I have a smart campaign with email sends and wait steps. I recently added in a remove from flow step and removed some leads. Those leads had received 2 out of the 5 emails in the smart campaign before I removed them. If I add those leads back into the same smart campaign will they get the 3rd email or will they start back at the first.So essentially,A 5 email smart campaign.---------------------------------Lead A & B got email 1 & email 2.Lead A & B were then removed.Added leads a & b back into the flow again.Will a & b start back at email 3 or email 1 ?

Good morning, I just used the BAAAM tool for the first time to request all on-boarded traits and was surprised to see a large amount of third party traits. Just to clarify, these traits were built/on-boarded when I subscribed to the Marketplace data feed correct? If I unsubscribe to the feeds with these traits be removed from the system or do I need to delete them from the AAM instance?Please advise. Thanks. Glenn

In AEM 6.4.3, We are running automation script, and when we access a page directly on the browser to create "new page under that path", we are noticing that new page dropdown is completely disabled. We are seeing similar behavior on we-retail pages, for example (http://localhost:4502/siteadmin#/editor.html/content/we-retail/us/en/men.html). That new page dropdown becomes "enabled again only when I select some hierarchy on the left side or any pages on the right side". but since I will be calling the page directly from an automation script, we cannot touch the site admin. This used to work on 6.3. How can we get this working in 6.4.3?

Hello everyone,we have an SMS vendor who provided us with a test SMS account and when I activated the SMS process and created the external account (extended SMPP) I was able to send SMS deliveries.What I am trying to achieve is to automate OPT-OUT-OF-SMS campaigns by users if they send an SMS like STOP or QUIT to a particular number. Dear All, We need a pause button in our custom carousel , which is migrated from AEM 5.6 to AEM 6.4. Am I right in thinking that if I have the same email in two streams in the same engagement program there is nothing stopping a lead from receiving the email twice? i.e. each email can only be sent to a lead once within a stream, but this rule doesn't apply across multiple streams in the same engagement program?I guess i can solve the issue using a smart campaign nested in an engagement program - but I only need to do that if my assumption above is correct.Can someone more knowledgeable than I please confirm?Many thanks

What I need to do is hide or show a text field (may be many more fields in the future) based on an option I select in another dialog. Let's say there are two dialogs A and B. There is a dropdown in dialog A which has two options 'Hide' and 'Show' and a textfield in dialog B. If I choose 'Show' from dialog A, a field in dialog B should be made visible the next time I open dialog B. If I choose 'Hide' from dialog A, then that field must be hidden in dialog B. The field in dialog B needs to be hidden by default. In such a way, is it possible to hide or show fields in dialogs based on selections in other dialogs? Currently developing in AEM 6.4.

Hi All,I am new to AEM, and I need to check total diskspace of our AEM Instance. Upon checking /etc/reports/diskusage.html , the page returns HTTP 504 the page tooks too long to respond. Even if I check etc/reports/diskusage.html?path=/content/dam/ , it throws the same error. Could anyone help me with this problem? Any other options on how can I manage to see the total disk space consumed in our AEM ? We have installed AEM 6.1 Thank you!

Hi everyone,I have worked with many tag management systems but I am new to Launch. I am trying to capture the best approximation to page load time into an eVar and a numeric event. I have tried some traditional ways of solving it that have worked in other environments. However I am having a hard time to get it to work in Launch. For example: a) I am trying to capture a timestamp on "Library Loaded (Page Top)". I am using a Custom Code action step on the same rule that sends the page view beacon: launchDataLayer.pageLoadStart = Date.now(); b) Then I am capturing another time stamp on "Window Loaded". Once again I am using a custom code on a separate rule firing on Window Loaded. Hello,We are trying to ensure a form is filled with the Marketo tokens rather than Pre-fill data when someone clicks on the landing page link in an email. I've read a few posts about this but can't seem to get the hidden fields and JS code to work.The first field in my form is mapped to Email Address and I want it to populate the email in Marketo database (some visitors are seeing pre-fill info that doesn't match their Marketo email address).I've created a hidden email field named renewEmailAddress and set the autofill to URL paramater: email. Would my JS code then look like the below? And would the link in the email would then look like https://example.com?email={{Lead.Email Address}}? I have had the subject line training workflow running for about a year now.  It has trained on 883 records and I am still seeing the message "The existing dataset is not enough to generate a model."  I do get an error in the workflow every time it runs "XML-110009 Unable to find the element 'runwf' of path '/' (document with schema 'serverConf')".  Has anyone got this to working with workflow training running over your emails, not bring in a model?John

Team,Need support in resolving AEM segment store corruption issues.Every week when we check the last known good configuration in both author and publish instances publish or author gets corrupted due to the garbage collection.We are in critcal business situation and need help in resolving issues.Adobe says only option is to restore the whole repository, but we want any way to avoid issues after restoration.I mean we are not able to exactly find the root cause why index or repository segment store is getting corrupted.
