Hi ,Currently our system (adobe campaign classic v7) using push notification. we want to implement through message center too.I understand the step of replication of setting in run instance.  Since our instance is hosted one and we asked adobe support to do that.Is there any way to view or check if everything has been done.Somebody please guide , what steps need to be done from our as well as adobe technical support side to make sure its working.thanks,Kaushal

So I have spent hours looking around the forum to find an answer to this question. Just about all the answers I can find are all out dated and referring to mbox.js functions that no longer exist.All I am trying to do is create an audience if a cookie value is true. It seems by default Adobe Target is not able to do this, just for clarity is the only way to do this to pass parameters to at.js using DTM?If this is the case then how would I go about this when our implementation is not using DTM?If this can be achieved easier please let me know.ThanksDan

I wanted to expand the default text component from we-retail by adding the table functions in the rich text editor. I already had a "cq:editConfig" that put the table RTE plugin into the Edit dialog, but because I like the Configure popup interface better, I wanted to be able to do it from the Config icon as well. In looking at the report generated by "Breakdown fallout at this touchpoint," I noticed that the total number of pages seems to be de-duplicated.  When you add up all of the pages, the sum is much higher.Why is the total needing to be de-duplicated?  What's a scenario where that's would be necessary?

Hi all,LTWFTW here.I wanted to know if anyone had experience providing their Sales, Outbound, Sales Development, Customer Success, etc. teams with unique urls for contacts so that Marketo would be able to identify them when they arrive on the site.I'm currently having trouble with the Gmail Insights plugin for Chrome (getting the same message as Gmail Insights Plugin Install), but, even if we got this to work, we'd have scalability issues, as Email Add-In seats are limited.Anyone have experience with making this work?Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to create audience in target where I want to exclude Tablet/iPad devices from my test. I create the custom audience in target where in Rules I am selecting Mobile option and I am providing condition as "Is Tablet" and it's value is false. We're planning a direct mail campaign that links to a page on our web site (not a Marketo LP). From the Marketo Docs it looks like Marketo will only generate PURLs for Marketo Landing Pages. Am I overlooking something? If not, any recommendations on the best way to generate PURLs for direct mail? To be clear - we really just want to create set of vanity URL's for the direct mail piece along the lines of:https://www.oursite.com/page/FIRSTName-LASTNameWe're not planning to display the name on the page where they land.Also - we don't want the URL to be super long and hard to type. Any advice on link shorteners to use that are still trackable with utm parameters?Thank you!Denise

Hello all,We're noticing that when we add any hyperlinks to our email, the link preview we see when we hover over it is: http://go2.example.com (See below).We have two problems with this: a) when users click on this link, Chrome shows it as Not Secure (which is problematic since we are a cybersecurity company) and b) when you hover over the link, it looks like a scam.How can we remove that link preview so if people hover, they see the correct URL?Thank you

Hey everyone,We have a form for people to update their email preferences one but we realized that the Fields we chose initially are labeled wrong. Instead of the default 'Subscription - Educational' fields from Marketo, we are using custom ones we made for all other forms. However, we didn't update it for this particular form. When I went in to change the Fields, I noticed that the Value property was removed (see photos for what I mean). We want to add the 'Value' and 'Label to Right' property. How can we rectify this situation? Our forms are designed so that the Label property stays blank and the Value property shows the information since we use rich text.Thanks!

Hello!I am setting up a subscription management page and want leads to be able to see their current settings before opting to change them. If they haven't visited the page before, the form selections show up empty like in the screenshot below.My question is: is there some custom code that I can use to update the form with that lead's current field values once the email address field is filled-in? I'm working on a large website that I am certain gets more Visits than Entries. I am working off very simple segments that are just Page/Page Name = x. I don't understand why my Visits and Entries are coming out equal?

In the 6.5 release notes there is this item:Expose lists of Content Fragments via Content Services with the Content Fragment List Core Component.The link goes to the development branch of core components and not the master or current release (2.3.2). Is this an oversight in the 6.5 release notes that didn't get removed when this new component wasn't included in the March core component release or do the core components need to be updated on github to show this component is no longer in development?i have a client that could use this functionality but it doesn't appear its officially part of the current core component release and is not in the 6.5 GA release.

Hi,While our DB has many tables that are using their own custom sequence, xtknewid is still being used by a select few large tables. What I've found is that while there is a fair few new records inserted, it pales in comparison to the rate of which xtknewid is increasing (eg. if 2 million new records are inserted using xtknewid in total, the sequences still goes up by 20 million or so).This leaves the most likely conclusion that the cache value of xtknewid is contributing to this growth (it is currently set to 30) and decreasing it to a smaller number will solve this problem. What I want to find out is what is a session in the context of Postgres inside ACC? At the moment, the cache is set to create 30 new records inside the DB per session.

I downloaded and authenticated the new 3.0 Analytics health dashboard, and am super excited to use it, but does anyone know how to select a login company? My org has multiple login companies, and the dashboard seems to select one at random every time I authenticate, and I can't find a way to select one. Is this possible?

Can someone help me out? We have a general form for events, so when creating our registration campaign for each event, this is how I have set it up. I have played around with different scenarios with no luck. Seems redundant, however it seems to be a 50/50 shot as to whether people actually go through the flow steps. They become part of the program, however they never end up going through the flow steps. Support has said its a system timing issue which shouldn't happen often, however it is happening every time. I feel like I am always running back-fill campaigns! Do others experience this and if so, how do you solve this problem? I should also mention, we have a small database and not many trigger campaigns running. Thanks in advance!
