Hi guys,i were testing the flow visualization and have an important question:what does the number of path views generally mean? So for example i put the dimension page into the entry dropzone and get the number 5685 for path views and 1929 for the entry „Homepage“. Does it mean how many page views „homepage“ has generated or is it the number of visitors, whose entry page was „Homepage“?What i do not understand, is the fact, that one time the number indicates the number of page views and one time it indicates the number of entries (@Andrey Osadchku told me so ). When do i see the page views and when do i see the number of entries? And Can someone tell me this fact in Connection with the following screenshot?What i do not get, is what the 5685 pathiews is different from the number of "Homepage" 1929. if I understand you correctly the 5685 path views generate 1929 entrys for "Homepage"? I do not get the difference for this case, where i can see the page views and what the number of entry

Hi, I have identified a pageName and a page url that appear appended together ‘partner.cnn.com/mira-hong-konghttp://partner.cnn.com/mira-hong-kong'. Reviewing the console, it is capturing the pageName ‘partner.cnn.com/mira-hong-kong' and the URL separately. Both strings are being captured in Adobe for the same timeline. So, one is not historical to the other.How can I prevent the strings from appending? and causing a duplication. Results are double the volume of the correct url.Thanks

Hello Folks,I have a campaign workflow with an delivery in which content is coming from AEM with a placeholder <%= targetData.url %>. This will get value from the additional data that i have added in Query whenever workflow runs. But i have got the requirement to trigger the delivery directly from Delivery template instead of going with a workflow. When i am doing this, i am facing an error targetData not found, since there is no previous activity to get the data just like how it happens in case of workflow. Is there any way to replace such field with let's say i can directly fetch this field in template from the blip icon Recipients -> URL. After selecting this i am getting a personalized field <%= recipient.url %> courtesy due to target mapping. If so, How can i replace <%= targetData.url %> with <%= recipient.url %> during run-time, can i use a typology rule for it? Please provide pointers.PS: I understood that we can change the placeholder directly in AEM

Hello Everyone,Is it possible to extend or overlay the content fragment component in AEM 6.4, inside a custom project? I have tried both extending and overlaying the content fragment component from core but the dialogs in touch-ui do not seem to work.I noticed that the structure of the cq:dialog for the content fragment component in core is also a bit different too. There is granite:data node inside the structure which has the above properties. Hi All,I have created editable template in AEM6.4  , now whenever I am opening the template in structure mode , its keep expanding vertically.In preview mode its working fine and even page is also working fine only in structure mode its expanding.Please suggest.I have created empty-page template and on basis of this, I have created other templates.Please see the screen shot below:

I'm trying to prepare for the Business Practitioner exam but I'm having a hard time finding information on adobe's strategy from a theoretical standpoint. I get how to make reports, etc and there's a ton of documentation on how to do it. But for questions like, "what is adobe analytics methodology for visitors", I can't find any documentation on that kind of stuff. With Google Analytics, it's everywhere. If you want to learn GA, the theory is well documented. With Adobe, you have to buy into their semantics, which I'm more than willing to, but I need to be able learn it first. Does anyone know where I can find Adobe Analytics' methodology rather than the how to's?

Hi All - I'm not working in an instance where SFDC rejects records if State or Country isn't spelled out rather than abbreviated. Most of our leads don't come from forms (so having standard picklists in the forms won't solve this) - plus I've inherited existing nonconforming leads. Is there an easier way to normalize these fields (and keep it normalized) than creating smart campaigns that say "if state/country is x, change it to y"? At least with states there are only 50 (and a much smaller number of provinces/states in places like Canada and the UK) but the country list is way too long to handle this way. @Sanford Whiteman​ - one thing I wondered - is there a webhook built for this that already has the standard values to populate (still could be issues if the countries didn't match the SFDC picklist values, I know. At least this company is only overtly marketing to the U.S. so there isn't a big effort to include other countries - though they are there).Denise

What is the best way to load Adobe Analytics data or also Adobe Audience Manager data into Snowflake. On visitor level, or visit or hit level. Only selected data and it doesn't have to be like the entire clickstream data feed. Thank you!

To track downloads and clicks do I need to used any custom solution ? if yes, how? I came across this article Automatic Tracking of Exit Links and File Downloads but not sure if I set below variables is that works ? I'm working in AEM 6.3. I'm trying to extend the default behavior of vanity URLs such that the following will happen:So I'd be extending the default page properties vanity functionality to include an authorable ID field to it.1) User navigates to vanity URL and is redirected to actual URL2) ID that is associated (and authorable) is appended to the URLExample:Vanity URL: /foobarID: 123(authored)Actual URL: www.test.com/plansNow when I hit the vanity url it should redirect to:Resulting URL: www.test.com/plans?123I've been able to modify the page properties to include a new field associated with the vanity URL in the UI. It doesn't appear to be saving the actual value though.I can add a completely new multifield with both Vanity and I.D fileds in it but how to make this work and how to append the authored I.D to the URL is what i trying to figure out.

Hey Guys, I am deploying Adobe Analytics in Launch for my client. I encounter a weird problem. Take look at the column 2 and 3 in above image. Column 2 coming from a global rule (set evar 1 and evar 16), which I trigger the s.t() function to send beacon and clear variable. Column 3 coming from "Consent Cookie" rule (Only set event 54 without evar 1 and evar 16) which I trigger the s.tl() to send beacon. I clear the variable in the global rule, but it looks like the "Consent Cookie" also carry the evar 1 and evar 16. My question is whether "clear variable" will trigger immediately when called? The application is in react js and i have done the necessary configuration. But since they have only 1 html page, the page view tags loads first time the user comes in when the user navigates to other pages I do not see page view tag populating. Is there any custom code i need to do.

Hi all,I would like to ask if there is any way to display sums that are duplicated (as compared to the usual de-duplicated sums displayed everywhere), without downloading the data to Excel and summing in there manually?What I found was- if I do a calculated metric and select it to be "TOTAL" (instead of Standard) it gives me just de-duplicated sums, so not what I want- if I do a calculated metric and insert a "COLUMN SUM" function, it actually gives me precisely what I want, BUT it does not work with monthly granularity, i.e. it always gives the column sum of the entire selected period in a report, I would need it to split it by monthly granularity so that it displays just the COLUMN SUM of each monthAny ideas?Thanks,Jakub

Hi, How can I look at the 7 day active value for a proceeding date? Without setting the date manually. i.e what was the 7 day active for last Wednesday?Or how can I set a custom time period or segment to look off the date show in the freeform table rather than the fixed time range?

How do the page where success event took place vs other pages show up if i pull page name dimension against a particular success event. I assume we should only be seeing the page name where the success event got fired? Is that correct? Currently i see a lot of page name showing up against the success event and i am not sure of how the correlation works? These success events are not enabled for participation.
