Hi all, I am integrating Intercom with our systems. and i use webhooks to complete the data that SF gets from intercom by using a webhook and it works basically great buy one thing - Merging with the munchkin of the user.Since the user is already traveling the site and using the chat in the site, it already has a munchkin id. I can send the munchkin id through intercom. What i am missing is how to map the munchkin id in a way that will merge the annonymous data with the current lead that was created by sf.the sync looks like that website -> qualified lead in intercom -> sf -> marketo (by sf <-> marketo sync), webhook with email from intercom -> data is in marketo.* Please avoid giving Zapier ideas, i do maintain my own api and trying to avoid the extra link in the chain.

When you nest programs in your engagement programs, Marketo doesn't allow you to send emails on recipient's time zone. And we use nested programs to filter out those users who've already downloaded the content we're sending them. Any way to circumvent this?From what I've heard (and I'm just starting off with Marketo), all the true hardcore Marketo users don't use simple emails in EPs, they use nested programs for their versatility. So, does this mean the time zone feature falls useless for most pro users?

Hi Everyone, Like most marketers, I am prepping for the May 25th deadline for GDPR.  Unlike a lot of you, I am lucky in that we only email/market to North America currently but do get some business/inquries outside of the US as well.  One of the things I am working on is updating our forms to have the GDPR checkbox come up based on the IP address or the Reachforce inferred/HQ country values.  However, I am unsure of how to test this on my end since my IP is based in the US.  We do not have a presence outside of the US so I can't send this out to colleagues in EU to help with testing.  I was wondering if any others have run into this issue and if so know of any workarounds they have done to test the new form functionality for EU visitors.  Does Marketo offer any ability to test in different regions within the software?  Do you know of any software that would allow me to change my IP address to look like it is from a different country?  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I just used the Dialog Conversion Tool to convert a design dialog from Classic to Touch UI as part of a 6.1 to 6.3 upgrade. Now I need to export the proper XML or folder structure to add that to the codebase. What's the proper way to do that? This is where I'm running into trouble. I've tried using VLT following instructions here, but this creates multiple folders and it doesn't work when I build the code to try and have it re-added to the datastore. I've tried navigating to the path of this component.xml and the file that comes back also doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? 

I'm doing some research on the email addresses that were sent but not deliverer.  I noticed a number of email addresses for our members with the domain 162.com and 163.com.  From what I've been able to tell via limited research, these domains could potentially be fake. Because these email addresses are linked to our members, I would think they would be legitimate. Do you have any information about these domains that you can share?  Thank you.

Content backfill required

I created cq:dialog with some nodes in Scaffold Page. When rendered the scaffold page in editor.html (Touch UI) mode and Classic Mode (cf#) mode, both the modes render the fields present in cq:dialog and also have the look and feel of Touch UI. Also verified the default scaffold provided by AEM and saw that even in default scaffold both the modes render the fields of Touch UI dialog.Is this some bug in AEM or is there some configuration missing in cq:dialog node?

Hi,We have a process in which our AEM 6.2 authoring server needs to perform a nightly backup.  We notice that on the next day the 2 OSGI components that we need to publish content will have these states:ActivateListener (to decide what type of content to publish) - may be satisfied or activeConfigurationService - activeIs satisfied the same as "resolved" in an OSGI component life cycle?  Is there a difference between satisfied and active - it seems that if things work correctly, the ActivateListener will proceed whether in a satisfied or active state.What we have also noticed that in publishing a piece of content, the ActivateListener may before publishing be satisfied and then change to active upon publishing.  Likewise, it can be active before publishing, then changes to satisfied.Does it mean that the ActivateListener is not stable?  Is there some other way beside looking at /system/console/components to determine if a component is truly in an "active" state?  Should we expand each

I wonder if any Adobe users have backup plan for their segments ?I once heard a user lost all segments in his account and need to create all the segments one by one. So is it better to have another backup accounts to store the same set of segments?Do anyone have experience on this? Do Adobe have any services like rollback the segments data etc?

Recently we started using AEM forms for our web application development. For our requirements mostly out of the box form components itself are good enough. We started using components like textbox, submit button, panel and many more. Is it fine to continue our development using these components itself or do we need to overlay(copy) these components and create our own set of components under apps folder ? The main concern which I have with using OOTB components is whenever we upgrade to a new AEM instance or install any service packs will these OOTB components which are present under libs folder be updated or removed ? Since I am not customizing any of these components I just don't want to create a copy of those into the apps folder.

Hi All,We are running paid campaigns with landing pages as product pages. To analyse the campaign landing page performance we pulled a entry pages report (with segment as tracking code contains -aaj- for paid campaigns) and found home page appearing at a hit level segment. Questions -1. How can home page be a entry page for someone clicking on a paid campaign targeting product landing page?2. I am working on developing an Adaptive form in AEM. We already have a sites component which we drag into the parsys system on the site pages. However in the AEM forms parsys I am unable to include the site component(General). Its only allowing me to include the adaptive form components. Is there a way to include the sites component within AEM forms or do I need to convert the sites component to an adaptive form component ?

Hello,We have a new 'VIP Contact' record type in Salesforce which we would like to be sync-ed to Marketo. We would like to limit visibility to these records in Marketo for everyone except a user who has role=PR admin. How to limit the visibility of these VIP Contact records to all other users? None of our SSL protected landing pages will load in Firefox, but they load fine in Chrome, Safari. I've tested other web properties that use SSL's purchased from the same vendor, and installed in the same way, and they work in every browser. I haven't touched our SSL configuration in months. Is anyone else experiencing a problem? Our landing pages won't load and this will definitely impact our Adwords rankings.... I marked my ticket as a P1, no response yet.

Do I have this right? Is there no way to add a snippet to an email (or landing page) template?
