of actual user name(e.g. workflow-user-approver) who published the page through workflow.Refer the workflow model screen shot below.

How to generate and download a report of the asset tagged under a specif tag category?

Hi,I would like to know how to get a cross over report or traffic for the most important metrics like unique visitor, visits, etc. for a single user who visits two different domains(holds the same MID across both domains).For example, lets assumeA single company owns two sites A & B. There are web properties and visitor cloud id services already implemented for both the sites separately and analytics is tracked separately in individual report suites. Both the sites have mostly the same functionalities and user behaviors.I would like to see the traffic combined for both the sites for a single user. if a user visits siteA and then visits siteB, I would want to track the unique visitor count as 1 since it’s the same user across different domains/sites.I tried using a rollup report combining traffic from both the sites but it combines the unique visitor count for both the site as 2 (1UV+1UV) for a same user.If a single user visits SiteA and also SiteB, I would want to count it as 1 uni
