Hi,I'm new to Campaign. I am creating a web application that will display the marketing history for a given contact. One of the requirements is that the mirror/preview page url for each email delivery is displayed. After some searching in these forums, I found this thread.Getting a specific Mirror page URL and getMirrorURL methodI've attempted to use the getMirrorURL function but it returns an error:DB-200011 The requested database record does not exist.Cannot load document of type 'Deliveries (nms:delivery)' satisfying condition '([/@id] = 91455691) AND (([/@deleteStatus] = 0))'.SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'GetMirrorURL' of service 'nms:delivery'.Can anyone advise what I can try next?Thanks

I need to load a image for jcr node in a form for assigned step workflow task. The image was uploaded in previous step is in payload./var/fd/dashboard/payload/server0/2018-11-27/3G76W5ICECE6PISS6ADU4IH24M_6/Attach/fileupload/file.jpgI prefilled text's fields with XmlData but I can't do it with an image. Hello,We are working to pass leads from a 3rd party lead validation platform called ActiveProspect.com through their software, LeadConduit.Here is the flow.The lead goes through a verification process for duplicatesFurther verification via BriteVerifySend Lead to Marketo via API call - Marketo: Marketing Automation – ActiveProspectWe are able to create a lead through the Marketo API, but not add to a list even when mapping the Marketo listID. Our goal is to have the lead enter into Marketo as a "person source" but even after adding ActiveProspect as a 3rd Party Installed Service, it doesn't show up in our dropdown under "Person Source".We have added Facebook successully and it is the only one showing up in our "Person Source"We are stumped and curious if anyone else is working with LeadConduit and passing leads to Marketo successfully.Anyone can help or point us in the right direction?Thanks,Arvin

Hi, We're currently working with this Marketo guided landing page: pages.diningalliance.com/tribal-value.html  The page has two different CTA's to download some materials, but the buttons are opening the PDFs in the same window as the landing page, and we would like these PDFs to be opened in a new tab. Has someone else encountered this problem? If so, how coding has resolved this issue?I would appreciate some insights! Thanks, Veronica

In my experience, if you're using a script token to define a link to be displayed in an email, those links are not trackable by Marketo. In all honesty, that makes sense to me. Marketo has no idea the link exists since it's inside the token code, not within the email itself. However, I have found an exception and don't understand why. I have a token that will dynamically display a list of links, based on the preference center of a contact as to which items they would like to be updated on each month (up to 6 options). Doing this inside a token allowed us to send a single email asset to anyone with any selections and display that person's unique choices. Hello,I have about 50 programs of various types on marketo with many different people associated with each. I would say about 10,000+ leads per program and I expect that to scale to many many more than that. I need to use the Marketo Rest API to get the program statuses of specific lists of leads that exist in programs. However, the getLeadsByProgramId endpoint returns the membership information of all the leads in a program. If I have to run this multiple times an hour when the list of leads in programs scales to hundred of thousands of leads it is going to take much too long to retrieve all the leads in a program even if most have the same information since last retrieval. Is there a way to retrieve the program membership information for only a subset of the leads in a program specified by lead Id?Michael.

When we access a url with a hashtag (https://mysite.com/#/?s_cid=test) the value "test" isn't setting on data elements or campaign configuration in adobe launch. Example:Source image file 14927 not available________________Source image file 14928 not availableDo you know why this is happening? Is there any configuration we are supposed to make to get URL parameters in single pages application?

Hello - we are in the process of transitioning to Adobe Campaign. The UI in Adobe Triggers is missing some standard events like "Cart Open" or  "Orders."  I have looked in the reporting suite and these are visible everywhere.  Any ideas or bugs out there that could be hiding these metrics from showing within the UI?  I have built the Cart abandonment trigger every which way possible and cannot get it to fire. Below is the latest iteration I built using available and similar variables. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Hi,Is there a way to make an text/RTE component store plain text as opposed to HTML?I realise that this is a strange question given it would make the rich text features such as bold and italic completely useless!I want the author experience of the RTE editor and want to be able to add custom plugins but the result should be plaintext.Alternatively is there an example of a customizable text editor in a dialog that allows for plugins/custom functionality that can store in plain text?Thanks,Jim

We have set up 3 new microsites under a different brand, and will be marketing to them separately from our original company domain. I have always used my unsub system token in my emails, but will now need the domains to reflect the new names--because when you reach the unsub landing page, our domain name is included in the url. This also includes the "view in browser" token has our name in the tab label. These items were set up when we onboarded, so I'm unfamiliar with where these are located or how to toggle them/change them.

Hello All,I read on this forums that Conversions in Landing Page report refer to "Form Fills". I have setup my program in such a way that Converted status is given to anyone who clicks on either of the three links on the Landing Page.Is that why I see conversion as 0 in Landing Page and success having some positive number in my Program Performance Report?Doesn't Landing page capture every action that I have designated as "Converted" in my smart campaigns?

I support AEM 6.3 version and one of site which is hosted in AEM is getting below error message while launching in chrome but same link is opening in IE without any issues. It looks like somewhere in AEM it is configured as "http" which is preventing to launch the site. Can you please guide me where exactly this can be verified in AEM? I have indicated XXX which is the URL of the site but due to privacy mentioned it as XXX.Error Message:Mixed Content: The page at 'https:XXXXXXXXXX' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://XXXXXX'. Hi,I get the message above when I try to create a query accessing data from an external data source in a workflow. 'Edit query' - preview lets me see the correct data, however when I run the workflow (which only contains this one query), I get the errorXSV-350000 Unable to load document of identifier 'xtk:crdb_impala.xsl' and type 'xtk:xslt'.Any ideas?The data is accessed via an odbc connector.RegardsOttar.

In omniture workspace, there are dimensions and metrics that are appearing many times in the components section, for instance:     -     its not the first time that i see and account with this problem, but this one in specific is really bad     -      Could you guys point out why this happens?Thanks a million.

We got a new instance of Salesforce and only use the Lightning view (as much as it allows of course), we want to connect Marketo to it, but reading some of the discussions on here, it seems like MSI is not Lightning ready, can people confirm? I assume we'd want it on the Lead and Contact object and have the Marketo Tab too.
