HiCurrently when someone fills out a form, a notification is sent w/ their name and their name links to SFDC and Marketo record. When someone requests to be deleted from our systems (per GDPR), we'll also need to track down anyone that may have forwarded any notifications w/ the person's name associated. The concern is if this gets missed and an email notification w/ their engagement w/ us exists in someone's email. How is everyone else dealing w/ this? Is there a way to remove a person's full name in an email alert notification of a lead, but keep the link to SFDC/Marketo? I tried looking up a token for the SFDC link or Marketo Link, but that doesn't seem to be an option b/c it is bunched in this token: {{SP_Send_Alert_Info:default=No details available at this time}}

Before the day of an event, I make sure the event is live in my calendar - this way it appears in the app for the rep to see.  We give our reps access to the Marketo app for a week following their event, in case they need to go back in and look at metrics.  However, if the event is only live for one day in my calendar, will it still appear after the fact in the Marketo app?  I'm just concerned they'll go in after the event, only to find that the event has disappeared.

Is there a way to send a segment of known users to 1 variation of a TY Page as they have submit a form where we know their email is in a "approved list"?Is there a javascript workaround that has been tested by the community?Would appreciate any guidance or advice. We had custom implementation of ResourceProvider based on org.apache.sling.api.resource.ResourceProvider API. It was working fine with AEM6.1.After migration to AEM6.4, we had few issues with this implementation-1. Authoring was not working for all pages under root paths. For example- /content/mysite/products and /content/yoursite/products2. In publishers, under these paths sling:alias functionality does not work.Because this implementation was based on deprecated API, Adobe suggested us to re-write this implementation using new API-  org.apache.sling.spi.resource.provider.ResourceProvider.But, this new implementation is unstable and the containing bundle does not get installed while deployment. I am having a question and maybe anybody could help me out on this.We are having blog articles which get released diefefrently and also have different releasedates and amount of days.What I would like to to is to see the total amount of all blog articles and per article plus per article its average amount of visits during their release times.Here an example of my freeform I would like to see:             visits   average visitsblog 1 (3 days-public) 300 visits     300/3=100blog 2 (4 days) public    200 visits   200/4= 50is there a chance to do such thing and if yes, how? should I work with distic count of days?I hope someone could help me out on this.Bestlaetizia

So - We're working on an AEM 6.4 upgrade project coming from AEM 6.2. I did the work to upgrade our configurations and such to get everything working and we've updated our dialogs to coral3, but it seems that now when you switch to either the blueprint tab or the livecopy tab (depending on the page) in the page properties for a given page, the button in the upper left don't show up. By inspecting the DOM, I can see they're there, but they never get unhidden. Looking at one of the environments we haven't upgraded yet, I could see that this file: /libs/wcm/msm/components/touch-ui/propertiesdialog/clientlibs/propertiesdialog.min.jsseems to bind the action to unhide the buttons, but it also is looking for classes and such that are in CoralUI2... So what am I missing here?

Hi All,          We are starting to use adobe analytics api 1.4 and followed the steps that are documented in gihub. Even though our integration is successful using client credentials grant type,  our security team asked us to use JWT grant . We are having  issues with claims in JWT token , we are able to get the access token from the oauth endpoint but unfortunately we are getting below response from the resource server. In the JWT token , we are passing  Org_id as subject, client id as issuer and private key. And the application is registered by our IMS admin. Hi,I am new to Adobe Campaign, doing one POC on below. Can we import profiles in Adobe Campaign from an external resource like Gigya?What I have understood so far that -New Import Template will be created.In the workflow, below components will be used-Scheduler - to run the workflow at a scheduled time.Transfer File - to look for a flat file in some external folder and download it in Adobe Campaign.Deduplication - to remove/ignore the duplicated records.Insert/Update Data - to import the profiles in the campaign.Please suggest, is there any other way to import profiles from an external folder? Is there a possibility to have a daily dwh export with rolling date ranges? I have tried something like this:date 1.1.2018 until yesterday and granularity daily. Then I have set it up for send it later plus changed ith to schedule daily. But it swnds me data only once and then the schedule stops and I get nothing afterwards.I would like to get something like this.What I have done for now to have at least the daily data to set it for yesterday and on daily basis and scheduling it daily so I get at least daily the data for yesterday.I hope someone could help out.Best

I am having a question due to the usage of data sourcesI would liek to track impressions of teaser into a logfiles w/o Adobe and the clicks with stl tracking in Adobe.Is there a possibility to get this done?When looking into Adobe later one I would like to have the data of the impressions and clicks combined with the session and the specific user. Doing research on Scroll Depth for our website. In workspace, it looks like we have setup metrics and dimensions to determine the scroll depth, but it's not clear that this is the correct implementation. A metric exists for footer scroll and page depth, which both do not appear to be the percentage of the page viewed metric. Dimensions (in red) exist for Scroll Depth - with (Prop17) after it, Exit Scroll Depth (prop17), Entry Scroll Depth (prop17), as well as Scroll Depth Classifications (Exit and Entry). When placed in the workspace, these dimensions return numbers between 1 and 100, but don't seem related to the page metrics being viewed. Am I wrong to think Scroll depth should always be a metric? Any help is appreciated.

HiI have been trying to migrate an Analytics installation from DTM to Launch. I am having one problem currently in that an scAdd event is triggered but it is NOT binding the product variable in the beacon request from some reason. It DOES work with prodView events but not with scAdd. I know that the custom code (where s.products is written) is firing since I am logging data to the console to check.  It is literally a problem with the compiling of the beacon request.Any help much appreciated - suspect it might actually be a bugThank you

Hi guys, I am running a project on AEM 6.3. I've encountered this strange situation where my publish instance has different tags compared to the author instance.What may be the cause of this? If I publish a new tag I am creating is working as expected. I'm looking for a reason why I have different tags on the publish instance. From what I know on publish it should only appear tags I publish.
