Hi,Very new in Marketo.We have created an external site where we will gather email addresses and later use them to send out a follow-up mail. Through the API, we have been able to 1. create and update leads2. clone a program3. create tokens for a mail in a program4. trigger a campaignThe problem is with triggering the campaign, since it has to be active and we have not found a way to do this via the API. So today we have to log into Marketo and activate it manually. Is there a way to do this via the API instead?We have tried to clone an active campaign but the cloned campaign is inactive.

It would be great if I can select color in donut graph. Now the color is random selected. While when I compare the same KPIs in various markets (one donut graph for one market), KPIs are in different colors. This is not easy to follow, and readers find it hard to understand. Enable color selection in donut graph, as well as in other types of graph would be very help! 

Hello to All Adobe Analytics evangelists!We are implementing a custom visitor ID by passing into an eVar(dimension).We need a UV count against this new eVar, therefore, need help in order to implement a custom unique visitor metric that is stitched to it.Note- Looking at normal UV against this dimension won’t work for us – coz default UV metric depends on Omniture@@’ s default Visitor ID methodologiesAnd also, setting up a custom event with visitor level serialization won’t work - coz that will be dependent on Omniture’s default visitor IDLooking for the best possible solution to tie a custom UV metric against my custom visitor ID?

Hello,File URLs that are reported in the "File Downloads" out-of-the-box report are truncated after their 100th character.This is due to the fact that the value of the related "oid" query parameter of the tracking call is truncated the same way.Now, I would need the full file URL to be available for reporting purposes.What is the best / most straightforward way to get this?Should I assign the value tracked with the "pev1" parameter to an eVar, as eVar have 255 characters as their maximum length?Thank you in advance.My best regards,Marco

We have been seeing conflicting data produced from the fallout report using Workspace and want to clarify whether using the fallout visualisation includes all unique visitors and not just those who are on a page for a set period/duration?

Anyone else hear about the From field in Report Builder Scheduler Advanced Options being removed? And going forward all reports delivered out of Report Builder will have a 'From' of Adobe instead of an email address from your organization?They are stating this is for security reasons? Customer Care could find no announcement or documentation of this change and we are not real happy about this.Jeff

I have been trying to setup sending reports to an FTP server, but nothing appears to be showing up.  I have tested the credentials, whitelisted the IP blocks, the status bar says "Sent!", and the Ad Hoc log doesn't indicate any problems - but I am not seeing the files on my server.Does it take a while to send? I'm struggling to see if there is a problem with how I am setting it up, or something else.

Hi all,I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on limiting the affect that Marketo's JS scripts have on site speed.Currently a large chunk of the time our page takes to load is caused by files called from Marketo servers, as well as the following:POST admin-ajax.phpaction=get_marketo_profile&_mkto_trk=id%[our site's ID]&queryFields=FirstName%2CLastName%2CEmail%2CStateWhich, to my understanding, is caused by Marketo attempting to pre-fill a form located on our homepage. I tried disabling auto-fill on the homepage form and this POST admin-ajax.php slowdown still persisted.So... in addition to the specific questions above, I'm just wondering in general - does anyone have tips for using Marketo on a WordPress site and still having a fast load time?Thanks!

I have an engagement program that has a smart campaign to move them out into another engagement program if the following occurs:1. 60 days after SFDC creation dateAnd2. SFDC numeric field is between 1 and 9I am struggling with part 1 of the smart list. I know that you can apply a wait time of 60 days on the flow, but this is for the smart list portion of the smart campaign. What is the best way to do this?

I am not sure how to fix this and any feedback would be greatly appreciatedThe SFDC Admin added a new picklist value for field we sync to Marketo.The field is a picklist field in SFDC and a string field in Marketo. We received the below error in SFDC The SFDC Admin added the picklist value for the field on the Campaign, Lead and Contact object and the error is no longer showing up in SFDCHowever we are still seeing these errors in Marketo In our Marketo forms, This field is setup as a string, it is mostly used as a hidden field value.  Since there are no picklist values, there is no way to add this value to the forms that have been identified.  How do I fix this?

Hi Nation! I've got a weird issue happening with a form I'm trying to create. When our instance was initially set up, a boolean field called 'Is Partner' was created. It clearly shows in the Field Management section of Admin and a program is actively using it. However, when trying to create a form to use that field, it doesn't show up in the list. I have a landing page which is used in my paid and social campaigns. The landing page is just like a website where the user can go through the offerings and if interested, they can click on contact us CTA which will be redirected to a form. I am doing a Facebook campaign and I have included all the required utm's like source, campaign, medium in the link on the facebook. When the contact clicks the cta in FB the link contains all the utm parameters. However, when the user clicks on the cta for contact us form, the utm's are not collected and as a result I am unable to attribute the leads to my campaigs.Wanted to know, if there's any way to carry forward the utm parameters to all the links in the page and collect all the information. Any help is highly appreciated. PS: I have added UTMs as URL Parameters in the form.

Hi,I was using the timewarp Show Timeline functionality in AEM classic UI,  Sidekick > Versioning> timewarp > Show TimelineI noticed that timeline does not show all the available page versions in timeline window. Only a select few versions were showing. I did not find much of documentation about how it is determined by system as to what version will be visible in timeline if not all. I also noted that  "Show Timeline" feature is not present in Touch UI as it only provides calendar to select date. Can someone please help me get answers for below questions:1- Should timewarp timeline show all page versions if not what is the criteria for version to be shown in timeline window?2- is Show Timeline feature not available in Touch UI?Thanks,Pankaj

I have extended the Journal component in the way described here:GitHub - Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-scf-sample-components-extension: Sample package for AEM Social Communities - Social C… Everything works fine, I am able to create new posts and also Edit them with new field, after publishing for the first time.But after publishing if I refresh the blog page(post list page), posts are not appearing.I can see data in the JCR under /content/usergenerated.If I manually change the sling:resourceType of the post/data in JCR to "social/journal/components/hbs/entry_topic", it starts showing on the list page.But if it is "/apps/custom-blog/components/hbs/entry_topic", the post is not shown in the list.

What I Am Trying To Accomplish:I am trying to find a way where I can create a segment that in theory counts the amount of times a user navigates from one page to another, and then produce a report that shows how many times this event and/or navigation sequence occurred globallyWhere I Am Having Trouble:Creating a metric that shows how many times this event occurred, as opposed to how many visits succeeded in this navigation sequence. I'm finding that this segment is only capturing if someone succeeded in this completing this navigation sequence. So if someone completed this navigation sequence twice my only source of data would show that a visitor completed this sequence, as opposed that this sequence was completed twice. Below is a table is the logic of what I am observing. This navigation sequence may have occurred 4 times, but i am only able to capture the data that shows that this navigation sequence occurred in a visit, as opposed to how many times this navigation sequence occurre

Hello,I am using  a custom implementation of forums where "social/forum/components/hbs/forum" is extended. When making a forum post I see that the related 'activity' entryis created with id  as "id": "/content/usergenerated/asi/mongo/content/project/en/root/activitystreams/activities/community/b8554901-55af-4cd8-a698-a944aa1c7fac"However when I test the same in we retail or geometrixx I see that the related "activity" entry looks like "id": "/content/usergenerated/asi/mongo/content/sites/activitystreams/activities/community/c9a103b5-8491-40a6-84f7-c4bd9187541d"How can this be controlled? Why does the activity entry for custom implementation pick the stream path as "/content/project/en/root" instead of "/content/sites"?I have tried extending com.adobe.cq.social.forum.client.endpoints.ForumOperationExtension to see if I can set something in the beforeAction(Operation operation, Session session, Resource resource, Map<String, Object> properties) method, but doesn't look like.Please

Greetings community,I am working with an email campaign, where the First Name variable is pulled from a data extension. Now, that is not the problem.The issue at hand is that, some of these names are all capitalized, and others can be all lower case.I have tried doing something like <% targetData.FirstName.toUpperCase(); %> but all that does is to return an empty string.Does anyone know a work around it?Many thanks in advance

Designs are used for such cases if working with simple pages. I've tried adding /etc/design for Facebook Experience Fragment. I've added cq:designPath to the template. But I can't configure the right structure for this design.Right now my design looks like this:/etc/design/experience-fragment:_jcr:content (with sling:resourceType set to wcm/core/components/designer)__experience-fragment-template-facebook___initial____root (with components property specified).No new components are allowed to be added to my experience fragments though. I would appreciate your help.
