Hi,I wanted to export activity details to an excel format, but default export did not meet my requirement, so I tried REST APIs.Now, I have managed to access to Lead's activities with REST API, but I cannot find a way to retrieve payload contents of webhook.Is there a way to access the following data via APIs?click details,then it shows details, I want to extract payloads.any idea?thanks,Daizen

Hi everyone,I'm going through a re-brand at my company and we are working with new domains for our landing pages as well as our emails. We've successfully created a new landing page domain, and when I tried to use that same domain in the email setup, it didn't work.I've been in contact with a few people (our internal IT, Marketo consultants, as well as Marketo CSM and Marketo Support) and they're all working towards a solution that involves creating a new domain for email that is different than the landing page domain. While I understand that that's the solution, I cannot seem to get a clear-plain-English answer as to why we cannot just use the same domain that we use for our landing pages as our branding domain for emails --I can't tell if it's an issue of possibility or capability.Is it true that you cannot use the landing page domain as your email branding domain? Hi there,We've been experiencing issues with a CRM export workflow when exporting large volumes of records.We've since modified the workflow which should resolve the issue however we want to verify this first through testing in our Campaign staging instance.We want to create a volume of dummy data in the affected table and run the workflow to verify the fix.Any suggestions as to how we might go about doing this?Thanks.

Hello!We have a custom object that is associated to the SFDC Contact object. We set this up in Marketo in mid 2018, and are now working to run a campaign on contacts with an associated custom object the meets specific criteria.We've built the smart list to be "Has related object" with a constraint on one of the fields. This list pulls us 73 contacts (all of which do meet this criteria).The issue is when we pull a report in Salesforce to double check the number of records with the same criteria we get 143, so we're missing half of the audience. What could be the reason for the discrepancy?HELP!!

Hi everyone,I am trying to use the HttpClientRequest object to request something to an API. When I use the POST method to create elements in the API, it works fine, but when I have to delete something I need to use the DELETE method. The request parameters are exactly the same, just change the POST method for a DELETE method, and in the delete request, I get an error. Checking the Rest server logs, I have found that, in the body of the request, as the first character, there is an EOF character.For some reason, AC has added that character there. These API calls are working fine from other environments (E.g.: using postman).Does someone know why this is happening? Or does someone know a workaround for this?Thanks!

I have a smart campaign with email sends and wait steps. I recently added in a remove from flow step and removed some leads. Those leads had received 2 out of the 5 emails in the smart campaign before I removed them. If I add those leads back into the same smart campaign will they get the 3rd email or will they start back at the first.So essentially,A 5 email smart campaign.---------------------------------Lead A & B got email 1 & email 2.Lead A & B were then removed.Added leads a & b back into the flow again.Will a & b start back at email 3 or email 1 ?

Good morning, I just used the BAAAM tool for the first time to request all on-boarded traits and was surprised to see a large amount of third party traits. Just to clarify, these traits were built/on-boarded when I subscribed to the Marketplace data feed correct? If I unsubscribe to the feeds with these traits be removed from the system or do I need to delete them from the AAM instance?Please advise. Thanks. Glenn

In AEM 6.4.3, We are running automation script, and when we access a page directly on the browser to create "new page under that path", we are noticing that new page dropdown is completely disabled. We are seeing similar behavior on we-retail pages, for example (http://localhost:4502/siteadmin#/editor.html/content/we-retail/us/en/men.html). That new page dropdown becomes "enabled again only when I select some hierarchy on the left side or any pages on the right side". but since I will be calling the page directly from an automation script, we cannot touch the site admin. This used to work on 6.3. How can we get this working in 6.4.3?

Hello everyone,we have an SMS vendor who provided us with a test SMS account and when I activated the SMS process and created the external account (extended SMPP) I was able to send SMS deliveries.What I am trying to achieve is to automate OPT-OUT-OF-SMS campaigns by users if they send an SMS like STOP or QUIT to a particular number. Dear All, We need a pause button in our custom carousel , which is migrated from AEM 5.6 to AEM 6.4. Am I right in thinking that if I have the same email in two streams in the same engagement program there is nothing stopping a lead from receiving the email twice? i.e. each email can only be sent to a lead once within a stream, but this rule doesn't apply across multiple streams in the same engagement program?I guess i can solve the issue using a smart campaign nested in an engagement program - but I only need to do that if my assumption above is correct.Can someone more knowledgeable than I please confirm?Many thanks
