Anyone else experiencing issues receiving sample emails today? We have been entering the necessary data in the send sample email box below as we always do but no samples have been received. We typically experience this when we are deploying a large email campaign but currently we are not deploying anything. Any ideas why this is occurring?

Hi, I am trying to understand how this table works:Explorer-> Administration -> Configuration -> Data schemas -> Recipient tracking los (nms)In particular I want to understand in what columns i can find Opens and Clicks.When viewing data from this table you see 'Opened / email address', see below.When I do "Configure list" to try to understand how this is displayed I see this on the xpath [.] What does this do? I cannot find any columns for Opens or other event types, Can you help me with that? thx

I can't seem to return and use an object from my js use array. In the below example I'm trying to make a parameter list for use later in a java use-api call, however, the parameter array comes up empty back on the sightly end. Hi All,We are facing one issue while calling SOAP methods for our on-premise instance.The methods in xtk:session (e.g. logon,GetUserInfo) are working fine and we are getting proper response back. However, we are getting "XTK-170019 Access denied" error whenever we call any OOTB (e.g. postEvent in xtk:workflow) or custom methods.We are using admin credentials for this.Has anyone faced any similar issue?Thanks,Subhajit

Hi there, Hoping the community can help. I'm trying to set up a smart campaign to automatically send an email to a closed won opportunity 24 hours after an opportunity is closed won. The business case is as follows: We have an administrator contact role on each opportunity that acts as the implementation partner. We would like to intro them to their new CSM using an automated process as the volume is high. The roles are (LRT Admin, CC Admin, Implementer, STV Admin, Decision Maker, CC LMS Admin, LRT LMS Admin) for the remaining discussion purposes I will refer to them as "Implementers". The Opportunity is designated into two types of opportunities, self-service and white glove, these are determined by a salesforce formula field checkbox that is accurate before the opp is closed. Our business has a piece of business logic that in order to close an opportunity as Closed Won, our finance team has to approve it. To avoid delay the sales operations team checks the box "Sale Closed" checkbox

Hello Team,I have a little problem on my ACS platform. I can't track every URL that I set up.I explain my problem.I have a button, which have a different URL depending a parameter. So I created a dynamic url based on this parameter. Everything was OK but I saw that I had no clicks on this kind of buttons. I analyzed the problem and saw that button wasn't tracked...Seems that the dynamic URL broke that tracking html check and the URLs are not detected.This is a simple URL :As you can see, URL tracking is OK: And this is a dynamic URLs (for example with google germany) :As you can see, Default URL and Google.de URL  are not tracked :I think it's a product issue. Hi,I'm trying to implement some simple password validation in xtk:operator input form, for example set minimum length of a password as 8 characters.To do this, i tried to create some soap service and pass password to it, somehow like this:  <leave>    <soapCall name="ValidateCheck" service="cus:validate">      <param exprIn="[access/@password]" type="string"/>    </soapCall>  </leave>The problem is that password passed already encoded and there is no way to decode this. As i understand the AC use encryptDES function and  generate some unique encode key for each password instance. If i change password properties like set reversable to true, crypt to false, or set the password value directly, the authorizations breaks and user can't login with his new password. Is there any ways to avoid this problem?

We are working on new email templates which will allow us to edit the pre header directly in the editor. We have a requirement to have visitors identify/confirm what specific country they are in, to drive eComm pricing and regulatory requirements to only show certain content in certain countries.That encompasses about 120 countries.For the vast majority, basically 100 countries, the only differences between them are several content fragments that contain local contact information. The rest of the differences we plan to use Target for.So, the question is:Do we need a live copy for each and every country, or should be have, say, a Latin America/ES regional site, and then have a 'locale cookie' that stores either the user preference for their specific country (Paraguay, Ecuador etc.) or what country Akamai places them in?If we go live copy, that seems very inefficient and more unwieldy than having around 21 country or region nodes vs. about 120.What have others seen/done around this? Is having a mix of regional sites that we overlay with locale logic a recommended way to set this up?NOTE: we
