HiWe have today 6 different nurturing programs, depending on where you are in our customer journey. In the different streams, we have created a lot of content to be send out each week. But sometimes we have a big news that we want all our leads in our nurturing flows to receive. Is it possible to add an email to our nurturing programs there overrull all the existing content for only 1 send-out? Kasper

Hi There,I recently noticed that the Marketo Certified Associate (MCA) exam has become active in Webassesor. I see that it is an entry level certification and we are planning to get few of our relatively new Marketo users from our team certified in this.The question I have is what is the validity of this certification. This URL for  Marketo Certified Associate contains most of the details, but I did not notice any details on its validity period. We can create and update segments based on Declared Id fine. We did find an issue (feature?) where a delivery adds a foreign key (@broadLog-id) to the target schema that you have to remove to get Declared Id segment update working. Once you remove that, the Declared Id segment updates fine.However, we want to also create an identical AAM segment based on MCID for testing, but AC keeps throwing the error: There is nothing in any documentation showing how to get MCID segments updating and the datasource just shows the same targeting dimension as the Declared Id segments (Recipient). The only difference in the datasources is the reconciliation key which is [trackingLog/@sourceId] for MCID.Any ideas how we target for MCID segments?

Hi Team,I have a requirement where user inputs <%= formatDate(new Date(), "%2D.%2M.%4Y") %> in RTE.If I check the view page source, the data is rendered as <%= formatDate(new Date(), "%2D.%2M.%4Y") %> Desired result is <%= formatDate(new Date(), "%2D.%2M.%4Y") %> I tried adding context = 'unsafe' but it is not working for RTE although the context works like a charm for textfield or pathfield.Is there a way to get the expected result in RTE as well?

Issue:We have developed custom RTE link plugin where we could add additional parameters inside the anchor tag (like data-target, data-modal etc). On re-edit of the RTE the additional parameters are stripped/truncated.Observations:Step one: author the RTE dialogStep 2: Submit the RTE dialog. Hi,I encountered the following problem:When using the Android SDK I would like to send the user's individual game score as a numeric value together with an action.So in Android I normally useHashMap cdata = new HashMap<String, Object>();cdata.put("myapp.evar.game_score", 12345);Analytics.trackAction("myapp.action.game_score_changed_action", cdata);The eVars are created in the web dashboard. This work nice for a defined set of values, but doesn't work very well for numeric values.I would like to apply a filtering like "greater than 1500" but this is not possible like this since every value is just a string.How is it possible to track these numeric values?I've read a lot in the documentation and assume it could be some kind of events withcdata.put("&&events", "myapp.event1=12345");But I'm not sure about this and have no clue what to create in the web dashboard to work together with this.Or maybe I should use some kind of counter variable?How is this done correctly?Thanks in

Can't get any hits in KB or forums for "double byte" (any variation), so posting this question:Our team occasionally needs to export a Marketo smart list that contains double-byte characters. The character set is correct in Marketo. And in most cases, the double-byte characters come through correctly when the export is opened in Excel. But some characters are garbled, and we can't detect where the issue is occurring and how to solve it. Any advice?Thanks!

Hi Team,we have a custom offer environment and we want to generate propositions.I wanted to know if any one has gone down this path, at the moment it is not working for us .Campaign is unable to establish a join between proposition.Below is the error message :No joining condition is defined for the 'proposition' link ('Enrichment' stage)I understand Offer environment  linked to Recipient Schema exists and it works fine,however in our case we are not using Recipient schema.Our data comes from external database via FDA.thanks

System Details: Adobe Campaign Version 6.1.0 (Neolane)I have a workflow with two separate populations, coming from two different schemas; one of which is the out of the box Recipients schema, the other is a custom one that we have built to handle event booking data; 'Participation'.Basically, I need to be able to output into one file results from fields in both the schemas, without restricting the output to the population of either (i.e. no 'Primary set').There are keys which could be used to link the two populations, however, the primary key from Recipients won't always be present in Participation and vice versa.If I was working in SQL, I'd use a union or full outer, as appropriate, but I'm struggling to find the equivalent in Adobe Campaign.I have a feeling that the solution is probably something to do with an enrichment but I'm at a bit of a loss at the moment.

While using the Creative Designer in ACS.  It provides the ability to upload images by "Drag and drop you file here, Select a file from your computer".  Is there somewhere you can go inside ACS to view the images that are stored in ACS or a place to store the images to use in the Creative Designer?

Hi there,I'm running into an issue with one of our email newsletter sign-up pop-ups, which is a Dialog component in a web campaign. Currently, the sign up box performs just fine on desktop devices, however it doesn't resize properly on mobile devices. We'd like to just remove the component from appearing on all mobile-sized resolutions.Screenshots of the dialog on desktop and on mobile.I have tried using the following code in the <style></style> section at the top of the dialog's HTML to create a media query and then hide the display of elements at a certain resolution, however to no avail:@media (max-width: 500px) {display: none;}Is there a way this could be accomplished? I am trying to change an input form field. The dialog box is the up/down arrows. Currently, it goes up/down in values of 1. We'd like it to go up or down in values of .25 instead. Where can I go to make this change? Thanks!

Beginning a couple of weeks ago, there's seems to be a new feature for Office 365 Exchange Online that now collects all messages that appear as spam (per the company settings, I suppose) and sends them all to quarantine. Every three days or so, the recipient will receive an email like the one below to review those messages (or just ignore them):I'm wondering what the impact this is having on those of us Marketo customers that send emails to our B2B audiences that use Exchange Online. Is this further going to make email an ineffective tactic for us (given the existing issues around spam bots creating false-positives on opens/clicks)? In the meantime, I'm going to get with our Exchange/deliverability team to see if they can offer more insight around this.

DTM used to have a deploy webhook, used together with the download zip option, when publishing changes / new library (so our code was made aware of the change and could download zip). Cannot find similar in Launch?

Question as the headline states. If there are duplicates, and I make a list import on that person with 'email adress' and 'random field' = X, it seems to always populate only one of the dupes with X, and it's always the same dupe being populated (when running the experiment multiple times). Is there a way to update ALL dupes with X, or somehow control WHICH dupe is updated?Thanks in advance!

Good AfternoonI've been trying to setup a filter to check the property of a pdf and then do something based on that property. My only trouble is that the filter runs even if I set the extension to pdf. Hi Team,We are using the etc/map for URL shortening for one of our site. Below are the configurations. Everything is working fine on QA environment but after moving to pre-prod(UAT) environment URL shortening is not working. On mouse hover it is showing as full content path(/content/test/en/work.html) on all the links on page instead of short one(/work.html) even after implementing the etc/map configurations. Can you please analysis and suggest us the solution how to resolve the issue.Requirement 1. Convert the Full content path to short one (/content/test/en/work.html --------->  /work.html).
