If Lead is not part of SFDC Campaign, but they go through Flow Step: Change Status in SFDC Campaign, will they first be added to the sfdc campaign or do I need to add in that flow step before Change Status in SFDC Campaign?

Hello,I wanted to know is there somewhere in the Adode AEM 6.3 where we can track Newsletter that are send out thru the mailing list that has been created? I send out several Newsletters a month to several different mailing list. I am connected to Google analytics but I am not sure how to create an event and have it track the Newsletter that I design in Adobe AEM 6.3. I remember that there is a code you can put after the pdfs but we have several pdfs I am not sure that is the correct way? Hey everybody,we're still trying to use the email template "Get ready" for our newsletter. The template consists of the sections "Photo L" and "Photo R".In the preview the photos look normally / like they suppose to look.But when I send a sample to my Outlook Account the picture is displayed broken (see the pictures attached).This happens with every picture of the "Photo R" section. The pictures of the "Photo L" section are all shown correctly.Does anybody know why this is happening? What can I do to avoid that?Best wishesChristina

Hi guys,Few of other team member seems to think that this is the proper way to implement Last / First Touch Channel and Channel DetailsBut from my understanding, it should always be built against a custom event e.g.So my questions are:1. What is the best practice to set up a last touch report? I feel like its weird to calculate last touch report and put it against the attribution credit itself (visit, pageview, hit, etc)2. If we are using custom events to calculate last touch report, then what are those value output represent? (visit ? hit ? unique visitors ?)Hope that we can have clarifications on how to set up these sort of reporting as lately there is a lot of appetite to know where do people come from before visiting a certain page but I need to let them know the best practice of reporting it in workspace.Thank you in advance.Regards,Felix

Working with webApps I have noticed that Adobe Campaign adds the following code snippets in webPages. If we use v5 pages this happens every time. But with v6 pages, sometime it is not added automatically.Now I have 2 questions:1. Is there any way to make sure that this code is added always?2. Is there any other way to go to next page and transfer values (other than using document.controller)?

Hello,We are working to pass leads from a 3rd party lead validation platform called ActiveProspect.com through their software, LeadConduit.Here is the flow.The lead goes through a verification process for duplicatesFurther verification via BriteVerifySend Lead to Marketo via API call - Marketo: Marketing Automation – ActiveProspectWe are able to create a lead through the Marketo API, but not add to a list even when mapping the Marketo listID. Our goal is to have the lead enter into Marketo as a "person source" but even after adding ActiveProspect as a 3rd Party Installed Service, it doesn't show up in our dropdown under "Person Source".We have added Facebook successully and it is the only one showing up in our "Person Source"We are stumped and curious if anyone else is working with LeadConduit and passing leads to Marketo successfully.Anyone can help or point us in the right direction?Thanks,Arvin

Hi, We're currently working with this Marketo guided landing page: pages.diningalliance.com/tribal-value.html  The page has two different CTA's to download some materials, but the buttons are opening the PDFs in the same window as the landing page, and we would like these PDFs to be opened in a new tab. Has someone else encountered this problem? If so, how coding has resolved this issue?I would appreciate some insights! Thanks, Veronica

In my experience, if you're using a script token to define a link to be displayed in an email, those links are not trackable by Marketo. In all honesty, that makes sense to me. Marketo has no idea the link exists since it's inside the token code, not within the email itself. However, I have found an exception and don't understand why. I have a token that will dynamically display a list of links, based on the preference center of a contact as to which items they would like to be updated on each month (up to 6 options). Doing this inside a token allowed us to send a single email asset to anyone with any selections and display that person's unique choices. Hello,I have about 50 programs of various types on marketo with many different people associated with each. I would say about 10,000+ leads per program and I expect that to scale to many many more than that. I need to use the Marketo Rest API to get the program statuses of specific lists of leads that exist in programs. However, the getLeadsByProgramId endpoint returns the membership information of all the leads in a program. If I have to run this multiple times an hour when the list of leads in programs scales to hundred of thousands of leads it is going to take much too long to retrieve all the leads in a program even if most have the same information since last retrieval. Is there a way to retrieve the program membership information for only a subset of the leads in a program specified by lead Id?Michael.

When we access a url with a hashtag (https://mysite.com/#/?s_cid=test) the value "test" isn't setting on data elements or campaign configuration in adobe launch. Hello - we are in the process of transitioning to Adobe Campaign. The UI in Adobe Triggers is missing some standard events like "Cart Open" or  "Orders."  I have looked in the reporting suite and these are visible everywhere.  Any ideas or bugs out there that could be hiding these metrics from showing within the UI?  I have built the Cart abandonment trigger every which way possible and cannot get it to fire. Below is the latest iteration I built using available and similar variables. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Hi,Is there a way to make an text/RTE component store plain text as opposed to HTML?I realise that this is a strange question given it would make the rich text features such as bold and italic completely useless!I want the author experience of the RTE editor and want to be able to add custom plugins but the result should be plaintext.Alternatively is there an example of a customizable text editor in a dialog that allows for plugins/custom functionality that can store in plain text?Thanks,Jim

We have set up 3 new microsites under a different brand, and will be marketing to them separately from our original company domain. I have always used my unsub system token in my emails, but will now need the domains to reflect the new names--because when you reach the unsub landing page, our domain name is included in the url. This also includes the "view in browser" token has our name in the tab label. These items were set up when we onboarded, so I'm unfamiliar with where these are located or how to toggle them/change them.
