Has anyone ever had a case where campaign members stop syncing from Marketo to SFDC? In this case there was a program level sync, and at some point they stopped the sync, and did a flow step sync, then switched back to program level, now every week they have to run a flow level sync in order to get their leads across.Would switching between the program level and flow step sync, break the connection?TIAJason

Hi All,Version: AC 8893 v7I have setup RedShift successfully before with out SSL, however, our AWS infra team has now enforced SSL on RedShift, therefore, I need to enforce SSL on the connector configuration, however, there isn't an option to set this.Requirement: enforce ssl on redshift connectorIssue: Connection droppedFurthermore, which method does AC use to connect redshift? I am more than sure that is not JDBC, from the looks of it is ODBC. I found a workaround to get my connector to work by setting up an ODBC data source on the server and enforcing SSL through that then instead of RedShift connector I use the server odbc alias, but I do not like this workaround, I have spoken to multiple other clients that use redshift but it appears that SSL is not being enforced on their aws redshift setup so thay are not facing the same issues as I.

Hi,I'm trying to fetch a very simple trended report, that gives me the amount of visits we got on tracking codes. The JSON I'm sending looks like this:  "reportDescription":{      "reportSuiteID":rs,      "dateFrom":'2018-01-01',      "dateTo":'2018-02-01',      "dateGranularity":"day",      "elements":[          {"id":"eVar21"],      "metrics" => [{"id" => "visits"}]  }The problems with the result I'm getting is:1/ It returns only 10 items of eVar212/ There are also entries in that list that had no visits (visits:0)3/ The result does not contain all my tracking codes with traffic4/ The results differ from what I see within WorkspaceAny idea how I can deal with these 4 problems?

However I can see the empty file conditional-service.log under logs directory. While creating log file from log support I am getting the logs.I have used the steps mentioned here in Creating a custom log file for an Adobe Experience Manager project Let me know If I am missing something. I am using AEM 6.3.2.0

We just migrated from v6.1 to v7 and now I'm getting an error when trying to update/preview any custom schemas, which says campaign cannot find the factory recipient schema definition.Has anyone come across this situation? We have literally not changed anything else but attempting to preview gives this:So the schema preview looks like thisThis worked fine before:The same happens with an extension to the recipient table - I tried deleting it and recreating the same one, but still get the same 'schema not found'Anyone have ideas?

I am working on automating some of our Landing Page content & Variables updating via the Marketo API, but cannot find documentation of how the API reacts to pushing changes to a Landing Page when that LP already has a draft.When new content/variables are pushed, will the original draft be completely overwritten?If the original draft is created by a Template update (and cannot be overwritten or discarded), will it refuse the new LP Content and preserve the original draft?Thanks for your help!//  Conner C

This may be a complicated question. I realize that Marketo got rid of LinkedIn Social Form Fill due to some changes in LinkedIn's terms.  However, LinkedIn still offers an Autofill plugin as part of their Marketing solutions. It's worth noting, though, this does require being "whitelisted" by a LinkedIn rep. I've been told by my LinkedIn rep that he whitelisted our domain (konicaminolta.us). I setup the Autofill on a Marketo LP (here is the page) following LinkedIn's directions. However, the LinkedIn Autofill button still doesn't show. I get two notable errors in Developer Console:"Refused to display 'linkedin.com/autofil Social-ACC-eBook-Download.html:11/' in a frame because it set  'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'""Failed to load resource:  net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE   www.linkedin.com/autofill/"So, the question is: Is this a problem with our server/domain (konicaminolta.us), a problem on the Marketo side, or a problem on the LinkedIn side?

Hey, could someone please help me resolve my issue? I can see page titles in Pages Report but there is a default value, no-text, that aggregates other page titles. For example, the homepage title exists by itself in the Pages Report but when I open up no-text title in new window it takes me to the homepage of site. Also the no-text title/page name has many site sections. Thanks.

Hi there,We are overriding a text token in a smart campaign via web service API. e.g. text token {{my.variable}}In the flow step, we use 'Change Data Value' to set a custom Marketo Field to the overridden token, so we can use that token in a velocity script in the email we send.It works about half of the time, and does not work the other half. We cannot figure out why.Have attempted wait steps before data value change, after data value change, spaced out all flow steps a minute or two, etc. It continues to work some of the time, and not work other times.Lead activity shows that the data field change is not made for leads where it does not work.Any insight appreciated.

Hey guys,I am looking to store data collected from a form on our website directly to a Custom Object. I do not think the type of data is appropriate for a field. Is it possible to create a form where the fields map to the Custom Object instead of to People fields in the database?

I just wanted to get clarification that the instructions and what I did are correct for the hitGovernor plug in. Instructions say to add the part (in bold) to the appMeasurement code. I assume I can copy / paste the whole function in the top of the appmeasurement library however as I read into it more it seems that you take the part I highlighted in yellow and add it to an existing s.registerPostTrackCallback function which I found but it had and a. instead?

Currently, Profile Merge Rules work with real-time destinations only.Could you please give me some examples of what a "real time destination" might be? Are S2S destinations considered real time? We use an email subscription center to manage our lists and I need to set up two different unsubscribe links based on who is sending the email. (One of our departments sends emails related to totally different products and directs people to a different domain so we don't want accidental crossover). I was hoping there would be a way to dynamically change the unsub URL depending on who the from address (or similar), but I can't find a way to make that happen.My other solution was to manually add the correct unsub link to each email. From what I can tell, I wouldn't be using a token as I can't find a way to add a new system token for Marketo to recognize so would change the Sales Insight setting to Ignore Unsubscribe Settings and hide the footer? I just need to make sure that the correct link will be shown without the generic one showing up incorrectly.

Is there currently no way within Target to build an audience based on a cookie value?  So if we have a cookie that denotes whether they are a customer or not, we can't build an audience and target a test based on that?  If not, are there plans to add this functionality?  Both Google Optimize and Optimizely offer this functionality out of the box and is very beneficial in testing.  Thanks

Hi All,How to interpret the "site exits" in pathing report of internal search terms report? Does it mean 1. It was the last term searched in the visit2. When this particular term was searched, users did not click on any of the search results but left the site immediately3. When users searched for this term, they clicked on any of the link in search results and then exit the site?Please suggest how do you interpret this only in case of "Internal search terms".
