How to use  Adobe ID Sync Service? Available document is not enough to development it.MCID value varies per platform, and it is difficult to connect the same user across different platforms.To address the issue, i want to use highlander ID which has the same value across different platforms for the same user. I'm attempting to copy/replicate Lead and Contact data from Marketo to a MySQL Database via API. I'm able to to successfully retrieve the data using the Bulk Lead Extract API (http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/bulk-lead-extract/#filters) with the exception of when I retrieve the Salesforce record Id field (sfdcId) from the API the values that get returned are "null" despite the value existing in Marketo.Am I doing something wrong here or is the Marketo API limited in this regard?If this is a limitation in Marketo, isn't this a huge limitation? SFDC Id is the primary key for the authoritative source for Lead records and I'm unable to retrieve these values via API?Thanks,Ben Neal

I am using AEM 6.3, Touch UI. I wanted to expand the default text component from we-retail by adding the RTE table plugin into the rich text editor. So we have lots of PDF that has been uploaded to the DAM and they don't have a title in the PDF properties (open PDF file in Acrobat and then File=>Properties). In all cases, our authors have changed the DAM metadata and added a title and PDF title (see below for sample)And these are causing issues for us:1. When these PDFs are published and viewed inside a browser, the file name is the one showing in the tab.2. Search engines are displaying the file names in the results instead of a titleIs there a solution/workaround for this other than manually changing the PDF title in Acrobat and reuploading/republishing the PDF?Thanks

Hi,I have enabled response header caching in dispatcher. All the other headers which are cached seems to be working fine except 'Last-Modified'.What i found out was first the dispatcher adds headers, and afterwards the apache module takes effect and replaces 'Last-Modified' header with when the file was created/cached in dispatcher.Is there any other solution fix this?Thanks,Vinod

Hello,I was wondering if it is possible to create a segment from a list. Example, if I wanted to create a segment from the dimension "Products Owned" I would usually have to drag in that dimension several times, define as product equals "x", product equals "y", etc. This is fin if you are looking at 10 or 20 such rows.  It really becomes time consuming if you are in the hundreds.  Especially if there isn't an opportunity to use "contains", etc. The specific case that has made this more urgent is a request to create a segment from a list of ID numbers  see the example below:See here that if the list was only 5 line items or 10, this is not an issue to create.  However, this is a list of 250.  So it will be a long process to create. Is there not a way (as in Target) to use "contains" and separate by commas?  Example: SWID    Contains     SW123,SW1234,SW456, etc. When I try using contains, contains all of, etc, the data eith

Hi all,Has anyone tried or know of a way to get personalized hyper in a column (as in the URL should be personalized according to record of that row) of a custom created report in Adobe Campaign Classic. What I am doing is, passing a column that contains custom URLs that will be source of data for a column in report. When the report is displayed, I want those links to be clickable and open the link that is present in that cell itself.I tried this(highlighted in image) in the cell format of the cell. But that will be a static link. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, My objective for doing a GDPR deletion request is to remove all data specific to a MCID.I followed this documentation: Submit Access and Delete Requests I am stuck on this paragraph: "you can prefix each namespace with “qa-“ in your test report suites. When you submit GDPR requests with only namespaces with the qa prefix, these requests will only run against your test report suites."My question: how can I setup namespace only specific to a "Test Report Suite"? Any steps will be helpful.As per my understanding, we setup visitor namespace from Appmeasurement.js which have common namespace for all the report suites of an Organisation.Any trick to do this without making change in Appmeasurement.js as I need to go IT for this and it will cause a lot of delay.Thanks

SUMMARYWe have a custom landing page with a form (Client Survey). The form has 2 comment boxes that should have a taller height than standard fields. The Marketo form is set to show 5 lines, but we're just seeing one and a scroll bar. Which seems hard for users to deal with. Hello,I am attempting to have NVDA and JAWS read back the "Value" of a drop-down selection rather than the abbreviated "Text". Does there exist a solution to force reading of the "Value" as the field width is constrained and we are using abbreviated "Text" as options?

I created a component for placing advertisements that is being shared in several containers on different pages of my site. The component has a cq dialog for the author to choose an ad image and insert a link that the image will direct to when clicked. I am now tasked with creating a field in that component/dialog that assigns a unique tag to each ad according to the page the ad is on. I have tried using js to grab the last part of the current URL and have that value displayed, but am stuck. Can anyone give me a helping hand?

Hello,I am attempting to code a concatenation string with the rawValue result from a drop-down field and insert the string into the caption of another field. Is there a way to have the caption of a signature field populate dynamically based on the value from a drop-down list along with static text, so, a concatenated string which has static text, a dynamic piece pulled from a drop-down list, and, additional static text? Hello,With Campaign Classic we would like to send a special offer email to the customer who visits some products in the website. But we do not want to send the email every customer on every product, we will have a business logic like if the product's price is higher than $100 and user is a VIP user etc. As I see, transactional messaging does not allow to run business rules like above. Is this approach can be done with workflows? I can trigger the workflow via api when a customer visits the product's page and then some business logic happens, if user and product is eligible for special offer then email is sent. Is this approach is fine with performance aspect? Should my workflow run always in order to accept external signal?Thanks in advance.

I have an email that needs to be sent every month on the 7th and the 21st. I know that I can schedule the recurrence on a certain day of the month. I just don't know how I would handle sending it on two different days of the month. Could I handle this with wait steps?For example, schedule it to run on the 7th of every month and my flow steps would be:1 - Send Email2 - Wait 14 days3 - Send EmailWould that work?
